Phone
does
not
work
or
workers
claim
it
does
not.
Not
wheelchair
accessible.
Consistently
since
2018,
probably
one
of
the
most
disrespectful
and
unsafe
establishments
in
all
of
Libertyville
after
11pm,
from
what
I’ve
gathered.
Fine
during
the
day
when
the
male
owner
is
around.
Fine
each
night
the
owner
is
around,
awful
the
other
times.
Great
dive
bar
like
in
a
college
town
for
if
you
need
to
slam
a
few
shots
and
bar
hop
(if
you
can
even
get
your
order
taken)
and
not
so
great
for
anything
else.
Maybe
great
for
locals
if
they
know
you
and
decide
to
serve
you.
As
for
actual
service,
your
presence
can
and
will
be
acknowledged
but
if
you
want
to
get
served
go
elsewhere
for
a
drink
because
you’ll
be
waiting
around
forever
even
if
nothing
else
is
going
on.
Any
time
I
went
for
a
drink,
it
was
a
hassle
to
get
one.
I’m
not
sure
if
it’s
because
of
how
I’m
dressed
or
if
it’s
because
I
don’t
know
the
bartender…
it’ll
be
on
slow
evenings
too.
All
staff
minus
the
owner
is
awful
to
deal
with
in
getting
a
drink.
Just
really
blunt
and
rude
like
you
shouldn’t
have
the
audacity
to
be
there
in
their
presence.
Take
your
bad
day
somewhere
else.
A
few
months
ago…
One
man
was
over
served
at
this
bar
and
passed
out
in
his
car
drooling
with
his
music
blasting
until
3am.
It
was
extremely
clear
he
was
blacked
out.
When
I
asked
where
his
friends
were,
they
had
gone
home.
When
I
asked
where
he
had
been
drinking,
he
pointed
to
the
bar.
Luckily
his
mother
in
law
was
able
to
pick
him
up
otherwise
I’d
have
called
911.
Point
being:
how
is
being
over
served
not
a
thing
of
the
past?
As
for
the
further
disrespect…
Not
only
does
this
place
stay
open
the
latest
of
all
bars
in
Libertyville,
but
they
also
allow
patrons
to
stay
outdoors
partying
in
their
outside
area
past
quiet
hours/patio
close
and
also
past
bar
closing,
all
while
being
louder
than
the
acceptable
noise
limits
for
the
area
at
2am.
I’ve
asked,
several
times,
the
establishment
to
control
their
patrons
after
1am
from
yelling
and
being
loud.
This
doesn’t
seem
like
a
big
request
considering
that’s
only
3
hours
of
asking
people
to
stay
inside
while
they
drink,
which
the
bar
owner
confirmed
verbally
was
to
be
policy.
Their
excuses
ranged
from
“I
didn’t
know”
to
“I’m
just
closing
up”
to
“I’m
not
the
owner”
type
of
thing.
All
of
the
other
bars
are
respectful
towards
the
community
on
this
side
of
Milwaukee.
Minding
all
of
the
above,
this
isn’t
even
a
club
or
a
club-like
setting.
This
is
a
small
shotgun
building
that
serves
drinks
located
in
a
parking
lot.
I
understand
this
is
a
hopping
area
and
bars
are
going
to
be
open
late,
but
people
live
here
too
and
all
of
the
other
bars
seem
to
have
the
noise
issues
figured
out
by
now,
safety
concerns
figured
out
(no
drunk
people
loitering
outside),
and
know
how
to
appropriately
serve
clientele
so
they
don’t
get
alcohol
poisoning.
