The University of Chicago Booth campus is one of the oldest higher learning institutions in Chicago. The Campus is spread across the South Hyde Park and surrounding neighborhood. Had a chance to stop into the Harper Building and the welcoming atrium and staff. The administrative staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. The students come for undergraduate or the prestigious grad school at Booth. The world class research institution is considered one of the top universities in the Midwest.

Pretty if somewhat forbidding Campus. Most buildings require a keycard to enter. I guess that is a good thing, though it is certainly different from when I attended college.

This is the most beautiful campus I've ever seen. The Gothic architecture and the green landscape create a breathtaking experience. We were there for the open house in April and everything was nicely planned out, as well as enticing. I would totally recommend checking this campus out if you're in town.

It was very good experience to visit the neighbors of the university. Recommended to the visitors of Chicago, the fusion of architecture plenty of green spaces coffee shops, and restaurants. Worth to pay a visit, even if you are not going to became a student. This neighbor resemble the Noting Hill of London.

UChicago has a beautiful campus occupied by geniuses and super-nerds, future leaders of intellectual and political revolutions. Take a stroll if you can and appreciate the moments!

The campus of the University of Chicago boasts architectural beauty and grandeur. Each building carries a distinct style, and the institution's prides itself with rich history and commitment to academic excellence. The main quad is a certified botanic garden; nature and learning intertwine seamlessly, providing an enriching environment for both the mind and soul. With the fall semester just kicking off, there was palpable excitement in the air, especially among the freshmen eager to embark on their academic journey. Sharing these photos with you all, hoping to give a glimpse of this magnificent place.

I honestly was expecting a fairly modern university with boring architecture...I was wrong. The University of Chicago has great buildings that resemble that of medieval castles. There are plenty of rich library's full of knowledge on campus and the curators were kind. The campus is a perfect mix between old and new. It is the perfect distance from Chicago: not too far, but not too close. Even as a visitor I enjoyed roaming around the campus in the dead of winter. Kind students and kind staff! I would definitely recommend visiting!

Such a green, peaceful and beautiful campus. Love the brick buildings and the Boston ivy wrapping around on the outside, especially the way they ripple when a breeze passes through. We didn't have time to go inside the free museum there. Will come back to the city and visit the campus again.

Beautiful Gothic architecture. They play carillon at noon & 5 pm (even during lockdown). The instrument occupies the whole tower consists 78 bells weight 100tons. This the 2nd largest of it’s kind.

Stepping onto the campus of the University of Chicago is a journey into architectural brilliance and academic rigor. The fusion of Neo-Gothic traditions with modern design creates an atmosphere that honors history while embracing innovation. Iconic buildings pay homage to scholarly values, while cutting-edge facilities symbolize contemporary intellectual exploration. The quadrangles, lush green spaces bordered by majestic structures, embody the heart of academic rigor, promoting intellectual exchange. The libraries, from the futuristic Mansueto Library to the fortress-like Regenstein Library, stand as guardians of knowledge, reinforcing the institution's commitment to rigorous research. The University of Chicago's architecture isn't just about buildings; it's a visual representation of the relentless pursuit of learning and the embodiment of unwavering academic excellence.

I enjoy the mix of old buildings and new ones. Going in the old buildings, is like go into a time capsule. Student's seem to enjoy the campus, as well as residents of the neighborhood. Enjoy the small businesses surrounding the campus. Their are several things to do, you just have to venture out and find them.

It's a very big place. My sister had her first procedure done there yesterday.. a aortic valve replacement. Very good doctor and team. She has two more surgeries...one for a abdominal aneurysm and the last one for a botched up gallbladder surgery (from another hospital). She's in good hands with her team of surgeons now.

Not a college student, but this campus is absolutely beautiful and worth checking out if you're visiting Chicago (like me). The moss on the buildings makes the entire thing so majestic.

My experience as a student at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor has been nothing short of amazing! The campus is not only stunning but also buzzing with energy. The professors are world-class, and the wide range of academic programs ensures there's something for everyone. The resources available, from the libraries to research opportunities, are unparalleled. What truly stands out, though, is the sense of community and school spirit. Whether it's cheering for the Wolverines at the Big House or collaborating with fellow students on projects, being part of UMich is an unforgettable journey. I'm proud to call myself a Michigan student, and it's a definite five-star institution!
