Disappointing. I saw the reviews and expected much more. The main issue was that the room was not clean enough, an unclean espresso cup during Corona is a no go for me. In addition they had no free water in the room, it's common to give one water bottle for free, I do not wish to drink from the tap in a foreign country. The internal design and location are great but the room is not maintained well and there already small tiles missing in the shower and swollen parquet boards. I hope these issues will be addressed.

I went there to eat and I order a hot chocolate. 45 minutes later they give it to me. I was so angry cuz they were so late but on top of that the hot chocolate was WATER with chocolate. Then 15 minutes later they give me a real hot chocolate but half of the drink was pour off. So i again order another one 20 minutes later they finally give it to me. I donā€™t think 1 hour and 20 minutes are worth for a hot chocolate, I would of order some food but if they took so much time for a drink, imagine how much time the food would take.

Our experience at the event place was fantastic. The management's service from the very first moment was amazing and absolutely flexible to our needs. Besides us, that were organizing the birthday party (and we are excited with our choice), our guests / our friends, were so pleased from the cozy environment, the smiley staff and the good food. We will surely be back for one of our next events, knowing your professionalism and great service!

A lovely hotel within the old town. Excellent for a short getaway. A newly renovated historic building in the centre close to bars and restaurants but also near the seafront.

Wonderful place, loved the room and service, mostly enjoyed sitting in the terrace under the old olive tree. Will definitely come back, big credit to all the staff as I talked amd chatted with everyone, very friendly and professional, always there to help.

Pros: Great location The facilities (immolation area, patio, lobby) are charming and well maintained The size of the room - loved the very high ceilings The pleasant balcony The modern lighting system The quality mattress and pillows Quick and easy checkin process Cons: Breakfast is bad - I donā€™t mind low choice, therefore the focus needs to be on the quality and its not the case at all. Also, they donā€™t have dairy free milk options which I find odd in 2023 The heating takes ages to work Thereā€™s a constant background noise in the room - maybe from their operating system The shower leaks and leaves water all around the sink Thereā€™s a Nespresso machine in the room but no complimentary water bottle - they charge 1ā‚¬ each, a bit cheeky

Hotel is beautiful. Breakfast and brunch was extremely disappointing. Especially in regards to the cost. (Very expensive) If you are looking for brunch, avoid this place at all costs.

This boutique hotel looks lovely on the inside, there are however some fundamental issues that will stop me from ever staying here again. 1. The food (breakfast) is the worst I have ever had in all my years of business travel around the world, the hotel should be embarrassed with what it puts out in the morning. 2. The Coffee is undrinkable, it must take a huge amount of effort to make coffee that bad, whoever taste tested it and though it was ok to serve every day needs to be fired. 3. The corridors are all exposed wood, this looks very nice but you can hear every singe person walk up and down past your room, this woke me up countless times during my stay. 4. The rooms are not sound proof at all, I guess it is luck of the draw if other guest are noisy and inconsiderate coming to bed in the early hours but as well as the corridor floor noises waking me up, every single conversation of passing guests could be heard like they were in my room 5. There was building work going on in and around the hotel, again luck of the draw I suppose but if there was sufficient sound proofing in the room and the windows, it would not be an issue. Building work started as early as 7:30am every day which is not ideal! 6. Noise from the courtyard is also an issue if you are unlucky enough to have a room next to it. Noisy guests and constant "lounge music" also woke me up or delayed my getting to sleep. 7. The room are also very hot, I informed reception that my AC was not working and was told it was off at this time of year and there is nothing they can do about it, very poor! If the hotel could get a decent chef, put our some decent coffee, lay some carpet in its corridors and do something about the soundproofing then it would not be half bad but in its current state I will never return, my company will also no longer be using them for their corporate guests based on my, and a number of other colleagues feedback!

We went for a breakfast with my children! The service and the food was perfect! Niki at the reception was very helpful and deserves congratulations!! She won us over from the first contact with her on the phone!

Super cosy newly renovated building in modern classical style. High ceilings, wooden floors, and friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet and has a car park if you have rented a car. 5mins walk from the main square night life. Higly recommended.

Beautiful place to have brunch or drinks, right in the middle of the old city but without any of the noise. Food and drinks were excellent too!

We enjoyed our stay at S Paul Hotel. The location is great for walking around. It's walking distance to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable, modern and clean. However, all towels need replacement. The breakfast was ok. I think better quality bread, fresh juices and jams should be added to go with the boutique feeling of the hotel.

