I want to start out by saying Natalie at the front desk was amain, very professional and extremely helpful. That was the only positive of my stay. The room appeared clean but I quickly realized it wasn't, not a big deal I have cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself, not a big deal and something I was willing to overlook. Everything seemed okay for the first couple of nights, but then my wife started getting bug bites at night, we assumed they were mosquito bites as we spend a lot of time outside, but they weren't. Our last night, the breaking point, we decided to take the sheet of and look at the mattress, what we found was disgusting. The mattress was covered in urine and god only knows what else. There were bugs not sure what kind, but we weren't sticking around to find out. We booked somewhere else and left as quickly as possible. Like I said before Natalie was the only positive of the whole experience. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but definitely think twice before booking here.

Front desk employee was sitting in the back room while I waited over 10 minutes at the front desk to check in. They should get a bell if that is how they operate. Bathroom was not very clean and room had only hand towels. No actual bath towels could be found and of course I noticed this at 5:30am. Ordered pizza from my favorite place with plans on taking it home to my family. Put it in the refrigerator only to notice when I was leaving that they have them turned off. So all my food was ruined. I will definitely be finding a new place to stay while coming to the area.

I started here 10/28/22- 10/30/22 for my daughter's 16th birthday. I honestly overall enjoyed it! The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The bathrooms were a decent size with the sink in the physical room. Water pressure was great. Both air and heat was great and would freeze or burn you up out of there. -I wish I would've known that it was only 2 eyes on the stove instead of a full- I made it work though -kitchen came with every basic necessity to function i.e pots, pans, bowls, measuring cup, glasses, (various sizes)...spoons, forks, butter knives (no butcher knives)... microwave, coffee pot, fridge/freezer (full), dishwasher. -washing is free! -pool open from 8am-10pm -free breakfast 6am-10a -beds were very comfortable -2 WalMarts near 3.1 mi away for both -you can request things but easier to just go to desk Also they are very very very very nice and accommodating. Very nice. My husband said that the walls were slightly outdated and a couple of the doors screeched really bad but other than that we really enjoyed ourselves. Definitely will stay again.

On a girls get away weekend we rented the 2 bedroom suite. It was super clean and had all the things that you would need to be comfortable with. I like how the bedrooms are separated and they have lotions and all your shower needs available. The free breakfast was really good as well.

Our one bed suite was very comfortable and quiet. It was furnished with a complete array of kitchen appliances, cooking and serving utensils.

We like the fact it was secluded and quiet. When got to the room and open the door it had a back up sewer smell. So the topper for the drain was off, and put it back on and smell was pretty much gone. We notice the hassock was broken, the nightstand drawer would not stay closed and the shower curtain look woren. The bed well it felt like it was converging in the middle. The area for breakfast was so congested when getting your food. Did not feel you had enough room. The breakfast was not to bad.

Hotel is located conveniently one hour away from downtown Chicago and boasts an indoor pool and large continental breakfast. The room was large with a kitchenette with granite counters and a separate bedroom space. It was perfect for our family of 4. My only complaint was that the pool water was uncomfortably cold and there was no hot tub. Overall, we would stay again!

We stayed at this location for Mothers Day weekend, May 12-13th. The hotel itself was extremely clean and was a great meeting place for our out of town family. The outdoor amenities are excellent. Our room happened to be just above the door to the patio and we did hear it slam quite frequently throughout the night. With 2 toddlers we were very happy to have brought a sound machine. The only real complaint we have is the pool. The pool itself was a bit dirty and my husband had to fish out clumps of hair with the net. However, our issue was a huge safety concern. While entering the pool with my 1 year old, I slipped on the extremely slippery stairs and fell down on my shin. This happened 5 days ago and I still am dealing with extensive hematomas and edema. This issue was brought up to 2 different hotel staff members and we asked that an incident report be filled out. This is a huge safety concern as I was not the only person to have slipped. If you are staying at this location please advocate for signage or a solution before someone else is seriously hurt. We were told the pool had recently been repainted and they “forgot” to add sand for texture. As a nurse, I see this as huge safety concern.

Staybridge Suites is ALWAYS my go to when I travel. This location was one of my favorites! We did a weekend getaway with the kids just to get away from the BIG CITY for a couple days and it was soo nice! The boys enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the picnic area on a beautiful day! The manager even came and sat with us and asked us if we were enjoying our stay!!! We had a really nice stay and highly recommend this location !!

A rather tired hotel with in suite kitchens. Good location if needing to be in the area. Not far from shopping and food. Staff was efficient and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. Room had plenty of plugs but no usb and lamp plugs weren’t convenient. Bath was okay but there was no shampoo as the fixed bottles were both shower soap. Overall okay for the money. But not great.

The staff was very courteous at all times of day/ night. Breakfast was nice but did not enjoy eating out of disposables. The atmosphere was serene but also lively for family. Rooms were clean and well equipped except bathtub plug would let water leaks. Couches could use a facelift.

