Rooms are very clean and neat. Food was really fresh with huge portions. Wifi was non existent. Room service slow but good service from staff. Masks were barely in sight. At night the hotel has a very different vibe and ladies who offer their services roam around. Overall good experience though.

Don't stay here. Chinese buildt, so not much is working. By no means 5 star. Consider staying at Latitude 13 or Woodlands. Great atmosphere and food at both places

I honestly had a 5-star experience. The spa is amazing and so is the service. And of course, my favourite thing was the pool :)

Had a really great time here. They are a bit expensive, but for the level of service and luxury, you would expect it. They are really friendly and the hotel, rooms and food really are great. I would definitely recommend them for a nice experience and getaway in Malawi if you are visiting lilongwe.

Truly a home away from home with its spacious, wonderfully clean, airy and comfortable rooms, large buffet selection of breakfast, very caring staff and great bathrooms I'd recommend it over and over 🙂

The hotel is well kept. It's a mix of new and old and the do pull it off some how. The service is good though there is room for improvement, the team is friendly and willing to help. The food is very generous from a portion size so no worry of going hungry. It's also very tasty and well made with a good selection on offer. Overall great place to stay when in Lilongwe that is not too pricey. And offers good value.

Visited in June 2022. Great hotel, great location with huge parking space. Spacious rooms, clean, privacy and friendly staff. The bed was so comfortable...very comfortable. You should tell us the supplier :) Loved the décor in the rooms and the big window with a view of Lilongwe. The pool and spa were amazing.

Well located for business, close to administrative buildings. Service during dinner was extremely poor as they were extremely full due to an event, but improved over the next few days. WiFi is not great, depends on where the room is located.

The food was delicious , service excellent and the team is very accommodative . The rooms leave you the view of Lilongwe city. The hotel is in the middle of the city with easy access to the business center.

Had a short stay. The rooms were really nice but weren't fully stocked there was tea but no mug/tea cup, no menu available for room service, no information on what activities and amenities are available at the hotel. Breakfast selection was also very limited.

Had a really nice stay. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar is really amazing and the food overall is good. Prices are a little high, but it is a hotel. The spa is okay but good prices. The restaurant service for dinner is friendly but extremely slow so just be prepared to wait and take your time. Great location though and I love that you can run outside and do the stairs and explore a bit.

Great Hotel within Bingu International Conference Center. Good parking good rooms and offers a nice view of Lilongwe, Malawi. Name can be confusing though, some call it President’s Hotel google has it as Umodzi Park Hotel.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of the Umodzi Park. Great location, within walking distance of several other hotels and shops. Service could benefit from a refresher on hospitality best practices, and over the course of a 5 day stay, there were a few issues with A/C not working, no water or hot water that was not so hot.

The Buffet breakfast is amazing and sumptuous. It has a variety of food the choices can range from continental with a dash of Indian or local cuisine

Good hotel, good location. The shower was not working and the shower head in the bathtub didn't have pressure at all in the room I stayed in. Channel 6 (eNca) didn't work. Good turn down service. The food is very expensive compared to other hotels and restaurants in the area. I had to leave early in the morning (06:00) before they start serving breakfast, so I requested a breakfast pack and they wanted to charge me 2000 mkw for the takeaway container (I didn't take it so I left on an empty stomach). I have never been charged for a breakfast pack/container in my entire life. I was disappointed. I'll probably stay again because of the good rates and decent cleam rooms, well lit with a view. Good Wi-Fi.

Good business hotel. Comfortable spacious rooms. Poor WiFi. Location is limited as very few restaurant choices nearby

This is a nice hotel. It has nice facilities including a salon, a spa and a mini shop, which I found useful. The location is good and it is next to a conference hall. The service is top notch, the staff is great! I enjoyed my food a lot, specially the “mandatsi” which I had never tried before. If it wasn’t for the poor internet connection (you really need to be patience with it as it keep disconnecting and you have to login every time), I would give the a better review

One of the finest hotels in Lilongwe set with the modern Umodzi park complex that also hosts the Bingu International Conference Centre. Services are excellent and the food is delicious. I enjoyed spending my free time at the relaxing pool side area.

My room was spacious, clean & elegant. Breakfast offers a combination of Malawian, continental and English cuisine. Dinner is al a'carte; good quality and service was outstanding. Highly recommended hotel in Malawi.

The good: modern, spacious, comfortable beds good breakfast and helpful staff. The bad: stuffy room, unworkable WiFi, prevalence of "professional ladies" at the bar, soulless atmosphere, no water in the pool.

A very good facility with a big compound, good for morning jogs. The rooms are slowly running down though.

Probably the best hotel in Lilongwe. Suites are very nice. Although they came to drop a biscuit gift to the room the second day but didn’t bother cleaning, replacing bedsheets and towels. Pool also not in use. Shower heads could be better though.
