Just wouldn't recommend this place as a good place to live. A lot of rules that change whenever. Your lease definitely doesn't mean much. Except you will owe them. Community guidelines have made it impossible to enjoy my living experience. Also the amenities are usually closed. Or not working. Never had the pool open all summer. Office staff is nice.

If i could give them -5 stars I would! Mold and mildew in vents, up charged everything. I had to wait months for mold and bacteria to grow in our carpets and to affect our breathing and for us to move for them to replace the carpet. Terrible office staff, Maintenace tries everything he cans to try and keep it nice. Very outdated buildings. Over pricing for amenities that would be closed year around. Office staff and management will ignore your calls and emails, Shannon has admitted to ignoring emails to avoid "conflict". Not happy with the 2 years me and my fiancé stayed.

I lived at Parkway for about a year and a half and was generally pleased with the experience. There are definitely newer and nicer apartments in the area but this is a good value for what you’re paying. Management office was helpful and usually quick to respond to concerns. My apartment did have a weird musty smell that nobody could seem to get rid of, and there are a decent number of bugs around but it’s a pretty wooded complex. Overall, not a bad place to live.

This apartment is money hungry. The apartments are old and outdated bugs are a problem if you live on the first floor. Cooling is an issue on the 3rd floor. Hearing from different residents. Including me all bath tubs peel ... as they are just painted over the caucking can be done better by a 3 year old the turn over is horrible they will evict you on a dime. The amenities are control by management and if something happens we are all punished for it, unable to use the amenities, instead of them installing cameras. Rent is way to high for the quality. The management had my husband and I sign and resign a lease 3 times with improper communication and no wiggle room for mistake or hard circumstances. They won't work with you. They put us on a month to month and prorated our fees to almost $1000 extra which my family was unable to afford after the birth of our newborn. They don't care. All they want is your money. The workdone is rushed and shotty. The only thing I can say about this apartment complex is the pool when it's open is nice but also at the discretion of management. It feels more like an institution than an apartment. Save your money and look somewhere else!!!

I had been looking for apartment in the area for my son. The leasing office lady really impressed me with her quality of service. She was very honest and professional in that she explained every ins and outs of the property and lease agreement. I didn't end up leasing the property because my son got the dorm room, but the service was really impressive in my opinion.

Office management is awesome. Apartment complex is a safe place to live. Maintenance always do their job.
