I’ve been to many boba places throughout the U.S., however, my experience at bearology was extraordinary. The staff were very kind, the tables were clean, but most of all the drinks are incredible. I ordered an everything slush, which had a different flavor with every sip. I recommend coming here!

Just got a French vanilla ice latte, and it was amazing! The jars are so cute and you get a 10% discount off your purchase when you bring the jar back next time. The staff was so nice and they were very helpful with the menu. I can't wait to go back for another!

Stumbled upon this really cute drink shop and very happy we decided to go in. The jars are included in the price of your drink and are absolutely adorable! The Vietnamese coffee is on the stronger side for my taste yet still enjoyable. With the mango drink we added aloe and it was a real nice touch, very refreshing. You order on the screens as you walk up to the counter however the staff is there and friendly to answer any questions. *Update to add that if you bring back your jar, you get a discount.*

This place is really nice inside! I decided to try the mango strawberry tea. It was really delicious. The young lady helped me my order since it was my first time. She was very nice. The glass jar was so cute. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

My sister and I didn’t know what to get, and the girl at the register was very helpful!! I love the reusable glasswares they use! It’s very spacious, and love that you can sit down. I will be coming again, it was so good 10/10! 🤩

One of the best bubble teas I've ever had (and I've had a lot). I ordered the original milk tea, and my boyfriend ordered the brown sugar drink. It was sweet, delicious, and just the right amount. It's a bit pricey, but you also get a cute cup with it that you can reuse. Perfect for a quick snack or drink!

WHEN I TELL YOU!!! THE BEST customer experience EVER!! Came by this gorgeous Sunday morning. Shoutout to Elyssa for making me feel SO WELCOME. This experience has been top tier. The regular milk tea with extra boba is extraordinary 🤌🏼 Elyssa gets the drinks out sooo fast and efficient. I checked out the Schaumburg location last month and they weren’t nearly as clean, kind, or freaky fast as Elyssa’s store was. Whoever hired this delicate flower of a gal, needs to give her a raise. Will be coming back for SOLELY the customer service. Keep serving the great experiences! Can’t wait to bring all of my friends to this location!

Great place with excellent drinks. I loved the self serve kisoks, they made it much easier to order, especially since I’m not a boba connoisseur. The cotton candy machine was cute too and gave us something to do while we waited for our drinks. Overall super cute store with great drinks and a cute atmosphere

Pretty good! Variety of options, wish they had popping bubbles as the texture/ consistency of regular Pearls & the Lychee jelly kinda put me off. But they were very nice and refreshing. love the fact the jar is included & the discount when you reuse them:) will come back for sure

Very nice decor at the shop. The Mason jar container for the Boba is very cool but wish the container was bigger. The Boba is super delicious and the milk tea is also really good. Would come again

Delish 😋 ! My daughter loved her shimmery lemonade, and I loved having the option to be able to put aloe in my drink instead of boba! Will go again! The fruit tea is delish. I get it with aloe & it's the perfect combo 👌

Omg this place is beyond adorable!!! Plus, reusable containers that give you a 10% discount when brought back? Yes, please! I got a caramel iced latte with boba, and Anthony got coffee milk tea with boba, and we got the brown sugar boba waffle to share. We also got the pink lemonade shimmer flask because why not. It was too pretty to pass up. They have a flower wall with their logo for Instagram pics and a cotton candy machine that makes the prettiest cotton candy designs. The drinks were on point, and the waffle was warm and tasty. Would definitely come back! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu!

Cute place and good bubble tea/smoothie options! Prices are a bit steep but if you bring back your cup on your next visit you get a dollar off I believe. The cotton candy machine was also very cool only minus is that it ate my money and didn't want to work the first couple times. Then it was fine when I tried again later.

Probably the best boba I've ever had, with a bunch of other drink options if tapioca balls aren't your thing. My kiddo adores the watermelon slush, and I can personally vouch for the taro bubble tea and the butterfly lemonade. So good! Also the novelty of watching the cotton candy machine in action is awesome, and a great way to kill the time waiting for your drinks (which admittedly can be a bit long).

Super cute, the tapioca was super chewy and the fact that you can bring back the jar for a 10% discount is very cool. They did forget to put lychee jelly in my drink but other than that it was good

First time got 2 drinks to try love the taro milk tea with tapioca it’s my all time favorite you can choose the sweetness percentage and the place really cool. There is also a cotton candy machine which is cool.

This unique bubble tea parlor is absolutely adorable and to date, tied for 1st place as far as best tasting so far IMHO. My 8-year-old son was excited to try this place the moment he walked in and obviously wanted Taro which is the only flavor he ever gets in any bubble tea café I've taken him to. Not sure what % of bubble tea venues do the bottle exchange but indeed I think it's a great idea regardless if the prices here are higher than nearly every place I've been to. This bubble tea & lemonade scream high end and superior quality and I think what I paid was worth it, I don't mind paying a little more for the good stuff. I can't wait to get back here and try different flavors of both bubble tea & lemonade, that Kiwi lemonade was awesome!

Initially, I wasn't too sure about this place but after having few drinks for my son's birthday hangout, I have to say I am very impressed. The drink menu was full of unique flavor and and fresh ingredients. The bubble portion was generous and I love the idea of using glass bottles. Save the planet!!! It’s a heaven for people who love boba 🧋 drinks. I happen to be in the area and wanted to give it a try. I ordered the popular dragon fruit mango slush with strawberry popping boba. The flavors were amazing and sweetness was to the point. The boba was not that great (you would agree with me if you have tried the one at Bubble Tea, Waukegan). The ambiance is beautiful. The place is spacious and aesthetically pleasing. There is a cotton candy self vending machine. The best part of this experience was the reusable mason jars 🫙 for the drinks.

Got the Thai tea and mango smoothie. The entire drink is customizable, with different toppings, sugar, ice, and even milk options. My favorite part is that it comes with a cute reusable glass, and they give a 10% discount if you bring it back. The drinks were great! The total was $14.75 for those 2 drinks.
