Very
disappointing
experience...
terrible
customer
service.
Tried
to
call
the
waiter
over
several
times
but
they
kept
ignoring
us
despite
clearly
being
able
to
see
us
waving
our
hand
around.
Eventually
he
walked
over
to
speak
to
us
after
we
literally
had
to
shout
out
to
him
to
be
served
-
just
to
be
told
that
there's
no
table
service.
Well
they
should've
advised
this
from
the
beginning
so
we
didn't
waste
all
that
time
waiting
to
be
served.
Food
took
super
long
time,
40minutes
later
they
served
3
meals
out
of
4.
Apparently
the
4th
meal
had
to
be
remade
cos
it
wasn't
"good
enough"
,
so
one
person
had
no
food
to
eat
while
the
other
3
started
their
meals
already.
My
friends
main
meal
was
tiny
,
you
would've
thought
it's
an
entree,
not
main.
My
crab
pasta
had
no
crab
but
bacon
instead,
which
was
ridiculous
because
in
what
universe
would
you
serve
bacon
in
a
crab
linguine?!?
When
we
finished
our
meal
and
headed
towards
the
exit,
we
walked
past
at
least
4
different
staff,
none
of
which
bothered
to
say
thank
you
or
bye
etc.,as
though
we
were
invisible
to
them
-rude.
Very
disappointing
(and
expensive)
meal
made
worse
with
terrible
customer
service.
What
a
wasted
afternoon
and
a
waste
of
money.
