They are fake... they told me that they were going to give me their service in installments but then they told me no, that the installments were given by the bank!!! When I requested that this was not what we had agreed upon, they acted misunderstanding.... and now they do not want to return the money, because I had to pay everything to the bank before they charge me interest and I ask them for a refund because I no longer want their service. which I haven't even used but they don't accept it.

They trick you into their location through a supposed scratch card that they do in garages around Miraflores. They tell you that you won a prize, they take you to their offices, there they start talking to you about their company for hours until you get tired so that you sign a contract and give them money. Based on my experience I tell you that it is clearly a scam, I did not fall for it because I am a knowledgeable person and I ended up telling them that I was NOT going to sign anything because when I asked them for a contract they had the audacity to bring me a contract that they made for a client with all their personal data, that was enough to confirm that they were not a serious company. I repeat, do not fall.

The lady who helped me (Joana) did not give me any information. And after more than a day she tells me that I should have given her the exact link for her to move forward with my reservation. Then he left me in the dark for 24 more hours and did not resolve or help me with any of my questions. Now the tickets have gone up and he doesn't respond to me although he has seen my messages. DO NOT HIRE THIS SERVICE

As everyone has been saying, this is a scam! They took us in for 2 hours just trying to convince us to join the company with the pretext of a free tour. Obviously we didn't sign up. When you try to book the free tour, the email doesn't exist. Doesn't the police do anything about it?? They are scamming innocent, honest people.

A total scam, many people fall for the trip all paid for. And I don't know why they ask you how much you earn and if you have a credit card they don't believe them or serve them.

They make false and misleading offers; They also have multiple complaints at INDECOPI for fraud. They have different ways to capture: "prizes", "exclusive promotions",... and there is no response to those affected.

It is a total scam, please if you read this, do not believe anything, accept it and report this scam to the nearest police. Don't be fooled, don't waste time, that's literally what they make you say to go to the office and they turn you around and around. Guys like that at heart, don't go and if you win, report them to the nearest agent. A hug.

They did give me the prize and explained to me how I could activate it. I made my reservation 1 month in advance and everything went well, even though I didn't buy anything because it wasn't within my reach. Anyway, I went full day to Ica, Paracas, recommended!! 😌

Two years ago I became a member and I have already traveled 4 times inside and outside the country. It went super well for me. I recommend them!!
