Ich war am 07.05.2022 Im Huber.. Ein Junger Herr (vermutlich der Lehrling Herr. C) hat mich sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit beraten bezüglich einer Uhr. Mein Besuch im Huber Schmuck und Uhren nahm ich als sehr angenehm war, dank des ausgezeichneten Service der mir geboten wurde! Ich werde das Geschäfft umschliessend weiterempfehlen & Ich komme wieder!

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, ich ging mit der Absicht zu kaufen, aber ich wurde nicht bedient. Mir wurde das gewünschte Modell nicht gezeigt, weil ich kein Stammkunde bin. Als ich den Laden betreten habe wurde ich nicht sofort begrüsst, obwohl mehrere Mitarbeiter frei waren. Das Beratungsgespräch fand dann schlussendlich in Englisch statt, da kein Mitarbeiter frei war der Deutsch konnte (obwohl ich der einzige Kunde im Geschäft war). Für mich sah es so aus, dass ich nicht als potentiellen Kunden wahrgenommen wurde. Dies bestätigte sich dann während dem Beratungsgespräch. Die Mitarbeiterin ist nicht auf meine Wünsche und Vorstellungen eingegangen, gleichzeitig wurden die Uhren lieblos vorgeführt. Man hat richtig gespürt, dass Sie die Beratung so schnell wie möglich hinter sich bringen wollte.  Auch die Aussage das jetzt ein schlechter Zeitpunkt ist, um eine Uhr zu kaufen und ich es doch in einer anderen Huber Filiale probieren soll, hat mich sehr irritiert und verärgert.
