A very cozy,little tavern in the heart of the old town of Limassol. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming as soon as we stepped in. The tavern looks like an old grocery store that also serves food. Other than the tables inside there is also the bar and a few stools outside. 🍺🚬 Food was delicious and freshly cooked🍲🍳 The staff was polite, quick and very helpful Had a few questions with some greek cuisine plates included in the menu and they explained everything instantly. 💪💪

I know this place for almost a decade. We are always eating there the Meze (recommended). The little dishes are a bit different every time which makes the meal delicious and varied. The whole meal served at a slow pace, but full of food ! There is no chance of leaving this place hungry and everybody can find what to eat (veg, non-veg...). The hospitality of Adamou (the owner) is always pleasant, and the conversations with him are very interesting and recommended !

Fresh homemade traditional food at a reasonable price. Daily specials listed outside from around 10 in the morning. Best moussaka I ve had in Cyprus over 20 years. Old school interior and good service.

Friendly lady owner, interesting and lovely homely owned ambience (except for when other customers who smoked inside the place). The cod and chips (€8) were very lightly battered and served with chips 👍🏻. The Mousaka (€8) was a letdown because I expected the usual aubergine and minced meat, but this was potatoes and cheese... and cold. Portions were relatively large and if you weren’t too hungry, 2 persons could share a portion of mains.

Very cozy place in the ancient town with variety of mezze, quite more original than the typical mezze (lamb liver, octopus with vinegar and honey...) The portion is generous compare to the price.

Hidden gem! Lovely place, with a notable decor which takes you back in time. Perfect combination of authentic Greek & Cypriot cuisine in heavenly flavors. Live greek music on weekdays (rempetika/elafrolaika). There are only a few tables, therefore reservation is higly recommended.

Beautifully presented casual restaurant in Limassol Old Town. Fantastic Greek food (not Cypriot) served by really welcoming owners. Lots of small plates on the menu so you can build your own meze. They had a lovely red wine from local Vlassides winery. It’s recommended to book as even on a Tuesday evening we saw lots of walk in customers disappointed to hear that the restaurant was fully booked.

Perfect spot for anyone who loves food and the old traditions of Greece and Cyprus combined. Very old school music and food in the absolute best way possible. Friendly service and in such a beautiful part of Limassol. I can't recommend it highly enough. I'll be returning with every visit to Cyprus and bringing all friends and family. Diamond in the rough. 10/10

A litteral hidden jem in the old town, with good prices quality of food. Service was really good as the waiter was patient enough to explain us the dishes of the day and what her recommendations were. Would highly recommend it.

The food was very good. Prices seem reasonable. One big problem is however the service. It was quite disappointing. We came to eat rather late at around 23h. We asked the waitress whether it's still possible to eat and she asked the owner who agreed. The cook however reacted very negatively when she heard this. She obviously was ready to close the kitchen and had to cook just for us at the end of the day. We noticed this obviously. The cook didn't hide her anger. This made the experience unpleasant for everyone. Everything else was fine

A lovely small taverna with a nice selection of traditional dishes.The food is well prepared and presented. The decor of the shop is well thought out and inspiring.

Nice and cheap food. I ordered Lamb with Spinach (€10), the taste was awesome. I also appreciate the atmosphere and kindness of the owner. Highly recommended if you wanna authentic local tastes.

We came here spontaneously cause the restaurant we wanted to go was full. It didn’t disappoint! We had such fresh and tasty food, lots of vegetarian options and great wine. We really liked the atmosphere too!

Great Cypriot food cook superbly. beautifully restored interior. Meat Balls, Zucchini Fritters Lemon Chicken Pitta Bread. Spicy Cheese excellent. House White wine great. Extremely good Value for money.

Strange concept. You see neither the dishes nor the prices in the menu. The waiter comes to you and informs of today's offerings. E.g., chicken with potatoes and pumpkin soup. And when I asked how the chicken is prepared, if it is fried, if there are any souses, the waiter got annoyed and left us. We had to leave the place since we did not receive any more details. The guy did not even say buy to us. An amazing restaurant MEZE is right in front of them. Check that one instead.

Perfect place which is filled with locals which came for lunch. Very good food and very helpful staff.

Great Moussaka @ 8 euro but not a large portion, solo piece no garnish, sparce menu mostly vegan, not as eclectic as expected and a bit spendy.

Came across this place today had lunch found to be excellent friendly service simple food cooked well definitely go there again and made to feel welcome typical Cyprus food 😀

Really nicely designed little bar / restaurant. Delicious traditional food at a good price with great service. Wine list was also good. Would definitely come back!
