Researchers believe that the directions of the arch doors of the Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius represent the ruins of the ancient Phoenician city, on whose ruins the Roman city was built[1].

It is very special place for me, I love this amazing place and I go there a lot to sit and think about the deep history of the place, it is located in the old city of Tripoli, in front of the Harper, there are some restaurants and cafes around it , the visitors can go so easily by taxi or on foot if the are staying in the down town. I recommend everybody to go there and feel the beauty and history of the place.
