On Saturday Evening 3/26/22 I Placed My Order Online & Got There A Bit Early So I Was Seated At An Hightop Near The Bar. This Was My First And Last Time At This Location. I Waited An Additional Hour While Seated Inside. I've Actually Never Been To Any Giodiano's That Doesn’t Accommodate Veterans. My Family Loves Giodiano's From Hyde Park In Chicago, Mokena, and Orland Park To Las Vegas Bally's and Boco Park locations. This Is The 1st Location I've Been To That Doesn't Offer Discounts For Military. The Manager Stated Only Uniformed Police Officers. Okay, So I Paid Nearly $200 For 3 Pizzas, An Old Stale Family Size Salad, Burnt No Flavor Calamari, and 2 Orders Of 6 Piece Wings That Were ($34) Alone. (BY THE WAY: I DIDN'T ASK FOR MY TAKEOUT TO BE COMBINED WITH MY DINE-IN DRINK & CALAMARI. RED FLAG 🚩) I Also Never Received My Kids Chocolate Chip Cookies. The Server Was Engaging & Thought They Had A Veterans Discount As Well... Hell, The Drink I Had While Waiting Was The Only Good Thing Truthfully. The Manager Zuri/Zora? Or Whatever Was Not Pleasant What So Ever. She Lied And Said She Couldn't Give Out Any Information For Her Boss. I Was Told To Give My Name & Number That Debbie (District Manager) Would Contact Me Yesterday 3/28/22. I Obviously Haven't Heard From Anyone Concerning This Matter. I Emailed These Pictures And Still Never Heard Back From Management. Look At This Pitiful Garden Salad 🥗 No, I Do Not Know What The Black Stuff Inside The Gristled Chicken Is. The Onions Were Dried, Salad Was Soggy, Tomatoes Were Hard & Dark. I Seriously Don't Have Time For Food Poisoning 😒 After Paying Nearly $30 For This Salad. Unacceptable... I've Contacted Corporate This Was A Terrible Experience.

I really wish people would listen when you place an order over the phone. Typically, I order online. However, I was having trouble with their website. I usually have a good experience with this Giordano’s location, but not today. I clearly gave my order to the young girl. Asking for a thin crust ground beef and cheese pizza. I get all the way home and what do I have, an extra thin crust pizza. I specifically told her to make sure I get thin crust and not extra thin crust. I was very disappointed to say the least, because when you have your mouth ready for one thing and receive another it’s very frustrating. Giordano’s please instruct your employees to listen and not be so hasty over the phone. From a Very Frequent Customer.

Very good pizza and appetizer. You have to be patient if you order deep dish it takes 40 to 60 min to prepare

Service was ok, they were really busy. Expect at least 45 mins for a deep dish pizza. Overall the food was good! Hear the locations in Chicago taste better, may checked one of those out to compare! This was plenty of food for 4 people and that’s with taking leftover pizza home.

Found a lot of videos on YouTube that mentioned this place...they were wrong. Atmosphere was okay at best. Pizza was good but not great...not at all what it was cracked up to be. In some places crust was raw, in others it barely rose. Definitely not a deep dish unless you count the height of the sides. I ordered a double sausage and was disappointed. I got 4 times as much sausage on a single, not double, from Pequods. Sooo glad we tried both places while in Chicago. Go to Pequods instead, but make sure you make reservations hours early to get in. It was packed on a Monday night with dozens of people waiting on the street to get in. Barely anyone at Giodanos.

The marinara, Buffalo, ranch and bbq sauce with the app was great. You can taste the tomatoes in the sauce on the pizza. The cheese on the pizza and the cheesy bread was stringy and good.

Fazolis has more delicious food. The soup was bland and only had broth, no veggies. The fries and ranch were delicious (but we ordered it as an appetizer, like the soup and neither came out until our meals arrived). Chicken Parm was mediocre... Not bad at all, just nothing special. My husband got the Alfredo without chicken and it came with chicken. He ate it anyways but we both agreed that Fazolis has better food.

Good Lawd, I crush this plate. The deep dish personal absolutely positively delicious, I worried about the sauce being over bearing but not even close. And the garlic park fries were the perfect amount.

DO NOT ORDER HERE I spent 45$ here and they had my order wrong, my wings were soggy and overpriced, my pizza was flimsy when even touching it, I wasn’t given napkins or utensils with my order and the front desk lady had a nasty attitude. You could tell they didn’t even wanna take my order because I was rushed on the phone placing it. I ended up just getting a refund, but it was a terrible way to end my night and I will never be coming back here again. If I were u I’d go to another location because this one is not it. It’s terrible that u can spend that much money and not have napkins with your order, utensils, a pizza worth eating, or even just the slightest bit of politeness or sympathy for all of the mistakes they made. This was a terrible experience!

