I returned an item, which had its store tag intact. I had a receipt for the purchase, which I had made only a week earlier. Yet, I was asked for my driver’s license so the cashier could enter the number into the system, and I was interrogated about my reason for return. For heaven’s sake, it was a purchase under twenty bucks. I have no doubt I was profiled for my ethnicity. I have no doubt I never need to patronize that store again.

One of the best Marshals I’ve been so far. It’s complete with men, women, children clothing and accessories in addition to home and kitchen needs.Reasonably priced items throughout the store. Great sales. The members of the staff are pleasant and I enjoyed being in the store

Alway bringing in new stuff, its fairly clean and more organized than other tjs, lines for cheak out is usual

Needed help getting a large item up to the cash register and into my car. Asked the first person I saw (manager) and she was fantastic. I completed my purchase and was on my way in about 5 minutes. Kudos to the young man who loaded it into my car too.

Interesting store full of a lot of items. Vairied items change often with the seasons. Good number of helpful and willing salespeople throughout the store. One thing I found interesting instead of repeating the same boring canned announcements an actual salesperson makes the announcements every 20 minutes. When I saw her making the announcement I complimented that she sounded good and not like a recording and that she wasn’t using a script. She said she’s been doing it for 8 years and has had a lot of experience. Everyone I spoke to seemed happy with their jobs.

Went there yesterday and very impressed by how clean and organized this location was. And Plenty of shopping selections from clothing to shoes to home products, etc. Store is always busy, so that is a good sign of available quality and good selection of products. Reasonably priced items throughout the store. Great sales, including clearance items. Always a good experience, sometimes I find something sometimes I don’t but the hunt is always fun. Cashier was awesome just can tell she was being genuine. and I'll definitely travel further to this Marshall's location. Would definitely recommended.

Stopped by this location earlier today...as I tried to pay my purchase with a $50 bill ...the system used to check autontessity of bill rejected it,he tried other units on other registers but all declined...he wasn't very professional ,rather imbaressed by how he handled it in front of other costumers! I proceeded to go to a bank few doors down and was assured $50 bill was autentic!! Did go back to Marshall's and voiced my complaints to another cashier and explained the situation and my dissapointment...i got and apology and told that the system has been giving them problems...really??? Should have taken the money and some info from me ,drivers licence...turnes out the manager was the one checking me out...Nice job...not!!!

Rahila N was extremely rude the fact that I set my 3 returns out on her cashier table with the receipts visibly displayed just for her to ask me to hand her each of the receipts and then for my last return she pickes up the 2 lb item and looses the receipt that was underneath it. Hostile.

I go to this Marshall's every time I'm in the area (only twice so far, but not bad for a North Carolinian just visiting!) And I love it! It's very clean, organized & well-lit, with excellent product selection and prices. Last time I found the perfect hoodie (I didn't pick warmly enough!). I wish I lived closer, I found so many amazing things. If I go back to Buffalo Grove I will definitely go back!

Did some gift shopping here a couple times and despite the time and the store closing, Christina, Kaela and Emmanuel went above and beyond to help me with what I was looking for by giving me several options, searching the back, being friendly and kind. They have great customer service/relation skills.

People friendly...great sales as always...plenty of free parking and the place to get your pots/pans for sure.

I can always count on very friendly store associates helping me find something. Store associate they were so very helpful, walking me to the spot where the item I was looking for.
