STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Go to other dentists if you need good care. Very pathetic experience, specially with the front desk staff. Highly unprofessional, rude behavior towards patients. Mostly untrained staff, who keeps messing up with simple task of appointment booking, which results into loss of time, effort and money for valuable patient. Too bad that good dentist serving out of these facility are quickly loosing patients due to the unprofessional reception desk!! Will not be surprised if they end with shutting the shop pretty soon , as there lot of other dentists are going to gain their business.

I went to Northwestern Dental Group for dentures and an implant. They look so natural and beautiful; I am very happy and satisfied with the great job done. Dr. Mulvaney takes time to explain all the procedures and all the pros and cons which helped me make the decision. He is a professional and friendly. I know fitting dentures and putting implants is quite a daunting challenge since the process is different for each patient, but Dr. Mulvaney and the entire Northwestern Dental Group staff have the patience, persistence and perseverance to make it a worry-free process. There are no words to describe how wonderful my experience was, and I highly recommend Dr. Mulvaney and his staff!

Avoid this office like the plague. It's seriously gone downhill since Northwestern Dental Group bought it. They don't seem to understand what 'appointment' means - every single time I've made an appointment after an exam, they call a day or two before it comes up to tell me they have to reschedule it. You might as well skip making one ahead of time and just call when you feel like coming in that week. Their billing department also has issues - I got charged twice for services and it took months to sort out, and in general their bills are MUCH higher than what I was being charged back when this was an independent office.

Greeted with respect, dignity and a deep desire to provide the best possible care for her patients and their many, diverse needs. Fitting dentures to an individual is quite a daunting challenge to say the least. Patience, persistents and perseverance is what it takes with each individual and Dr. Bredau and her staff come through with flying colors! Alway's warm and welcoming and not satisfied until their patient is happy with whatever work may have been needed! My gratitude for Dr. Bredua and her staff goes beyond the stars! Dr. Amin is Awsome as always. Fixed my old filling that fell out from many years ago. So glad I found her three years ago. She makes you feel very comfortable during your visit. Everyone there are is so nice.

Dr. Lim is great! Very professional. She did such a good job on my crown. The shade was great and it fit perfectly. Highly recommend

Good dentists but watch out for their billing and customer service issues. They lost their way when they became a huge dental group and absorbed small, local dentists.

Rude front desk called to ask a simple question and I got a very rude tone. Thanks though! That was definitely a sign!!! I’ll definitely look somewhere else :)

I had a composite done on my two front teeth and I am so happy with the results! Dr. Mulvaney did a really good job and the staff were very professional and courteous with letting me know how to maintain my teeth after the composite. I would highly recommend!