I ordered a regular thin crust cheese pizza, per usual. The pizza was outrageously salty. I called the restaurant to advise on the matter, the manager was mildly concerned. I informed her in hopes that there would be some tone of concern and reasonable response. Great customer service would have avoided this pour rating. I do not have high blood pressure but I would not want anyone with that issue to eat this pizza.

Our server was very nice but clearly had too many people to attend to. Our pizza tasted either over or undercooked, and an additional dish, which should've arrived as the same time as the pizza came out to us luke warm 15 minutes later. Everybody was very nice, including the manager, but as a whole they were noticeably overmatched/understaffed.

The food was delicious and our waitress Johna was amazing! The Modelo was colder than the Rockies 😝

It is always an absolute pleasure to eat at Giordano's when I get the chance. The food is always worth it, coming out looking amazing and tasting as well as it looks. I sadly didn't catch the servers' name, but when we went to eat, the place only had one waitress who went above and beyond to keep all the tables up to date. Which goes to show how incredible their staff is, especially when they had no problem putting additional tables together for us last second when our party got larger. Overall, it was an amazing job by Giordano's as always, and this spot is just another fantastic one in their chain.

People are nice and friendly but the pizza was just awful! We ordered 3 pizzas for my birthday celebration and there was barely any ingredients. Cheese was light on all 3 pizzas and there was hardly any of the extra ingredients that you’re charged extra for on any of the pizzas. Some slices didn’t have any extras on them. Just really disappointed. Pics posted after a few pieces were eaten but they weren’t any better than what you see here.

Ordered a deep dish and a regular pizza. Not only did it NOT taste like Chicago Giordano's but everyone that ate the deep dish got sick. Stomach pain and throwing up everywhere. Not sure if it was the sausage or spinach. Never again, this Giordano's location always disappoints. Makes me miss living in the city. Customer service is good though.

I've ordered 3 times from this location, I've gotten my food once, the first time I placed the online order at 6 am to be delivered at 7pm, 9pm rolled around and no pizza, I had to cancel the order since I was leaving for work, I did get a full refund. 2nd time took a while but deep dish usually does. 3rd time, tonight... I ordered thing crust at 630, I was told to expect it around 7:20 and 7:30, at 8pm I called to check on it and the lady answering said "he's out on delivery now, I don't know why he didn't take it" and told me it'd probably be another half hour, the food is delicious but not worth the terrible service and unreliable delivery driver, this place is the sole reason why I have qualms about tipping ahead of time. I opted to edit my review, one of the managers reached out to me personally to talk about it and was super friendly and caring, he was very genuine about everything we talked about, it was very appreciated.

Edit...had the pizza today, excellent. I know, I should have had the pizza, but had a taste for pasta. Ordered fettuccine Alfredo, it was ok. Service was pleasant.

This Giordano’s is just like the others in Chicago. The pizza and service were great. It was definitely worth it and I would return.

The food was extremely good. I'm from Florida and I really enjoyed it. I ordered a small deep dish with pepproni, bacon, and onions and it was a hefty portion size. I highly recommend this place.

I came from Idaho just to have the deep dish and it’s phenomenal. The think crust was also soooo delicious the best thin crust hands down. We came back for lunch and there was an error with our order and the manager L.T. took care of us immediately. This shower me they really care about the customer and want to make sure they always leave with an amazing experience. I highly recommend this pizza place it’s the best I’ve ever been to and the pizza comes out fast even with a full house. Thank you L.T. Your amazing!

I decided to get a little touristy last night and order some deep dish for delivery. Although it took a little long to arrive, it was delicious as always!!! Giordanos was one of my first Chicago deep dish experiences and still one of my favorites all these years later.

Man that was some good pizza. I was there for a birthday party and the staff was very helpful and friendly. As it was my first time there I've only had the pizza, but rest assured next time I'm in the area I will be stopping back to try the other dishes. I saw what some other people were eating and I really want to try them because they looked fantastic.

So I'm a thin crust type of gal, but my niece wanted deep dish and it was good. We ordered the Supreme but it didn't come with olives. So we added them. When the pizza came, the olives was literally on top. So I felt that was a little off. Usually it's baked in with the rest of the onions, bell peppers, sausage, etc... but it taste 😋 fine to me. My niece said it didn't taste like it was baked together. Lol. The calamari was good as well.

We always had to travel to Chicago to get Giordano’s before, and were elated when they opened a location in Schererville. Giordano’s pizza is the best. It’s always the same high quality each and every time. You never have to wonder if it’s going to be delicious again… you know it will be! This visit included an amazing server as well. I believe he was pulling double duty, serving the bar and some tables too. He handled it like a pro, and with a genuinely warm welcoming smile. That was refreshing. He checked in with us regularly to refill our drinks before they were completely empty (which is important in hot weather), and to ensure we had everything we needed. We look forward to our next trip!
