Particularly loved the authentic character of the stone built house that has been re-purposed as a fish tavern. The space has a very warm, cosy ambience with friendly service. The food speaks for itself.

Amazing restaurant! We’ve been coming to this restaurant for the past 6 years. The food is always delicious! Calamari, grilled octopus and prawns in garlic butter sauce are a must! Fish is also good, but if going definitively try the prawns, octopus and calamari.

This is an exceptional fish restaurant which is run by a lovely family, the mother started this concept 30 years ago and now it’s run by her daughter. Everything on the menu is “a must try”. If you’re in the area, come for lunch, you won’t regret it!

Best fish on the island - possibly the best fish I have ever eaten - and run by the kindest, most amazing lady. Can't recommend highly enough.

We had a very unfortunate experience at this restaurant. We hadn't made a reservation when we decided to try it. The only table at first available was inside with no air conditioning. We decided to make a reservation in the future and try the restaurant another time. It was hot. As we started to leave, the manager or owner I think named Julia, came out and yelled at the waitress to seat us at an unoccupied table outside. So, we stayed. The food was good although it took an extra 20 minutes or so after my husband was served, for me to be served. It was busy so we over looked this at the time. As we finished the meal, the manager/owner came to us and asked if we were ready for the bill because they needed the table for other patrons indicating it was time for us to leave. This changed the whole feeling of our dinner essentially ruining it. This is the first time in the 30 plus years I have lived in Cyprus, I have essentially been asked to vacate a restaurant as I was finishing, It's ironic since it took longer for me to finally get my meal than it did for me to actually eat it and leave. I think the manager was greedy and despite knowing she had a pending reservation for our table, decided to risk it hoping we would finish before the other customers arrived. We essentially had a time limit on the table and didn't know it until the end. Anyway, we will never return and I will tell everyone I know not to eat at this restaurant. There are too many other good restaurants in Limassol to have to be treated so rudely.

The most delicious fish and homemade deserts. Especially the portokalopitta and the lemon cheesecake are out of this world. The fish is always fresh, despite what other reviews suggested. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming, and it feels like home. I highly recommend this restaurant. You can thank me later :-)

Home cooked seafood on a Sunday evening. Those octopus in the stew would make your heart beat faster. Much better than I expected. This place deserves only 5 stars. 🥇

1. No air conditioning (they have A/C but they prefer opening windows) amid July 2. The prices are at the level of a good restaurant, not an ordinary tavern 3. They don’t offer you any (healthier) alternative to chips (even my brother could not eat up their chips ;)) 4. It took them 35 minutes to prepare our cuttlefish and calamari (the restaurant was almost empty) 5. The brought us a side dish 5 minutes later than the main dish and it was boiled instead of grilled. 6. Of course, there are no parking lots All in all, it might have been a great place to eat fish and seafood but it is no longer. For sure.

Very nice food, friendly hosting, beautifully fresh fish and well cooked. It is outside from the touristic area but definitely worth the visit!

Waited for ages, offered no bread. What was served was a burnt chewy octopus. This same octopus would be a mediocre tapas in Spain for at most 10 euro - here its 19.

Even if it’s written open until 11pm don’t go there at 10pm as they will let you know that it’s late. They will urge you to choose something preferably simple and quick to do. The food is ok but the service could be more better, don’t expect the boss to have empathy and kindness especially if you’re a foreigner (not Cypriot or Greek).

Perfect place! Very local, with kind and smiling service. The food - awesome. Sea food mix delicious - meza plate for two very big, enough for 3 people - many different fish and dishes. Delicious house wine. I strongly recommend if you’d like to try sth local, fresh and delicious :)

Delicious food, loved the halloumi we had as a starter, and my calamari was scrumptious. My friend had sea bream and as a non fish person thought it was very nice 😊

We were searching for an authentic tavern in Limassol, the aim was - octopus for the guest of Cyprus. So, we decided to try this tavern and it was BINGO! 5/5 Service - excellent. Hospitality, politeness, communication, awareness and good mood is guaranteed. Julia (owner) is awesome🤗 Place - very cosy atmosphere and unique interior, no loud music, romantic lights, comfortable furniture etc . Food - best tarama in Cyprus. Octopus was better than elsewhere. Cuttlefish, chips, salads, wine - perfect taste and costing👌🏼 Repeat: 5/5 of the places located not in the touristic areas, but in the heart of Limassol

Best calamari I’ve had - lightly battered. Pasta stock was great too - I can taste the prawn heads, but it would’ve been much better if the pasta had been a little more al dente. Octopus stew was okay - abit too much vinegar.

5 stars well deserved. The food is amazing, everything on the menu is so tasty, the team is very nice and very welcoming. We went there 3 times and every time it was wow. I highly recommend this place :-) See you soon

Great place! Great service! Highly recommended! You know it's a good place because locals eat there too! Despite being short staffed due to ill waiter, very on time punctual service , and accommodating staff. They were busy and had lots of guests and despite that made us feel like the service was personalised for us. (Lactose free friendly) considerate to my dietary needs. I was 15mins late they adjusted my reservation no questions asked. Kind friendly. Very fresh food and big portions. I loved the wine octopus ! Our group loved the butter garlic shrimp, an assortment if dips and salads, whole fresh fish, real sliced potatoes roasted, the rustic village bread sliced and toasted over hot grill, whitebait, and panacota for dessert 🍨If we had more space we would have ordered more so good! Great night out with friends, family or guests.

Food was very good but they should change that russian speaking boy who was serving us. The salad is without olive oil but he didn’t bring us the bottle until i asked him, did not know that the bottle of white wine should be kept in ice…

Usually Cyprus taverns serve much larger and more varied portions of meze (e.g. there were no mussels and some other kinds of fish). Price is a little bit higher than in others. Everything else was ok

Truly absolutely fantastic food! The Octopus is by far our favourite it's so soft that no knife is needed! 😋 We have been customers for over 8 years and the food is always perfect! All thanks to the owner that is the little old lady there! 🙏
