Went to Binny's to find an obscure beer I had years ago but couldn't remember the name of it. Bradford and Joe were eager to help me. I described the can graphics and immediately they knew what I was talking about and took me right over to aisle 39 and there it was. Big thank you to these beer aficionados for helping me!🫡

They hold their best whiskies for employees and friends. Scumbags. They lie right to your face and tell you sold out or they don’t have anything and then you’ll see someone at customer service get one. Lying pieces of garbage.

Huge selection of all types of wines and spirits for all. A wine expert is always available to help with wine selection from around the world. You can order on line and either pickup in store or have curbside pickup!

My go to Binnys for whiskey. Great selection at this location, as well as a very nice case display in the corner area with higher end bottles. Staff here are always super friendly and helpful, and thanks to their whiskey picking staff, have a consistently great selection to choose from. Thanks for many great bottles!!

Really great selection of liquors, I don't know that I've ever seen so many choices. Lots of wine as well. The beer selection wasn't bad but you probably won't find something you've never seen before and if you want a sour in winter you might not find that (but I didn't look too hard).

Great selection, good folks, decent prices. It's the local go-to. If it's cocktail or wine or beer related, you have better than even chances of finding it at Binny's. Decent cigar selection, too, for those that still do that.

Love the focus on customer service here…there are always employees walking by to ask if I need help. Great selection of everything you could want too!

Astounding. Scott and his team are phenomenal. It took me longer to get in and out of the parking lot than it did to be in that store, and they were quick and efficient and all around amazing. My gifting is complete because of this Binnys. Cheers, Scott and team!!

What's not to like about this huge liquor depot? Wide selection of beer, wine, spirits, and more. Walk-in cigar humidor. Prices are reasonable and staff is knowledgeable.

Its your standard giant liquor store. Very good selection of alcohol and snacks, they could improve their chilled non-alcoholic diet beverage variety. They even have those one-time-use dog water bowls filled with water for road trips with doggo. Pretty baller.

The have what they advertise. Lots of liqour at decent prices, still higher than Woodmans though. They have a vast selection on wine. And lots of micro brew selections

So quick & helpful where I don't feel like I'm wasting all my time looking at products. You state what you want and it's amazing how quick it can be found. Great customer service, smiles usually always seen, and just pleasant vibes from the people. It's as if Binny's keeps their workers happy and so the customers can tell the workers are happy too. They aren't understaffed like most jobs are these days, so the workers are given fair work loads & seem more than eager to help. Good job all around! To Binny's & to all of their workers... Cheers!

Great selection of Beer that I wouldn't have expected before walking in. Found exactly what I was looking for and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Will definitely be back.

Have not visited binny's before. I walked in... there was a nice older lady working there and I said this is what I'm looking for she took me right to it I paid and left easy peasy. The only part I really didn't care for if they want your email and your phone number because the prices don't apply unless they have that information.

the I guess manager showed me what I was looking for and then after I left him and decided to get more he helped me again, the cashier was nice and respectful

This. Place. Is. Huge. You walk in, and it's just amazing. Whatever you need, you can find it here. The guys are so helpful. I walk in, tell them what I want, and they tell me the exact location for it!

I don't live by a Binny's but when I visit my daughter I pass several. Their pricing is better than any retail place I've been in and they also have all kinds of different labels and Brands you never saw anywhere else. If you're looking for something that they don't have they will try to get it for you and call you. They also have a wonderful members Club where you save money every time you give them your phone number so I highly recommend Binny's if you enjoy a nice drink

Horrible customer service! The website advertised a considerable discount on my favorite cognac, Remy Martin VSOP, and did not mention any quantity limits. A friend purchased entire case (12 bottles) from another store a day or two earlier. On that same morning, my wife got me a case at yet another Binny's store. At the Vernon Hills store, they also did not have any signs indicating a limit. Yet, when I asked for a case, customer service manager Cindy told me there was a 1 bottle per purchase limit, claiming that it was the "company policy." After I opened up Binny's website on my phone and showed her there was no quantity limit, she changed the tune and announced that it was a company policy "to permit store managers exercise their own discretion in setting quantity limits," and that it was her decision to limit purchases of this particular cognac to 1 bottle per person. No explanation was offered, just a very formal "sorry." Worse yet, you could see by her smile that this customer (dis)service manager truly enjoyed showing me, her store's customer, who was the boss! As you can imagine, I left very disappointed and offended. If you can help it, avoid Vernon Hills Binny's store.

Amazingly friendly staff! Great selection of wine, liquor, beer, mixed drinks or any alcohol you can drink, they even have Japanese sake and whisky. Their price is very inexpensive compared to other stores. Make sure to sign up for Binny rewards to get sale prices for your favorite drink!

This is the only place I'm able to find my favorite Murphy's beer. Employees are very friendly, short wait in line, lots of cashiers.

Always great recommendations, from highly drinkable whites (I'm more of a red drinker) to which wines will be best for my Jewish friends amd even special ordering some of my favorites!

Absolutely excellent. Prices are great and customer service is amazing ❤️ Definitely get a discount card for anyone new ! It will save you a lot.
