I arrived at the opening to order birthday balloons and choose an addition to the gift. The store was closed. I waited 10 minutes at the entrance. Gradually the staff began to arrive. I asked if I could come in to choose a gift, I was told wait. Another 5-10 minutes and we will open. It is clear that I went to another store. But the attitude of employees towards the client and the person who waits outside in the heat during business hours is unacceptable.

A big selection of luggages, bags, backpacks, etc. ranging from inexpensive to top line branded ones. The advantage is they carry all big names making it easy to compare and choose. There you will find what you are looking for that fits your budget. In addition they offer quick, friendly and knowledgeable service at affordable prices - probably the lowest in Limassol if not Cyprus! Keep it up.

I can't stress enough how professional, polite, kind and amazing work are these guys doing. Everything was delivered at the event place at a perfect condition (bear in mind that it was in the 16th floor and a quite big and heavy balloon design). Mrs Tania Vrahimi was always polite and helpful. Thanks again and we will definitely use your services again!

A wide variety of luggage but with good marked up prices compared to the market

We went there for balloons for a party. Decent prices with very friendly staff! I gave 4 stars because when we ordered our balloons, they said you can pick them up until 5:30pm. When the day came, they callrd and rushed us to go until 4:30 otherwise they would close the shop. Not very happy with this, but I gave 4 stars instead of 3, simply because it was the 2nd of January.

Great variety of all kinds of gift ideas, luggages and more with unbeatable prices. The service was excellent, I felt like home. Visit the store and you would love it. Two thumbs up.
