The
nurses
at
the
ER
saved
my
life.
Literally.
More
on
them
in
a
bit.
This
one
star
is
to
flag
the
hospital
to
hopefully
read
this,
but
judging
from
other
reviews,
they
won't
or
they'll
send
useless
generic
response.
The
front
desk
check
in
female
worker
who
COVERED
her
name
tag
to
hide
it
almost
cost
me
my
life.
I
have
history
of
sepsis.
I
walked
in
and
told
her
I'm
going
into
sepsis
shock
and
she
didn't
listen.
I
tried
telling
her
3
times
and
she
just
put
something
arbitrary
on
the
piece
of
paper
for
registration
desk.
I
sat
for
about
an
hour
and
kept
pleading
for
help.
She
still
ignored
me.
Technician
came
and
said
let
me
take
your
vitals.
She
saw
I
was
tachy
so
she
told
that
nurse.
Once
again
no
response.
At
one
point
technician
says
let's
do
an
EKG.
As
I
sat
for
EKG,
I
started
to
faint.
Next
20
minutes
were
a
blur.
When
I
came
to,
a
wonderful
nurse
was
trying
to
talk
to
me.
When
I
was
able
to
sit
up,
I
was
still
not
able
to
be
still
and
was
dizzy
and
that
front
desk
nurse
shoved
me
back
with
force,
making
me
almond
hit
my
head
on
the
wall.
The
nice
nurse
said
what
room
are
we
taking
him
and
that
front
desk
nurse
said
back
to
the
waiting
room.
That
nice
nurse
looked
at
her
thinking
no
way.
Few
minutes
later
they
wheeled
me
into
an
exam
room
where
they
diagnosed
sepsis
and
called
it
over
PA
for
ICU
nurse
to
come
and
start
life
saving
efforts.
I
spent
many
days
upstairs
recovering
and
made
it.
Every
person
after
her
was
wonderful
and
caring.
If
it
wasn't
for
that
off
duty
nurse
who
happened
to
be
walking
by,
I
would
have
been
taken
back
to
the
waiting
room
for
5-6
hours
and
chances
are
I
would
have
been
dead.
Infectious
disease
doctor
told
me
I
was
maybe
2
hours
away
from
it,
had
it
been
2
more
hours
to
start
receiving
care,
I
would
have
been
gone.
