Rouis is an incredible restaurant and deserving of a Michelin star in its own right. We’ve dined in plenty of incredible establishments across New York city and beyond, and Rouis is a must-go dining experience. Love the authentic Greek cuisine and fresh dishes cooked straight out of a family oven. Must visit for a genuine Cyprus experience. The vegetables serving is very novel!
