Went in today to see how much it was to install a new stereo, that I recieved as a gift, into my truck. Front desk person asked me what kind of stereo, as a second person from the back came walking up. I answered him and the front desk guy looked puzzled (he didnt recognize the brand) and then asked the second guy (I'm assuming he's the actual installation person) and he just laughed at the brand (I assume it's not good enough for him, which should be MY concern Not his) and he said, "doesn't sound like anything I wanna touch". So neither of them knew anything about the brand. As the first guy said he would ask someone else, I stopped him and said never-mind...I'll go elsewhere. So instead of just letting me give them money to do a job (they SAY THEY DO) they laughed at me and was rude and condescending. There was no reason to act that way. I would steer clear of these people...if they treated a customer this way, I can imagine the way they would treat your ride!!

Awesome customer service...Bob and his team know there stuff. I've had many vans and trucks worked on here.

Got a cap for my Colorado from here and they did a fantastic job! Had them do some hookups for flat towing and that was also great work! Recommend!!

My Sprinter is in for a Webasto installation. So far so good. I'll update asap. Very fast and pro installation. I'm very pleased with their work. 5 months later another project for my Srinter by CC. Update: Nov 2020. Webasto heater installed by CC works well. Good job.

I thought our almost 9 year old Avital Alarm 2 way remote system went bad in June of last year and was going to need replacement. The previous installer had gone out of business, so I went to Custom Connections in Roselle. Dealt with Chris who showed me my replacement options, when he asked why it went bad. Gave him the details and with hesitation said it could possibly be the remote not the system. He said lets try that first, if that doesn't work, I will deduct the cost of the remote from a new alarm install if it that doesn't work. He ordered th remote on the 19th. I went there today the 26th and within 5 minutes he had the old system up and running!! So thank you Chris for saving me from the possible expensive of a new system! Sincerely, Jeff Spicer

You won't find a shop like this and all the professionals that work at the Roselle retail store. If you are looking for a vehicles customization look know further. The staff will give you as much time as needed to be certain you are completely satisfied with your decision. And the work will be completed correctly the first time. I found this facility via Google search never thinking professional experience and skills were such a short drive away. Thanks Bob, Chris, and Lenny and all their omnipotent technicians.

I purchased a Tacoma with a Leer cap. The original owner did not give me the keys to secure the cap. I found Custom Connection and they had the keys in stock. Awesome. They really hooked it up. Made my day. Thanks to the guys at Custom Connection.

Christian and the guys are great to work with. They are very knowledgeable on all of their products. They have taken care of me over the last 5 years and 3 trucks. I just sent a coworker In to get his ride taken care of as well. Highly recommend.

Called in multiple times to get racks attached to my jeep. Mark gave me an estimate of 300 bucks. When I came in they said they need about 2 hours. He also said that it will be slightly under 300 dollars. I come back after 2.5 hours still not done, but I was okay with that. Waited about 10 min until closing. He brings me a bill for $612.00 dollars. He said 4 hours of labor was $612.00. This is double the price they originally told me. I was left confused. Said thanks and now on my way. Should have went to rack attack, but they told me $400, but I have a shot to custom connections. If they told me honestly before they needed time and it would have cost me more I would have taken my business elsewhere. I’m not gonna complain about the work because it was done well, though left my car from the inside with dust particles from the drilling. Definitely would not recommend. Honesty is number one for me, and these guys were not honest about the labor price. That is why the one star.

Great company that offers great products. They do what they can for you on the price but they have to make money to. Installation is always perfect on the 3 different trucks iv had them work on. Highly recommended!!!

Chris was a pleasure to work with. He based his recommendations off of experience, not price. All pricing was fair and the service was quick while done with quality. I will be going back to them in the future.
