Nice place outside and inside. Unfortunately my experience there with wine tasting wasn't that good. I decided to use the Liechtenstein adventure pass' "try two wines for free". The sommelier wasn't happy about this and said to my face that "they have now opened two bottes of wine for me for free and now they own me nothing more." Felt disrespect at that moment. (So sorry I wanted to taste your wines and buy them, hear about the background and so on 🙄). The sommelier could have asked if I wanted to try more and so make more sales. I just wanted to try the wines before purchasing and enjoy the wine but thanks to that I felt like I'm viewed cheap. Like I would have loved to try more but didn't feel welcomed to do so. As a wine lover that was sad and I'm sad about having to experience that. Really disappointed. At the same time they were pouring wines for tasting for other customers but for me they told to open the bottle and pour is myself, which I felt a bit odd but maybe they just thought I could be trusted not to take the whole bottle? Also I was given only one glass for both wines which is a bit different than what I'm used to in wine tasting, but I don't think it ruined the wines. Other customers with multiple wines did have one glass each. All in all I had planned to have dinner there but after this I just didn't although their restaurant has been quite well received. In addition, they helped me taste 2 red wines, both they showed me were supposed to be on the shelf. I decided which red I liked better and then went to get it from the shelf spot he had shown me -> it was white wine and not red , my fault for not reading the label but trusting the wine pointing 😂 but at least I now get to taste their white wines too. But honestly if Hoffenkeller you think that the deal in adventure pass is rubbish and not worth it to you then just resign from the deal next time it's renewed instead of blaming the people who decide to use the deal. Wines were good and worth buying and enjoying, value for price is good. 👍 👍 Still angry and sad about the way I got treated.

Julia was an amazing hostess at this winery as we pulled up spontaneously in the last 1 1/2 hours before closing. She escorted us to a backroom for our very own personalized wine tasting with history and culture inter-mixed in the conversation. The 4 wines we sampled were delicious and we purchased 1 bottle of Zweigelt red wine on the way out. The setting was quaint and intimate. The chairs were super comfortable. Julia even gave us local tips for our journey. Highly recommend. Cheers!

Wonderful experience here tasting 4 different wines, 2 from the local vineyard and 2 from their Austrian counterpart. The cellar was nice, but the vineyards out front with their views of Vaduz Castle are even better!

We were pleasantly surprised by the Prince's wines. Liechtenstein isn't necessarily known for wine but we enjoyed a tasting at the Cellars and liked several of the offerings. We highly recommend Liechtenstein for a variety of pretty amazing reasons and if you visit the country that is "Simply Princely" check out the Cellars!

We had a very pleasant tasting at the winery. Tasted a number of their wines and received interesting background information on the wines and the winery. Took a couple of bottles away with us to enjoy!

We had such a wonderful experience there. Dominik did our tasting and he was very knowledgeable and courteous, definitely made our visit. We bought a few bottles from there. We definitely recommend a visit if you’re in this tiny but beautiful country.

From the states and pulled a typical- that looks close let’s drive to this country and do wine tasting in the middle of a snow blizzard, what is the worst that could happen??? We had the BEST time with Dominik- he is SO patient, kind, intelligent and super knowledgeable on the wines and region. We were so sad to leave but glad to have made our one experience in Liechtenstein at this winery- ps the wine IS awesome !!!

Amazing tasting! I went in the low season so it was empty (just me), but the tasting was an incredible deal. I feel like I got to try everything.

Alexandria was amazing and so warm with our wine tasting experience! She went out of her way to show us the production of their wine and let us try the other wines they have to offer. She is an amazing host and we would love to come back again :)

Excellent afternoon spent sampling fine wines in excellent company. Every employee was kind, courteous, and professional. The wine tasting was phenomenal and I would certainly recommend stopping by for anyone visiting Lichtenstein or even nearby Switzerland. I hope to return again soon.

Free wine tasting, staff very nice and helpful knows their wine and grapes. Goes the extra mile to make sure you are fully informed, no pressure to buy their wine.

Lovely small winery with offerings from the Liechtenstein family's holdings in Liechtenstein proper and Austria. Friendly employees, but seemingly short-staffed when I visited. Prices are comparable to the rest of Liechtenstein (that is expensive). Recommend using the Liechtenstein Adventure Pass to get two free tastings and then decide if you want more from there. Visited August 2023.

We had a short trip in Vaduz and decided to try a wine tasting. It was great! The staff are really friendly and super knowledgeable about the wines and the wines tasted great! You can try wines from both of the Prince's regions - Litchenstien and Austria. The tasting was only 12CHF, which I think is good value for the region. Definitely recommend.

Staff was super friendly! We did the wine flight. It's not our favorite wine but we enjoyed the experience and it's affordable

Very cozy place!! If you're looking for a wine tasting this is the place. It costs 12 euros for two different kinds of wine and an explanation of the place. It is very worthy to see if you are around.

The wine deserves a millionth star it was SO yummy. I’ve never been to a winery I enjoyed ALL the wines. Pro: yummy wine, the girl has only worked there 3 months and was VERY knowledgeable, the tasting room was beautifully set up. Con: only 2 tastings included in the tasting price, you should make this atleast 3-5 little tastings instead to try more. Wish there was a tour of the vineyards and facility ( mind you it’s January maybe this is done in summer months ) 10/10 would recommend

I've been here to have the wine tasting that was included in my Adventure Pass. The lady that served me was very kind and explained me a little bit about the background of the wines. Covering four hectares this is the most important vineyard in Liechtenstein but there is also another one in Austria. Pinot Noir is the main grape grown, but there are also other varieties, such as Chardonnay, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc.

This place is amazing. You also have the chance to walk inside the field with grapes. Such an amazing scenario.

Wow, what an incredible place. We were blown away by the knowledge and enthusiasm of Cetin, our guide who took us through our wine tasting. Both educational and highly enjoyable we would recommend to all visitors of Vaduz! Thank you Cetin for making our visit to Liechtenstein so memorable.

A nice place to have a glass of wine or do a tasting. I tried both the Pinot Noir (produced here in Vaduz) and the Grüner Veltliner (from their other property in Austria) and really enjoyed both. The Vinothek has a nice atmosphere to sit and offers wines from all over that you can buy by the glass or bottle. I didn't try any good, but I saw a meat and cheese tray being prepared that looked very nice. They also have a short walking path through the vineyard where you can read about the yearly process of making wine.

😠 Vaduz is a ghost town after 8pm so not too much option in the center... New Castle is one but be aware that clients are smoking inside at the bar and on main room... this is ruining the place!
