    So, i think it's the first time i leave a review on google, but this is a must! As soon as i walk in 1) No person was on the counter to take an order it took the girl around 20 seconds to notice me because she was busy talking to her colleague and showing him stuff on the phone 2) The environment is dead, no music is completely silent, and the only thing you can hear is the staff talking 3) The cook inside sings loudly, and the girl on the counter tells her to shut up, and after i receive my order, they start all arguing loudly. 4) 2 guys on the counter working without uniform The conclusion is that the management is very bad, and i really don't believe hygiene and food safety are taken into consideration seriously!

    I ordered online (via their app) 40 minutes ago. Someone called me just now to tell me that my order will not be arriving. The shop is closed (?) and my order is cancelled. I was a bit taken aback but after a minute's thought I called back to clarify. Nobody answered. Then someone called me back, told me to wait, then hung up on me. What?! So now I have waited almost an hour and won't get any food. On a side note, I've ordered from here before and around 80% of time they get the order wrong (forget items, wrong items, etc). If you order plant-based you will almost always get some chicken nuggets instead. In a country where terrible service is the norm, BK still manage to stand out as truly diabolical. You've gotta hand it to them... that's quite an achievement. Update: Feeling optimistic I ordered again recently. Sent meat instead of plant-based (again). Food arrived, cold, after 2 hours 10 minutes. Made a complaint. Nobody cared. Lol

    Service from previous time was horrible. This time we asked them to change our potato fries because it seems that the oils they were in has been used a 100 times. The picture is with the new potato fries that they’ve replaced us with. Disgusting!!😡

    "I had a highly disappointing experience with Burger King. The level of service I received was far below my expectations. I placed an order for spicy chili nuggets, but to my dismay, I received regular nuggets instead. Additionally, I specifically requested garlic sauce, but they completely disregarded my preference and provided BBQ sauce instead. This careless mistake not only shows a lack of attention to detail but also reflects poorly on the overall quality of service. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with this experience and cannot recommend Burger King based on this disappointing incident

    Never in my life had this experience but it can happen. On 24th of March I passed by there to grab a Mac&Cheese burger for dinner. Something was weird but I thought it’s this Mac& Cheese thing. For 3 days non-stop I didn’t stop vomiting, called them to inform them I’m order to discard this thing that I was served, answer was Health & Safety will call you. Still, after almost 2 weeks waiting. Never again.

    No gloves, masks, rude staff. Some of them even took one of my fries with bare gloves. Left my order. 20 euro lost but at least I didn't got sick. Worst place ever. Pictures posted. Keep my 20 and learn how hygiene works.

    Parking service nonsense. One time they had music in the phone, that contained one of the worst bad words you can hear on lyrics! Also awful waiting time on parking. Inside time you wait 5-10 minutes, outside you may wait double the time. Examine very well your manager inside the store or the lady on the phone. The lady in the phone said he has sent the order and the manager said he has not received the order. I waited on the phone while the lady makes the order, thus the lady could not speak alone.......thus she must have spoken to somebody.......thus examine very well your manager and what happened. In any case examine both the lady and Manager, since one of them maybe is lying. The only other problem maybe your system also. After this I may not go again, since now that I saw other reviews at 3.7 from 5, now I doubt for hygiene also. If they continue with such management, I think soon they will close. Today they lost completely my trust.

    It's a nice fast food restaurant to visit but when i visited it i ordered a king box with 2 cheese burgers! The burgers in the advertisement were looking very big and delicious but when i saw the reality, the burger was really small 😔 and i barely got full! This the only negative for this place! There is also a playground for children which is kinda dirty and i would not have let my child go play there! 🤢

    Worst service experience ever. This is the forth time sending half the order. I spent 40 minutes arguing, visitors left hungry, to get a refund from Bolt for the missing items saying it’s the restaurant’s fault.. Again. So many bad reviews with the same issue and nothing is changing they just ask to send more information at their email. Noway I am loosing any more of my time with you. If you want more info call your restaurant and bolt service they would know…

    I don't know why someone would add normal mayonnaise as a dip with a vegan order (it was either intentional or bad training on the managements side). I go out of my way to avoid issues like this so it would be nice to take my diet into consideration and not put products that have ingredients that people like myself do not eat for humane reasons.

    Very disappointing experience. Place is clean and tidy, staff relatively friendly. But got my order wrong, I ordered a dbl whopper, got a single, got barely warm French fries, had to ask for fresh, that took as long as my wife and I needed to eat our burgers. No apology for the inconvenience. Oh yes and flat diet coke! Rubbish.

    Horrible service and food. Anytime we order there is a problem. This time my fish sandwich was not edible and they claim all of their food comes like this and can’t be corrected. Our fries were soggy and everything was packaged as if no one there cares about their work. They can’t handle any type of mid day or weekend rush and I can’t say enough do not eat here.

    It’s the fifth time that we order from you and the order is coming with missing items. This time we order 23:05 from foody and y accept the order which came 00:40 after 1 Hour and 35 minutes. And the most funny was that the order came with missing items (again)!!! And guess what? You couldn’t prepare the missing items cause the restaurant was closed. Anyway never again from Burger King not because we don’t like but because we don’t eat!!!

    I ordered one crispy chicken meal. The fries were ok, the crispy chicken was awful, not crispy at all and the texture and taste looked like it was reheated in the microwave. Never again!

    Your box-standard Burger King joint. Food quality slightly inconsistent after eating every 2 weeks or so for a few months. Staff are pretty friendly but sometimes a little slow and not as attentive as you expect from a customer perspective. Clean facilities for the most part with a nice spacious outside area and parking

    The food was good,but the staff was extremely rude, international chain like burger king should give their staff a proper training how to treat customers, we went to order and the guy there at tameio who took our order was named i guess Konstantinos, he was giving us attitude like omg,and even when we ask him for something he make face like he dont want to serve us and even looked at us with rude eyes. The attitude was so awful .

    Order delivery meals for 5 people. Only 4 of them came Make a call to find the reason We ask for the other burger Had to wait 45 minutes for that I will not even tell you what happens to the cold food (nuggets, onion rings, fries, burgers) Not the most tastie experience

    My worst experience ever. Ordered online from their webside. It was supposed to be delivered at 8:30 , I called at 9:10 to ask about my order. Nobody knew the whereabouts of my order. Told me they would call me back and didn't. So at 9:30 I cancelled the order and went to McDonald's. My 3 kids said 'Never again'!
