Dont forget every penny spent on my healthcare is claimed back from the UK government and I pay large amounts of income tax here. Whats the point in the economy of sending people home early and then having to fund emergency services and air ambulance to pick up the peices. One more night in hospital with proper care and a taxi home - problem sorted and lots of money saved and a lot less pain and worry for me and my family.
