Excellent tavern. We had Kleftiko (lamb haxe) and lamb kebab. Both were delicious. And prices were moderate for the food.

They serve fries with everything, which is a little disappointing. The food feels like a tourist trap. The waitress was so nice and humble, but her manager kept bossing her around and flicking his fingers which ruins the mood a bit. So we felt bad for her.

I went there without any expectations, it was just a close by restaurant, but oh i was suprised. Ordered "Fresh Fish", which was a Sea Bream. I can say that it was one of the best fishes i've eaten for over a week eating in diffrent restaurants. Fries added to meal also well done + fresh cucumber and tomato. 5/5

We received very tasty food. The sheftalia was so fresh and perfectly spiced. Also the tzatziki was delicious. We received bread for free. Reasonably priced. It is open in winter. Worth to give it a try.

Would NOT recommend this place. We were attracted by the good looks of the restaurant and the menu. However, it did definitely not meet our expectations. We ordered meze but most of the dishes had no flavor, the salad dressing was very sour and most other dishes were way too fatty. Unfortunately the service could not make up for the bad food. It was a quiet evening, but we still had a lot of trouble getting attention of the waiter and they did not ask once if we needed anything or about our opinion of the food.

We took meze for 20€ per person which we thpught its expensive and mix grill. At the end we couldnt eat everything. If you wanna have authentic cyprian experience I suggest this restaurant. Food is very delicious.

Loved it! The rain caught us and we hid and had lunch here!😄 Interior reminds me of old medieval ravern :) the staff are very welcoming! The food is delicious. We had grilled meat assorti and a grilled chicken salad, all the meat was juicy! Great place. Will totally visit again for a lunch 😉

Such a “hidden” germ - you would pass it without knowing - we ordered meze for 2, haloumi and chicken kebab, it was all delicious - very reasonably priced

What a great place to eat! We were a large group and we sat immediately. The service was prompt and courteous! I ate grilled Sea Brim for 12€ and I loved how fresh it tasted. Don't be deterred by the road (almost no cars go by at night). It was also very beautiful inside. Everything looked clean and beautiful.

We asked to a local shop owner which restaurant she recommended to try local food and she pointed us to this tavern. Being Monday at noon we were the only customers. The food was perfect: pork kebab and a tuna salad, with local red wine. We enjoyed everything to the last bite

I have visited better Tavernas, for sure. But the food was pretty good. Kalamari and pork were good. The salad was so and so. Bottled Beer wasn't good. But the whole place has an atmosphere and the owner is very nice.

Really nice food. But we have been served quite unevenly. While some of us were done others still waited for their food.

10.2023// We enjoyed our dishes; the Sheftalia dish was unbelievable, sweet and juicy, not salty, the sea bream fresh , perfectly seasoned, and, yes, it’s the second place in Cyprus where we eat much better than the written reviews. I do not understand why . They have a few tables outside, on the side of the sidewalk and the street is not so busy during the week in the evening time, so it was ok.

Meze is usually for two people, so unfortunately I wasn't able to eat it. But the food was very delicious. He was forgotten about me for a while, but when he remembered, he took revenge. This is why the service is said to be excellent.

Came there at 13 pm and were the only clients there. Took 2 sea breams and one calamari dish. Fish was good as well as pitta and a couple of meme dishes but my calamari tasted funny and on top of that there were rotten salad leaves in the salad served as a side dish. The fries were over fried, were as crunchy as crisps... after all, I had to return the plate to the kitchen. The staff apologized and didn't charge us so no problem here. Pleasant environment.

Great service, they made outside dining for us possible and brought a table outside for us. Cyprus Meze (or meat meze called at other restaurants) is a big recommendation with a lot of different local foods, especially the ravioli filled with cheese and topped with honey and sesame seeds are unique.

It was our first time in Cyprus and definitely an amazing experience! Outstanding food, huge portions, amazing prices, great people and customer service!

We were alone in the place and we had the best seafood platter of this trip. A pity we could not have a glass of wine, but temperature was too high.

Cozy place with traditional atmosphere and music, main food was good but the salad needed more dressing and the calamari was more flourish than normal. Kleftiko was really good though. Price is very reasonable as well and service was also on time.

We got here looking for authentic cyprus meze. It was delicious and a stunning amount of food - absolutely worth the price (18€ per person). We sadly couldn't eat it all, it was just so much food. But we tasted every single dish and each was so tasty. It was exactly what we needed after nearly 5 hours of sightseeing by foot. The host is nice and friendly and tries to explain every dish in english to his foreign guests. I wish we could have more time in Cyprus to also try his fish meze.
