Nice family facility with all you need in terms of work out tools and equipment. Thumbs up !! 4 strars only because of its size.

Great gym, a little crowded but fine overall.

Friendly, fun, courteous and professional staff who are welcoming and encouraging. I highly recommend this place if you have youngsters in need of swimming lessons. Great !

Ett helt okej och lugnt gym som har allt man behöver för att kunna göra ett träningspass.

Funkar som det ska. Gott om maskiner och fria vikter. Bastun är renoverad, riktigt fräsch och ganska bra drag i aggregatet. Medley har bastun på. Många andra stängde när elpriset gick upp.

The swimming pool is small but kept warm during swimming school exercises at Mondays. It's good for exercises with younger kids or regular swimming but if you want to practice for competitions you probably want a deeper and longer swimmingpool. If you want to go to an action bath you should go to Sydpoolen in Södertälje to name the closest one.
