As usually all Friday’s , food nice and tasty . Location exactly on main road . If I will be hungry and near will be Fridays I will go eat there . Also they have very often offers , so you can economy your dinner with family

Very nice place to have an American style dinner from the big chain TGI Fridays. Service is very good, staff is friendly and very helpful. Fair pricing given the quality of the food. Exactly what you expect from the brand. Recommended

I don’t know what has changed with this place but honestly it is not like it used to be. I was there on Saturday and I ordered chicken thighs. My plate came and the meat was uncooked!! I spoke to the staff who then offered to bring me a new plate with chicken thighs. The chicken was cooked better but still did not look very fresh. It was my mistake to eat it. Since yesterday I’ve been feeling really sick to my stomach nauseous and throwing up! Please avoid, their food is not fresh.

Well, been a long time since I went to a TGI Friday and going to be longer time, if I ever visit again. Some things from tonight There are two white wines on menu, in small bottles. I ask what type are they. Answer "One is from Greece, the other Cyprus!" I answer "I can read that, what type of wine are they...." "I don't know" and doesn't even find out! So I order a Coke. Worst than this, my meal - veg cold, mash potatoes tepid. Only the whiskey sauce warmed duck and rest up. Worst than this. My wife orders dish and advises what she does not want on it. When served, they brought these items and almost tried to force them on her. She had to raise voice to get them to take away. At end, waiter asked what tip we wanted to give.... I bit my lip How blind can you be??!!

Super pricey. Although the wait staff were friendly, they had to be chased down and reminded multiple times to bring the Parmesan. I had the Cajun shrimp & chicken pasta. It was okay. Not sure why there was a ‘spicy’ notation, as I didn’t find it spicy at all. Chicken in all the pasta dishes was dry. The creamy mushroom pork cutlets were dry and mash was gluey. Calamari was tender. Signature ribs and prawns were probably the nicest meal ordered, however super expensive at €18.90!! But I guess, this restaurant is renowned for high prices. Quesadillas were nice.

So I made an online order and called 15 minutes after to change the side dish instead of fries in the kids menu order to be mashed because my son had changed his mind and I would not think that there would be an issue with it. I contacted the restaurant and asked to change the side dish the lady on the phone was very helpful she connected me to the kitchen but the kitchen lady was not helpful at all, she took long to find my order and I already told her name, address, and the full order, few moments after she said that the order had left and that there’s nothing she can do. I had a tracking on my phone and hadn’t received the notification till that point, I closed the phone and called foody where they told me that the delivery guy was on his way so she would call the restaurant and call me back. Nothing happened and no change was done on my order. The last thing that made me write this review is that I found a piece of hair on the fries which didn’t look like mine. Order was made at 8pm on 28/08

Hopefully they will add chimichangas back in the menu, not only for limited time because it is very delicious. Every time we visit TGI Fridays we really enjoy the food. Good service. First time I tried Cajun Shrimp & Chicken Pasta, it was ok but nothing special it wasn't tasty and only few shrimps&chicken.

The menu was standard. The food was okay, even if the starter was not hot enough. We have asked for a big bottle of water that took 20 minutes to come. I think the staff was not really organised.

Pretty decent place. Good network format. You know the main menu in advance and the result is quality guaranteed. Pork ribs with beer - very good. TGIF he probably in Alaska TGIF. Price / quality - excelent. I recommend. P.S. Someone said that earlier, at the beginning of the working day, the restaurant staff, under the guidance of the chef, cheerfully, fervently and noisily tuned in for a positive working day! That would be at least once to see ?!

Fridays is an international chain with varying quality across countries. I personally think the Cypriot one is nice and the food is fun. However, it is pricy

Food tasted like the "old times " (I.e. until 2017) which wasn't the case over the last few years. Service needs to get better (still hate going to a restaurant in Limassol and the staff don't speak any Greek).

I live near the friday restaurant 28th October Street, Ariadni House Limassol and often went there with friends. The service was not very good before, but after today's outrageous incident, I will never come to this restaurant again and none of my friends will come. This morning, at 12:00, in the Christmas mood, I came to have breakfast at the restaurant. It literally opened up and was completely empty. This is a huge restaurant with dozens of tables both on the veranda and inside. I decided to sit inside at the table overlooking the sea, where we always eat with friends. There were 4 such tables with sofas and 4 with chairs. The head hostess - an elderly woman with long blond hair - turned out to be a blatant boor. She forbade me to sit at all these tables, saying that they were all booked. I said that you are blatantly lying to my face, I often go to this restaurant, I know the flow of people, this whole room will be completely empty in an hour. But she still continued to blatantly lie, and her assistant, the second hostess, also confirmed that all the tables were booked. I was seated at a table in the center of the restaurant. I had breakfast for an hour and left 30 euros. But during this time only 3 clients arrived and they sat down on the street. All the tables inside remained empty, not only in that room by the sea, but in general all the dozens of tables inside the restaurant. Finally, this old boorish hostess continued and said that yes, she lied and that I could complain anywhere, she didn’t care. That's why I'm writing this complaint, because she doesn't care. You not only ruined my Christmas! You just completely ruined your brand! Your management and staff are just blatant liars and complete boor! I hate to come to you again. I demand compensation and punishment for this head hostess.

