Arrived to find the extra bed we booked missing and nobody to fix it so we were forced to find another hotel on short notice. Clerk on the telephone didn't seem to care.

Absent housekeeping. The rooms were terrible. The housekeeping was almost absent. The beds were very dirty and with some old linen. The bathroom was dirty and full of mould. We were offered a different room but the conditions were the same. We were together with another family. They experienced the same as us. We asked for a refund, but the hotel does not reply to our numerous email. Stay away from this hotel.

We select our hotel due to our daughters moving to a new house nearby to be close to our grandchildren. I am rating this hotel considering 2 star of it. In a beautiful surrounding of Lidingo - a neighbouring island of main Stockholm. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Towels are new and clean. Breakfast is limited but available for all kind food - do not expect 4-5 star hotel. At first night we had a bed odor at our room. Staff took some precautions. Next night they kindly upgraded us a suit room.

People working in reception and kitchen was nice.but breakfast was not satisfied.my 1 years old boy burning on his hand in pipe back side in refrigerator there is not good for kids also the 1 of the single bed are broken also no TV works. hope the next guest it will not happened again.

This place was tolerable. HOWEVER no air in the room, infact extremely stuffy - to get fresh air, car park is your best friend. The bathroom is a style ive never come across (strange to say the least) but again tolerable. MADE ME APPRECIATE MY UNI LIVING!! bed however was quite comfortable

Pros: The room was fairly large and clean. The staff was very friendly. The WiFi was great. Good breakfast, too! The location was ideal, as we were here for the Lidingo Ultra Marathon, and the hotel was close to the start. The room had a small fridge where we could keep food in. There was a kitchen we could use. We only discovered this on the last day, though, information about this could have been better! Cons: The reception hours were very limited. We arrived on Saturday afternoon, and had to call to get access to our room keys. The hotel is pretty out-dated and could do with a renovation. The floors creak A LOT, which is really annoying. All in all, pretty basic, but decent value for money.

First of all the building is old (not ancient value - just old). There is No lift so dont come with heavy luggage. Reception staff barely speaks english (only the basics). Wifi is slow and rooms has the tiniedt windows. I felt like in a cave. It is far from city center(at least 25 mins by car)

Clean place, don't expect any luxury for the price you pay. Bed was a bit too soft and old. Breakfast was very good for this range of hotels.

Completely fine to spend the night if that's what you're after. Very friendly staff, clean room. Breakfast could do with improvement (namely, eggs) and the windows were unhelpful in this unexpected heat. Very stuffy in the room.

So far it's been a bad place to stay. Yes it is cheap, but really they don't look after the place. Run in the morning by a guy who's dressed as about to go on a movie set from the 90's with his leather jacket. You really need to ask the man to get off his chair to actually serve some breakfast. Bro just needs to reconsider his job at this place. I really wouldn't want to stay here ever again. Tent in the nature would be way better. In overall feels old. Carpeted everywhere like houses in Britain from the 80's. Just sort of a place that's been let go some time ago and now only gets vacuumed occasionally. Would only recommend if you just need a place to crash. Anything beyond one night is not really worth it.

This place is falling apart! When we arrived our room had someone already there, sleeping! Then they gave me another room that was a disaster…. It wasn’t clean, towels on the floor. Then, we finally arrived to the room where we would stay at. The hotel looks bankrupt!

The straff was very helpful and friendly and I was treated with early access to my room. The room was simple, but more space than i though. The walls are a bit on the thin side and the shower was stuck on quite hot water. It takes at least two differeent buses or bus and subway to reach the inner city of Stockholm, though since it's located at a nice neighbourhood it's a great alternative to the expensive inner city hotels. If you are travelling on a budget but want to stay in a nice hood at a very reasonable rate this is a great option.

One of the worst hotels I have visited. Really dirty, old and worn down.
