I have been coming to this resturant for over 20 years in my visits to Lima. Happy to report as good as always! Excellent Dim Sum without having to go to Barrio China. Large menu for all Chinese food.

Never found such authentic dimsum in South America. This restaurant is great! Would recommend!

The food is good, the service not so much. I wanted a dish but the chicken done differently. They tried to charge a more expensive dish even though they served me the cheaper dish *exactly as on the menu* (ignoring my request). I complained of course. At times I was surrounded by 4-5 helpless waiters, just buzzing about not doing anything. They resolved it in the end, but it took time and they were seemingly overwhelmed by the situation. And for all that fuzz the prices are too high. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a bad place to eat. Just would prefer a small local restaurant any time. :)

30 minute wait after ordering food and a bit of confusion with the order is still acceptable. The mushrooms I ordered were drenched in sauce and slimy, as were the chinchonfans (see pictures) - I tried the chinchonfans and sent them and the slimy mushrooms back. They might have veggie options but it seems to me those are not good, some of the meat dishes that passed me looked alright. Wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re a vegetarian.

Pretty good Chifa, but also nothing too special. The rice dishes are good and the portions are large, but it was little too saucy and greasy for my taste. The atmosphere does have the Cantonese banquet hall vibe, lots of space.

The rating is more like 3.5 stars. I have been expecting Chinese food with a Peruvian twist but it’s pretty much just Chinese food. The garlic noodles is average but the stuffed tofu is good. They sell a long list of dishes so it can be overwhelming on what to order. Service is attentive, but I have been using an online Spanish dictionary to help me with basic Spanish because waiters don’t know much English. Price for food is cheaper than what I get in the states.

I had an appalling experience here. When my partner and I arrived looking for a table, we were treated like we almost didn't exist by the waiters and restaurant manager who dismissed us asking for a table, saying there weren't any when we could see many tables for two empty. My partner and I were wearing flip flops having not planned to go out for dinner before leaving the house, and I believe they just judged us as not being worthy clientele and refused us. I've never been disrespected like that from a restaurant and I definitely won't be returning. It's a shame because I was excited to try the food having seen the restaurant on Google many times.

When we entered the restaurant it was very crowded, we were happy(maybe the food is very good). They had a separate vegetarian menu. We decided to order the fried wontons and vegetable noodle. While placing the order our server told us that the although they vegetable noodle is in the vegetarian menu but it still has oyster sauce. She gave us an alternative of sweet sauce instead. When the food came, wontons looks very different to what we are used to eat in US. They were full of oil. Also with tofu and no vegetables. The noodle tasted horrible. They added too much sweet sauce, it lost its noodle taste. My husband was not able to eat a bit. The quantity was huge. I am giving 2 stars as the staff was very cooperative. Although they were not not English spoken but they tried very hard to explain and understand.

It wasn't the greatest service or food. The food took quite a while and it felt a bit greasier than it should. The service was terrible, so we kept calling a waiter to get us a new plate, eventually, someone came but the plate never came. The music was a bit loud, we weren't able to speak without yelling at a round table. Not planning on coming back any time soon.

I ordered chicken and fried rice with rice noodle soup. The food was not fresh and it was cold. It seems the stove or microwave was not working so at least Chef can warm it up. Absolutely horrible!!!! I

Horrible service , ordered duck overcooked and fatty too much fat! Switched to a different dish supposedly a specialty to make up for the returned item took 30 min. They're too many Chifa places in Lima overrated...go elsewhere. Oh btw ambiance Horrible!!! None at all its a cafeteria feel.

We waited 1 hour total for all food because we were told there was a party of 40. Food came cold and Shrimp (we order taypa and special fry rice) was bad. Gave me an infection and had to go to the doctor on a vacation.

One of the best Cantonese food restaurants I have ever tried. All dishes were very fresh and the meats were tender and juicy. The juice drinks were also very fresh and refreshing including the chicha morada.

I would give zero star if it was the option. Food was cold and horrible! We couldn’t finish the food and left for another place to eat! I don’t recommend this place at all! Don’t wate your money and time!

We expected this to be a more trendy and upmarket experience, but the food was nothing special: just basic Chinese takeaway food except served at tables in a large, bright and soulless restaurant occupying the best part of the whole floor of a hotel; the portions are also way too big and relatively expensive, meaning it is hard to try or share a few different dishes.

It was overpriced and not tasty at all. We ordered some dumplings and spring rolls, it was disgusting, so so greasy, the oil was literally dripping from the rolls with a flavor of old and overused oil. We'll never come back again.

The food was great and not very affordable. The portions are rather sizeable as well so of you are eating pit as a family wa lok is a good option. The decorations, tables, linen, etc. Do seem a bit dated though.

It's more like a banquet hall, just like restaurants in China. If you look for a cosy atmosphere, go elsewhere. Portions are big, food is ok, not great. We've had better cantonese. Rather flat experience...