Very disappointing visit with my family. I go with my family at Fridays Enaerios very often and I can clearly say that the quality of food and service has changed to the worse through the years. Also , they don’t even have a parking now!! Today , there was a misunderstanding about the tables with other customers and after sitting in the table that we discussed with the waitress that we will sit on , the manager came to talk to us rudely saying that it was our mistake to sit on that table without even bothering asking us for our point of you of the situation . She just considered only the other’s customers point of view . I don’t think I will visit again!!!

I want to make a personal feedback for Mingmar who is there in Enaerios shop yesterday on 16/07/2023. He was very kind, patient and very polite. Such people who love working, I appreciate them a lot! Well done for this recruitment, me and my friends we thanking him for the service ✌️

Got not the food I've ordered. Didn't fix it after I indicated. Paid for the wrong food. But couldn't finish even that because the manager came with apologies that couldn't fix something and just stayed and watched. The manager tried to offer me a coffee and asked do I want a refund. Strange question I think. I just left.

Very friendly staff, nice food, they even gave us a coloring paper for child woth a crayon so she can have fun till she waits

Terrible experience at this restaurant. We ordered the chicken thighs and they came to the table raw. The chicken also smelled funky. We sent them back and they offered to bring another one. The second one was even worse than the first. Going through the reviews here I found out that someone had the same problem two weeks ago with the same menu item. I can't even imagine what is happening in the freezers. The restaurant has a bad reputation(multiple friends had food poisoning in the past) and I avoid going there but my parents wanted to go. Never again.

The food here is amazing, love a good Fridays. Especially, the chicken fajitas. The customer service is really good too, the people that work there are very nice and helpful.

The Mall of Nicosia is a world beater. It was our first visit To TGI. Fridays in The Mall Nicosia. Our wait was short and we were served by Alex from Romania. Our food was nicely presented and delicious.. The decor is modern and beautiful compared to the old American sport item themes. But come early as it was full the parking area and eating area this time of the year 29 th December 2022. Thursday. To end the day I recommend this restaurant to you. Its like being back home in the rainbow nation. Costa and Urmilla Constantinides. Limassol. 1 st January 2023. Happy New year 2023.

Ordered through mobile app. There is NO mention in the app that the burgers are cooked medium-rare and there is no option wile ordering on how you would like your burger to be cooked. We’ve called to mention it and the lady on the phone was being ironic that we’ve should’ve known that they cook their burgers like that.

Great food, great service. If you have a table outside it will be noisy because of loud cars and motorcycle so maybe take a table inside.

rude service. they said that everything is reserved outside, although there were a lot of seats and nobody came. yo guys, you are a little more expensive than McDonalds, what are you making of yourself? 😅

We came after work for a nice relaxing dinner! We sat near the bar and i was just about to stand up and say to all the staff to be quiet. We are only two tables inside and im hearing all the staff conversations and yellings among them! Im watching them seating in front of me making preparations drinking their coffees and making boxes for their deliveries and take aways. Truly unacceptable and saddly very unproffesionall the whole concept that im dealing with right now.

Quality is fair, service could be improved considering that there were many waiters available but only few active. Burgers and salads are great, but pricy quantity-wise. Kids friendly environment! Parking slots are located at the high end of the road.

So for the start we called to make reservation 3 days in advance because we know that Fridays is usually full on weekends so I called ones again just to check if my reservation was right and guess what my reservation didn't exist. But there was this really nice guy on the phone the second time I called his name is Dominic and he was really nice and he made sure that our reservation was written down....so the 3 starts are only because Dominic saved the day

I had a very peculiar experience at this TGI branch... My coke was not carbonated so I had to ask for replacement, which was not a real improvement. Afterwards, my Beyond Mushrooms & Onions burger arrived and it was warm but definitely not hot. The replacement was very good this time. The staff was helpful in terms of the replacements but not quite friendly nor attentive to our needs. I like TGIs and hopefully this was just an unfortunate day.

It was good, mozzarella sticks, honey mustard sauce and chicken fingers - very sexy But the burger was not that good. Beef was a lil bit overgrilled ☹️

The environment is very friendly, but the staff is even better. Welcoming, charming, and up to beat with their positive attitude with their customers and work. The service is a little bit slow to my preference... but it was busy that night. I would like to personally put in a good word for one of the host named Dominic for his exceptional work. Actually we mistaken him for a waiter😂😂😂.
