Five starts for the DIY shop itself. Self-service mostly. Employees exist but are not interested to help or they dont even know about the products. I asked for craft clay, employee denied they sell it, but i still found it that they sell it ! They are well stocked with diY tools and stuff, prices are ok, not cheap not super expensive. Very large comfortable parking outside, and very close to Limassol centre. Can also go there straight from MYMALL via the the large road connecting MyMALL to the Hospital of limassol. The employees in the garden stuff area are actually very helpful and nice and knowledgablea bout plants.

Zero stars for all the lady employees in the furniture department yesterday evening. Bad behavior, unwillingness to work and zero knowledge of the product and offers. Ground floor staff was rather pleasent; the gentleman in the electronic aisle being the best. The store, on a whole, has a good collection of diy items. The prices are a bit higher than other diy stores, but not too expensive. Delivery however is crazy expensive. Great gardening tools and outdoor-indoor plants area too. Ample parking. Regular offers on older stocks.

Very nice only the personell sometimes seems very very very uninterested to even answer a simple question. But not all, about half people working here are not very helpful. The ones who are save the image of the place. I like that they sell everything that you need for DIY but lacking helpful personel is a big problem when you want something specific> I asked a lady working here if they sell clay for art and she said no. But I found out 2 minutes later exactly that they sell it and i bought it. So she did not know what the shop offers and she also did not even care to ask a collegue if they sell art clay. This was in 2020, maybe later the personel changes and is not clueless. Other than that, the shop is nice and highly recommended for browsing art furniture DIY materials electronics and the prices are good on sales season and the parking very comfortable which is a big plus in summer time.

Very low customer service. I bought an item which was spoiled and they refuse to accept that it was spoiled, after a long conflict they accept to check it by their technician. In the end they realize that it was spoiled. The employee tried to cheat on me to avoid to give my money back. For sure I will not buy something again from them.

5stars for me as employees were very helpful and polite. Went there to bought car wipers and needed help to choose a correct size and help with montage. Mr.Christos was really nice and help me to change my old one for new, even advised me what size would fit better. Otherwise never had any issue in this shop, you will find whatever you need from DIY, to furniture, car & home supplies, decor. Thank you.

Absolutely love the staff, pretty much kitted my whole house from here, however every item I bought broke with in 3 months, the offered to come fix, the guy came twice and only diced one item, I gave up in the end Big no no is never buy a bed from here, me and 3 of my friends did and all the slats broke underneath of all our beds!!

A bit hit and miss. Some nice products that feel like quality but some really cheap tat you can also find in Jumbos. I wouldn't rule out looking, but there are better options out there where you're more likely to find sturdier items (especially furniture). Parking is never a problem, and the store is easily accessible.

We ordered new furniture for our appartment seven weeks ago, we were expecting it on end of june but it has been delayed by 1 week and then by another one. Meanwhile we spoke with differect supervisors of the store in limassol and a manager in nicosia. Both of them told us it was coming on certain days but never came. We were waiting for it in all occasions but they never showed up and they never called us beforehand. After many phone calls on our end we asked for our money back, but we were told that this is not possible. We have not been given a proper delivery date neither an option for our money back. Worst customer experience ever. The supervisor and manager were extremely unhelpfull. However I should mention that the man who first showed us the different furniture when we first visited the store was doing a very nice job and was extremelly helpfull. Overall the store employe was fun but the company has proven itself to be very unreliable and not at all trustworthy. Small note: Some of the furtniture that came, fitted properly in the elevator but was still left infront of the building.

Polite stuff, good prices, outdoor furnitures delivered within 2-3 days.

Shop is fine Customer service not the best

I ordered a bed with the delivery in a month. The delivery was in 2 months, but with the excuses and they promised to give a discount voucher. Finally, they didn’t give any voucher.

Staff always willing to help. The store is big, could be improved by specialising in some areas instead of selling a little of everything.
