I wish I could leave a 5 like other patients did however I just cannot based on the experience of our initial appointment today. Doctor Sarah only spent 3 minutes explaining my daughter’s teeth condition, but because she was talking too fast I had to spend 5 minutes asking her questions and then she became impatient and spend another 3 minutes repeating what she previously said. Besides, the x-ray they took included one head skeleton. I wasn’t given the specific consent for that. ——- Only one hour after this post, I received a phone call from the clinic, offering us a free consultation. I was impressed by how quickly they responded to the customer reviews. I was actually thankful that the lady gave me some better explanations after checking the photos. However, at the end of the call, the lady requested me to take off my Google review. Now I seem to understand where those straight 5 scores have come from, which can be so deceptive. Unfortunately I still want to keep my feedback as they are honest remarks of what I had experienced.

Five stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I'm very impressed with the professionalism displayed at Specialty Orthodontics by all the dental staff but equally by the reception staff. They're all very attentive, kind and accommodating. Appointments are made with convenient reminders via text, the receptionist ladies are so pleasant, friendly. My husband loves a chat, which they reciprocated kindly while he sat in the comfortable waiting room. The actual appointments are carried out promptly without any headache. Dr Sarah Dan has been lovely to deal with, giving my daughter a second drink bottle because she loves it so much. Haha. Most importantly the final outcome of my daughter's teeth is nothing short of amazing! They're beautifully straight and my daughter is now smiling confidently! It was the best explanation I have got in a Clinical area. Sue explained the process very well and made my daughter comfortable to have the treatment. Besides that, they didn't hide anything regarding total process and fee structure. Moreover, after meeting Dr Sarah, we were confident we will be getting treatment from the right people.
