Dr Mehmet Özgenç is a superb otolaryngologist! He informed me that the cause of the breathing problems that led me to his clinic was a deviated septum. The diagnosis was accurate, and the examination was thorough and gentle. He recommended a course of treatment for me that included surgery. He took the time to explain the procedure to me in detail and made sure all of my questions were answered. The surgery went smoothly and the follow-up care was exceptional. My recovery was quick. Was referred here by mums Cardiologist after she was experiencing some vertigo. He took us the same day! Dr. Mehmet Ozgenc really made time for her and looking at all possible angles. He checked her ears, cleaned them, had us take x-rays, ultrasound and CT for other possible cause and to check her out. Very personable and cares about his work and his patients. Being to a hospital has been one of my biggest fears ever and with Dr Mehmet Özgenç he made it all seem like a walk in the park from check ups to the surgery all went well. He and his wife are very kind and they treat every one of their patients like family and that is extremely rare to find. My recovery was really fast and I managed to get back to my daily activities in just a week. Honestly I highly recommend if you ever need an Otolaryngologist or a dentist this is the right place for you.

My husband had been suffering sinus problem for some time and while being on holiday, we decided to visit local otolaringoligyst to see if he could do some checks and advise how to treat the problem. The doctor advised to proceed with operation which lasted a few hours under full anaesthetic. Two months have passed, and we are pleased with the outcome. Dr Ozgenc is very kind, funny, friendly and very professional, keeps in touch with you to make sure you are ok before and after the treatment. We randomly found him online, trusted our intuition and never regretted. You do feel you are in safe hands! It is our understanding his wife is a dentist, and we saw people constantly queeing to see her (they are sharing the same building). The clinic administrator is such a sweetheart. Very friendly and truly professional. We are very grateful for her support as well. The only advice we would give - try to stay in Cyprus a bit longer if you plan to have any serious procedure/operation to make sure you are properly looked after by the doctor until full recovery. But Dr Ozgenc does not leave you alone in any case. Even if you have to go, he keeps in touch with you via WhatsApp. We've heard from 'third parties' Dr Ozgenc is one of the best on the island 😊.