Rooms are great! Plenty of space in queen suite. Kitchen had full sized refrigerator, electric stove top, dishwasher, full size microwave and fully stocked with dishes, glassware and utensils for 4! Plenty of closet space with doors, shower and toilet separated with a door from bathroom sink. Full self- service breakfast bar with hot food! Heated indoor pool for the kids and exercise equipment for the adults

Big room with kitchen and sleeping sofa. Great value, clean hotel. Location is not very good in case you need to drive to or from downtown. Otherwise good value for money in case you need a clean and safe place close to Chicago or on your way.

Looked very promising when I walked in. Room seemed clean at first glance but once you look closer you see it could use a lot of work. Bed was comfortable. Tiles in bathroom were cracked. I took a shower and stood in almost knee high water by the end of it and found some trash in a cabinet that looked like it had been there for years. Wont be staying here again.

Our stay at this hotel was a very horrible experience. We booked a 2 bedroom suite on the date of our stay. We walk into the room, and at first glance everything looks good. We were gravely mistaken. For starters, we go to pull out the bed in the sofa and it has clearly been slept on without being cleaned nor were the sheets changed. Strike 2 there were crumbs all over the sofa bed and the chair in the living room. The refrigerator had crumbs in it, and we found food all over the floor in one of the bedrooms. The dishes were pretty dirty even though they had just been "washed" and for a 2 bedroom, this room lacked enough utensils for 6 people. So I contact the front desk and the phone just rings and rings and rings. So we decide to go down to see if we can talk to someone. We go down and ask the front desk clerk for new sheets and blankets for the sofa bed, and oh boy...I won't go into detail about how that went (which it didn't go well) in the end I ended up having to call corporate just to get some sheets and a blanket up to our room. I am very very disappointed in this property. I am an ihg member but I will never be staying at this property again!

I recently booked a double suite for my grandson's birthday and the accommodations were horrible. I've stayed here many times and never had an issue they didn't handle but , this time was different. The entire kitchen in the room had issues. The garbage disposal went out and backed up the sink, dishwasher was receiving dirty water from backed up sink/disposal, one burner on stove didn't work, and surface light on microwave didn't work. Called for maintenance and was told 15 minutes well, a hour and a half later I called again to reach Anastacia at the front desk who was NO HELP. I was told there was no maintenance or house keeping available but, she could move us to two rooms. Again, it was a birthday party and I had 5 small children and had decorated the room and was cooking dinner on the one burner we had. So, I explained why moving wasn't an option and asked about the bill. Anastacia's response was "I'm not touching your bill but I can offer the two rooms. At no time outside of the two rooms did she offer any other solution. At which time I tried contacting the General Manager. So we'll see what happens because this was poor treatment of a customer.

Nice clean rooms, a bit dated, but comfortable. Staff was especially nice and friendly. Anna got us checked in early and took care to accommodate our needs. Would definitely stay here again if in the area...

Hotel offers free networking dinner on mon, Tuesday and Wednesday. Light drinks were also offered. Facility has gym which is good. Laundry room was good. Room service is not done during your stay. It is done only once per week. Breakfast is also good. Decent hotel.

I'm so bad experience from this hotel. first thing. when I booked that hotel from Expedia.com. they information for this hotel pet fee $12.50 but when I arrived to check in with front desk staff. She told me our hotel pet fee $75 per night. I'm really didn't understand but I accepted to paid for pet fee because I thought, I'll be claim to Expedia.com an agent. First promblem okay to next... Secondly, When I booked this hotel, I asked to 1st floor room and near exit because I have a dog. They provided my request 1st floor room and room very near exit door but when I open to my room. I'm unbelievable to see my room. They provided to my room almost clean equipments storage room. No clean every where, some big clean equipment on the kitchen dining table, one mopping stick in the kitchen floor, no mattress cover, no pillows two lysol spray on the stand table... Also, when I booked. I paid for roll in shower room but they didn't responded to my booking. I cannot explain to my mind because I drove 5hr from this hotel for family trip. I'm already feels so bad and very disappointed. Anyway I claim to front desk staff. she said, change for different room wait for 30 minutes more. I'm already wait for an hours. So. I check in Secondly room most things fine but when I fold out sofa-bed no mattress cover and mattress so many spots brown stains and no pillows, no blanket again. I claim to an Expedia.com agent. Around 10 min after front desk staff came to my room. she said, "We can not change to mattress and if you need to bed cover and pillows, blanket, you'll be pick up them by yourself. I'm never understood everything situations. I feels like race discrimination.

Perfect accommodations for my 3-night stay. I loved having kitchen access as well. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked well. Hopefully when staffing issues are resolved, they can address smaller issues like unclogging shower drains, and cleaning out the kitchen light, but those were the only drawbacks to my stay.

Bed bugs disgusting dirty so disappointing.! We first came in it was shift change lady at front desk was not trying to help anyone and made it very clear. A younger girl named Chyna came in who was the best part of our experience at that hotel very impressive workers like her still exists she really tried to solve all the problems but it’s just out of her control. Very disgusting I can’t believe it operates and has such reviews

Very good service, everything is clean, kitchen has full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher (old one but it does the job). Convertible sofa in the living room and king size bed in a separate room. Only one sink in the restroom
