We have been a regular customer for both a cat and a dog over the last few years. Generally very impersonal service and not much expertise shown by Vets or other personnel. Some notable exceptions to this but the down side was so bad they score badly overall. Shocking treatment of a cat by one of their vets that was cruel, unnecessarily painful and very stressful for the animal. The last time I was there they failed to cut a dogs nails on a fully briefed appointment because they had nobody with experienced with large dogs..and still charged over 1000 SEK for doing nothing.

Before going there when calling to book an appointment for a start-kit (check up, vaccine, etc) they are very opinionated on the phone basically telling me off for getting a kitten instead of a cat from a shelter. Otherwise they sounded polite. Only 2 days after being there for a general check-up I discover my kitten has skin and ear problems yet on the check up they said that nothing was out of the ordinary. When I call again they can't arrange another appointment for several weeks and then I would get to see the same person that did the check up. Not very confidence-inspiring.

Friendly and professional veterinarian. They're pretty expensive though but I guess that comes with the quite accessible and central locale.

The staff is professional with a big heart. Zico runs into the treatment room. Provides continuous information during the examination itself and we always have a dialogue. Something that I appreciate is that the staff is updated at Zico when we meet. We have Aniplan and if nothing special happens, we see each other once a year. Very pleased!
