TM
Bagarstuga
is
not
an
ordinary
bakery.
The
people
running
it
have
adopted
an
aggressive
and
loud
marketing
strategy.
They
have
large
signs
everywhere
with
their
names
and
claims
to
be
the
best
in
town.
Unfortunately
they
have
the
only
bakery
in
town,
and
as
such
it
is
both
the
best
and
the
worst.
There
is
a
lot
I
don't
understand
about
this
place.
For
example,
the
head
baker
usually
walks
around
with
a
tall
toque
on
his
head:
these
are
an
old
school
symbol,
a
garment
worn
by
cooks
at
high-end
French
establishments.
For
anyone
who
understand
the
history
and
cultural
significance
of
the
toque,
this
can
only
be
interpreted
as
arrogance.
Why
would
they
work
so
hard
to
raise
people's
expectations
?
Why
do
I
criticize
so
violently,
what
so
many
people
seem
to
love
so
much
?
Honestly
I
can't
explain
it.
I
am
totally
dumbfounded
by
the
number
of
good
reviews
they
have
received.
This
is
just
my
opinion,
the
opinion
of
someone
who
loves
bread,
sandwiches
and
baked
goods
in
general.
I
eat
a
lot
of
them.
There
is
no
meal
without
fresh
bread
at
my
table.
I
have
even
baked
professionally.
I
live
five
minutes
away
from
TM
Bagarstuga,
but
their
bread
and
other
products
are
so
bad
that
I
never
buy
them
(obviously
I
have
tried
them
several
times).
I
prefer
to
travel
30
minutes
to
an
hour
to
visit
a
bakery
in
another
part
of
the
Stockholm
area,
rather
than
buy
anything
at
TM
Bagarstuga.
This
is
how
truly
terrible
their
products
are.
