9.20AM. 11 Pax seated. 4 in queue. Took 8 minutes to pay. Another 4 or 5 minutes to get My order. Ordered Caramel Latte / Turkey Ham & Cheese Toastie. Barista, took the jug, placing index finger inside. Heated the milk by placing jug on coffee machine and answering a phone call, same time. Heated my Latte glass, then held it against her uniform while assisting the cashier, with another customer. Realising she did not heat enough milk, she looked inside another jug. added that milk to mine, felt that it was maybe not hot enough, so heated a bit more, added that too and served it to me. Im a big fan of Costa coffee but it's easy to see why many people are not.

Coffee is good and staff is really friendly But please no reason for electronic music at 9am

Its my best place for morning or evening coffee. More drinks to order cold or hot. Parking place. Now with a new renovation become the best place for your rest time anytime.

Today i went to get my coffee and something to eat and there are 2 spiders in the kitchen where they making the coffee and they were waking over there , food was terrible especially , coffee was nice but there are a lot other places to enjoy your coffee better

Coffee was awful, latte was like water and carrot cake was stale. Staff not very pleasant. Dirty outdoor seating with missing cushions

As when I use Costa in another country it was ok , I grabbed my coffee and left
