I never send in a review about Bauhaus. That’s google’s robot that does it for me, obviously. Should my review been written by myself, it would have been the worst possible because my experiences with bauhaus are really too bad to be true. Really everything from website to customer service is under 10% of what it at least should be

Customer service is genuinely terrible. If you don't already know what you need, go somewhere else to learn. Check stock and location yourself online first.

Not enough workers in almost any department... Can easily take 15 min to be served

I wanted to buy 3 new bathrooms for a project. I was seen by Patrik who works in that department. He was very helpful, I explained my needs and he showed me all my options and gave me his professional opinion on the qualities of each option. he was brilliant from start to finish. I would also like to give a special mention to Michael in the Business department who took over after Patrik. He did everything he could to help my business. explained the different options I could use, as well as show me the discounts i could earn on certain products. Both gentlemen are a credit to the company and I have recommended other people I know to get their bathrooms from Bauhaus Västerås due to their excellent service.

I always have trouble finding what i want. They split upp different types of produkts that should be at the same place. I always have to ask for help when I go to this place. Don't recommend.
