Relative
to
the
level
at
which
this
property
markets
itself,
the
service
offering
is
horrendous.
A
couple
examples
that
are
illustrative
of
the
entire
experience:
-
We
arrived
on
Sunday
at
4P
and
they
neglected
to
mention
that
they
were
disappearing
at
5P
and
then
closed
on
Monday.
What
5-star
resort
doesn't
have
staff
available
24/7?
Since
we
were
doing
the
quarantine
program,
we
couldn't
leave
to
get
food.
By
the
time
we
could
eat,
it
was
2P
pacific
time
(where
we
came,
luckily
didn't
come
from
east
coast).
-
I
had
wanted
to
play
golf
on
the
visit
and
they
were
so
wildly
unhelpful
and
restrictive
that
the
best
I
was
able
to
achieve
was
9
holes
in
the
rain.
I'm
staying
on
the
property
in
a
private
home
after
our
visit,
but
that's
not
good
enough
and
they
weren't
willing
to
offer
me
the
ability
to
play
after
our
check-out.
-
There
were
more
broken
or
dated
items
in
our
cottage
than
you
would
normally
expect.
Dryer
was
ancient,
stove
broken,
window
shade
broken.
All
the
TVs/sound
system
20
years
old.
The
only
reason
I
write
2
stars
is
because
the
property
is
lovely,
but
the
service
level
is
so
aggressively
bad
that
it
dampened
the
whole
visit.
They'd
make
excuses
about
Covid
protocols,
as
an
example,
but
they
were
really
hollow.
