Beautiful views! Love the Unleash The Dogs projects that can be seen while walking by the bluffs. Just gorgeous place to see. Minimal parking, which means less of a crowd, just be sure to plan ahead so you can find a spot on a side street and walk a little ways, like a block so not too far from the outlooks which are free and many benches to sit and watch the water by. Great idea to bring a book, there is a little library not too far walking distance if you forget a book just a street or so over towards the end of the park. 📚🚮🚸 💸💰The beach to get down to the water though is a pay to enjoy, pays for upkeep so worth the donation. $10 youth, $15 Adult $20 Family? There is a local rate and a discounted daily/monthly membership. Might be more information on their website?💡 Mojo & Moxie give it four paws up and two wagging tails for the trail. 🌊🐾🏖🐾⛵🐾🧘🏼‍♀️🐾🏊🏻‍♀️

Enjoyed our visit to the Sunrise park. Must go there few minutes before sunrise. Park your car about 500 to 600 metres away from the entrance. Well maintained, the steps are quite nicely placed and is comfortable even for an elderly person. Must visit

Perfect summer day if you can't get away! Quiet beach on Lake Michigan, with life guards during the day. Dog area is also available. Clean restroom, shaded picnic area, benches, gentle waves. Free street parking. No food/drink available for purchase so take your own. Non-residents Lake Bluff pay $15 per person entry fee. Due to ongoing construction on the access path, you have to climb up and down a lot of steps.

This is such a hidden gem. You can get in for free at 6 AM and enjoy sunrise. The rocks add to the beach aesthetic and the water is so clear. The beach is large about that you have your own space. This is the best beach in the north shore. It’s also by downtown lake bluff.

Cute, peaceful park along Lake Michigan. It has benches to sit on to see glimpses of the lake below. The park has mature trees and is across from big, beautiful homes. There's a pedestrian path to the beach below. The only negative is there's no parking, but it's worth the short walk from street parking in the neighborhood to Sunrise Park.

$15 /for non residents $10 for 2 years and below. Easy street parking. Friendly attendants, have life guards on duty, have tons of seating area and free beach chairs to use. Have bathrooms. No showers. Not the nicest lake beach but will do if you just want to chill ,not that crowded.

First time here was fantastic. Kimd and welcoming staff. People are friendly and smiling. Place was a breath of fresh air when you need it most. Water is freezing cold, but it feels great on a hot summer day. 10/10 experience. I'll pay to come back any time. $15/adult was worth the nice experience! I know some people might not agree but I'd happily come back for a nice beach spot away from the city.

Id give it 3.5 if could because its nice, has lifeguards on weekends and staff told me its free on weekdays plus on a clear day can see downtown Chicago including navy pier fireworks, but its also -small -$15 for non residents -and during weekdays has no lifeguard

Great beach for the locals, but probably not worth visiting for others. If you're going for a long drive anyway, there are nicer beaches to take a long drive to.

Great place neat and the water is so clean. Along with aqua there is forest which has variety of birds and insects.

Really nice walk, but it's better left to the people that live there. Better walk, and less intrusive to residents, is the Fort Sheridan Preserve. Nice beach, interesting history placards, many different lengths of walks. Loved It! They have signs: beware of the unexploded ordnance in the waters. Dang!

Beautiful views of the lake, and a free stroll and nice benches up at the top of the bluff. Be advised it costs $15 to go to the beach below for non-residents.

My girlfriend and I go here regularly. Great place to jump in or just wade at your knees. Great place for a picnic. Bathtoom facilities can be a bit dank but hey it’s a beach area and totally serves its purpose.
