Im
going
to
start
by
saying
the
food
is
always
excellent.
But
the
service
today
was
simply
unacceptable,
and
I
feel
a
need
to
say
something.
Tried
to
place
an
order
over
the
phone.
The
person
who
answered
clearly
shouldn’t
be
answering
the
phones.
Took
15
minutes
to
even
take
my
order,
kept
putting
me
on
hold.
It
doesn’t
take
15
minutes
to
order
a
pizza.
The
person
says
its
a
new
system
and
they
are
having
trouble
figuring
it
out.
If
you
cant
figure
it
out,
take
paper
notes
and
then
enter
it
in
your
system
after
you
get
off
the
phone
with
the
customer.
Anything
more
than
5
minutes
to
order
a
pizza
over
the
phone
is
starting
to
get
ridiculous.
On
top
of
it
all,
when
they
finally
the
order
completely
wrong
when
he
repeated
it
to
me.
I
told
him
it
was
wrong,
and
then
HE
HUNG
UP
on
me.
We
called
back
and
were
able
to
get
the
order
placed.
But
I
will
not
be
ordering
over
the
phone
from
them
again,
I
will
be
ordering
Dominos.
Worse
pizza
but
they
have
the
ordering
process
figured
out.
