Would recommend 100%. Such friendly and kind staff who made the experience so much better. Big thank you to Charlotte who I had most of my appointments with she was so kind and made me feel so comfortable and the fact that she tried so hard and get an appointment to get my braces off before prom into a busy schedule I will forever be grateful as I had a smile I was confident with at prom. I am happy with the results so thank you everyone at ascent :)

I went through the process of having implants fitted. Throughout the whole process I received excellent service and care from everybody at the practice. I did not, at anytime, feel uncomfortable or any pain and the procedure was never rushed but carried out at a pace that meant a very successful outcome. I’d recommend this practice very highly.

This Dental practice exceeds all expectations. I have never experienced such professionalism, care and attention to detail. The management have been meticulous in every aspect of patient Dental care. The staff are quite exceptional, greetings with smiles and a genuine concern for patient welfare. In just a few short visits You are aware, your entrusting your dental health to an impressive team of extremely qualified clinicians and support staff. Other similar practises could learn a lot from Ascent Dental care.

I came to Tamworth 5 years ago with a real fear of dentists. As I needed to find a new practise I eventually plucked up courage to attend Ascent Dental Care. I can honestly say, they have been amazing. From the reception team, especially Kathryn to my current dentist, Laura, I now have no fear of going for any treatment. They are extremely patient focused and excellent in caring for the most scared individuals. Would 100% recommend-give them a try-you won't regret it :-)

Amazing! I have a dental bridge done in a different country, and I recently had an appointment with Ascent regarding some big concerns. The staff there are just brilliant and definitely know what they’re doing. Profesionalism and knowledge is what defines the staff at Tamworth!

I am a nervous patient and recently have had a fair amount of much needed dental work carried out at Ascent dental care in Tamworth. Everyone at the practice from the women on reception to the 3 practitioners I have had treatment from have been amazing. They have all made me feel respected, reassured and safe, the care and quality of treatment from the practitioners has been excellent. They have explained everything very clearly and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Also, I can honestly say that the treatment has been painless. I will never look forward to visiting the dentist but I am much more reassured that I will be taken care of and my dental care is in the safest and most professional hands!

I contacted Ascent Dental Care after my general dentist advised me that I needed root canal treatment, which they would be unable to carry out. I was looked after by Jesal, who put root canal fillings into 3 of my teeth, which was not a straightforward procedure, as they were crowned front teeth, and 2 of the crowns were some 25 years old. I can only say that he did an excellent job. He explained everything very thoroughly to me beforehand, and I was truly amazed at how little discomfort I felt when the work carried out. He is a really nice guy, who puts you totally at ease, and the nurses, reception and admin staff are all very friendly, polite and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent dental practice.

After being let down last week by one of the dentists at the NHS practice i was with, i have decided to go private as i was afraid that going back will create even more damage to my teeth. After a bit of research and looking at the reviews i decided to go for it and book an appointment with Ascent Dental Care, oh and how happy i am that i did. I knew it will be good from the moment i have contacted the clinic for details, the way i was spoken on the phone and how smoothly the booking in went, however the visit exceeded my expectations. It started with Kathryn in reception, who was kind and sent a great positive vibe the minute i stepped in. Then i was greeted and taken upstairs by Fiona, who kindly asked, listen, explained the steps moving forward and talked me through the practice membership plans. She handed over everything that we spoke about to Laura, my dentist. The first consultation was thorough and made me feel at ease when i realised just how good and passionate Laura is about her job. Even if i did not started the actual work on my teeth yet, i could just tell from the whole examination that she knows what she is doing and that things will only get better. I was shown pictures and was explained so well that it was obvious why i need certain things done. Based on all that, Laura put together a dental plan that we will start working on as of next month. The nurse Amy(i might be wrong about the name and i apologize if so, i struggled to remember 🙈) was as nice and good as everyone else - it means the world when you can see that everyone knows exactly what to do. I am just a normal, average paid worker and i know going private it is more expensive but in this case you get what you paid for and even more. My daughter needed braces so after reading reviews about Ascent Dental Care I decided to book a first appointment. It was 19 months ago. My daughter had her braces removed last month and the result is superb! It exceeded her expectation. The care is amazing. I can’t recommend Ascent Dental Practice enough! After bad experiences at my local NHS dentist, which ultimately resulted in me avoiding going for regular checkups, my teeth and gums are now healthy again. The staff, from the receptionist to dental nurses, are excellent and attentive, making your visit a pleasant experience. Aimee, with the red hair, deserves a special mention for putting me at ease from the moment I arrived and was reassuring and Knowledgeable. I left feeling confident of returning for my next check up.Highly recommend.

James is a brilliant dentist . Kind and very knowledgeable. Explains everything to you and listens carefully . Very professional and highly skilled. All the receptionists are so lovely too. Very relaxing atmosphere. You feel in very good hands here .

Just had my braces off after 2 years of damen clear braces. I have to say staff are all incredibly professional I'm a nervous patient but felt well cared for by Gursh and his team. Kathryn was also brilliant, keeping me calm through my wimp stages 😂 I'm really pleased, makes so much difference and I will no longer have to cover my teeth for photos!
