I had an excellent experience with the clinic. From my beginnings to control the pregnancy with Dr. Hermoza, until the delivery and subsequent check-ups with Dr. Bonilla. The pediatric care for my daughter with Dr. Sumalavia is also excellent. I pay particular attention to myself and I consider that the price has always been fair. Everyone in that clinic has treated us wonderfully. Without a doubt I recommend them 100%.

The clinic has very good infrastructure, the staff was good and friendly. The appointment booking was quick and practical, as was the payment, the service took a little while but nothing excessive. The doctor Oscar Rojas who was recommended to me was very professional, attentive and always willing to listen to the patient's symptoms. I gave it 3 stars because there was no availability for the breast ultrasound that the doctor prescribed for me for two weeks! I have never had to wait so long for an exam at a clinic. In the end I chose to take the exam at another center to speed up the process, which my insurance did not cover, having to spend more money than I thought.

The only problem with this clinic is the ones who answer the calls, some despots, I don't know why they throw the phone at you as soon as you start talking 😡 I can't imagine what would happen if I had an emergency!!️ Terrible service.

I do my pregnancy checkups here with Dr Adolfo Villavicencio and he is excellent as a professional. It I recommend!!! The only thing I don't like about Clinic that does not teach pre-birth classes. The rest 10 points.

Excellent clinic to carry out your entire pregnancy until delivery. The treatment of all the staff is A1, the rooms where you stay after giving birth are individual, they treat your baby very well, any difficulty you have they help you with great kindness, their infrastructure is very good. 1000% recommended. My doctor was Paúl Ramos whom I blindly recommend since he has very good treatment and answers all your questions with great patience and detail.

Terrible customer service, the only thing they care about is that you spend more money and not the real needs of the patients, 0 empathy to resolve simple complaints for which they are clear that they are responsible, however the "customer" is who assumes all the loss. And to top it off, they do not have a VIRTUAL CLAIM BOOK, they force me to travel from Cuzco to Lima to file my claim. I would never recommend this clinic.
