If you want great food then this place definitely has that. We got the meat platter on our first visit for dinner and octopus plus salad on the second visit for lunch. Both meals were plentiful and full of flavour. The octopus was so tender. Unfortunately the service needs attention, its slow, sloppy and sad. For dinner there was a younger kid who looked like he was working the holidays. He didn't talk at all but he may have been new and shy or just didn't want to be there. For lunch we had a lady serving us who also had her child there so presumably she was related in some way. She spent more time tending to her child than to us. Also i can't forget to mention that the price increased due to "an error" in the menu after our orders were taken. I have some spies there that will keep their eye on this. If the price isn't updated on the menu then you can expect a 1 star review.

Excellent place to have Meze! Food is amazing, good portion sizes and very tasty. Great atmosphere here aswell. Been here 4 times on different visits to Cyprus, will definitely be going back. This is where the locals go for Meze so you know it's good. Only thing was the food came out a little to quickly before we could eat. Staff were not today attentive and it was a challenge to get their attention to get drinks.

Great local food. Traditional tavern at an uninteresting location inside the city. Service was decent. I would come again for for food.

One of the greatest place to have a nice dinner or lunch. Lamb kebab is just perfect. With salad and some wine you can have a nice evening in this place.

Absolutely outstanding for souvlaki (lamb, pork, chicken) and sheftalia. Probably the best in town (the butcher's shop next door is owned by the same family so the meat supply is excellent!). Very popular with locals - the location is not so attractive, to be fair, but the food more than makes up for that.

Delicious chicken souvlaki & meat meze in general. Large portions in reasonable prices. You will need a reservation as it gets too packed especially on Friday & the weekends.

Not sure why this place is so popular (even with locals). I didn't think the food was particularly good. The service was average, and so were the prices. There's nothing wrong with Charcoal Grill, but with so many good grill restaurants in Limassol, I can't see myself going back to Charcoal Grill.

Mixed Grill was good. We came as a big group but they managed to cook everything relatively fast. The service was nice. I can definitely recommend this place.

Very nice food. Ordered meze and got an almost infinite amount of good food. We felt a bit bad that so much food had to be thrown away but I saw that if you wanted to, you could bring the leftovers home. Service and environment was ok.

Good quality and tasty food. Ordered lavraki 🐟 and asked to replace the chips with some salad. There was no problem with that. Everything was fresh and well cooked👍

Without a doubt our favourite restaurant in Limassol - probably Cyprus. Stelios runs a super team who have been there for years. The food is outstanding and reliably delicious. The feeling of being in a local taverna, with everything done so effortlessly, efficiently and charmingly, is wonderful.

Good selection of local food and beer. Service, prices and quality are average.

Very good choice of Cyprus traditional food. Place is very busy and reservations are recommended.