S Paul hotel for sure exceeded our expectations. I am not a big fun of boutique hotels but this one really surpised me, the owner has done an excellent work on combinig a traditional building with modern facitlities and equipment. Of course, these facitlites without such a professional and friendly customer service would not be enough, when I first met Marta, Nikky and Theoharis I thought they were the owners! Thank you very much guys for making our stay so pleasant, we really felt like home! PS That big Olive tree in the breakfast area was the best view!

Had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated hotel right in the heart of Limassol. From the moment we stepped inside, the staff made us feel super welcome - truly top-notch service. Our room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Plus, the central location made it easy to explore the surrounding areas. Only downside was the repetitive breakfast buffet if you're staying for many days. But honestly, it's not a deal-breaker. Highly recommend for your next trip to Limassol! šŸØšŸ‘Œ #hotelreview #Limassol #travel

Not bad value for money, but some small things needs to be upgraded such as expresso included in the breakfast, effort in breakfast organizing and choice...

A good boutique hotel in Limassol 7 minutes walk to the main port and town. Good and clean rooms. Room Sound isolation should be better managed especially that people sit outside your door room. Good food Good restaurant, and good breakfast.

Very nice Hotel placed close to many points of interest. The ladies at reception were very nice and helpful. Food in restaurant and bar were very well portioned and great tasting. Would definitely go back .

Really beautiful hotel. The rooms are amazing. High ceilings coupled with natural stone, wood and bronze. Comfy beds. Super high tech. Everything is controlled with electronic pads. Breakfast was delicious. The only downside was the beautiful bar.. Closes really early and no wine by the glass. Disappointed not to be able to have a drink in the gorgeous courtyard after dinner.

We wanted to comment on the most professional attentive attitude and concern for our well being during our stay noted by the attention to our individual needs. We especially wanted to convey that the Reception Staff Maria and Elvire both went out of their way and beyond their professional roles to attend to us. Most relevantly the House Keeper Snezha made exceptional efforts to maintain our room spotlessly clean and tidy, and made our stay most comfortable with her professionalism. Shrada in the restaurant team looked after us at breakfast remembering our specific dietary requirements and preferences. Both Shrada and Snezha excelled in treating my wife and myself as individuals. We hope to come again. Niko and Kyreike

Nice restaurant/bar with a beautiful inner yard . The service is efficient and polite. In regards to food I would say its definitely above average . It's a tapas based menu with adequate choices. The meat tapas o tried were ok but I expected more flavoursome dishes. The wine list is limited in choices.

Superb little hotel. Well located. Immaculate rooms in a beautiful old building. Well appointed rooms with top notch bathrooms. However, the stand out was the staff. They could not have been more obliging and helpful. I had a couple of issues during my trip and they took very specific care to ensure everything was resolved. Outstanding. I will return.

Really struggled here. Hotel is fine, even pretty inside, but outside services need ownership and better options. I feel like I was price gouged and the Sir Paul staff didn't seem committed to make it right even after I explained the situation. It's hard to write a negative review when it seems like you're the crazy person, but I'm left with a bitter feeling like I was taken advantage of. Maybe for others it will be fine because you won't need to use the one particular service.

Our stay was amazing, the room is very comfortable and good equipped! The seaside is about 2 minutes walking distance but the beach is about 1 km away. There is a small shop next to the hotel. Regarding parking the hotel has parking spots.

Excellent service, beautiful rooms with high ceilings, convenient location. Would be 5* if not breakfast which was mediocre and not up to the hotel's standard - no fresh bread (and e.g. croissants actually unfresh), veggies or fruit.

Honestly I donā€™t like writing bad reviews as I work in the hotel industry but was very disappointed, donā€™t understand why they have such great reviews. Hotel room was dirty, hair on the toilet seat, dust everywhere and chairs outside were very dirty couldnā€™t even sit outside. Evening bar closed why what is the point of having a facility thatā€™s closed? Breakfast was very poor I cannot eat gluten yet only gluten things to choose from. Unfortunately it spoiled our whole stay. Do not recommend at all!!

Complaint about poor service in a restaurant. October 16, 2022 in the morning we were waiting for our order from 9:00 to 10:30! During this time, the waiters served all the guests except us. On our question, we realized that the waiter Akis could not repeat our order and forgot to do it. Our mood and our plans were spoiled by disgusting service. You have a good design hotel with bad staff. You must take appropriate action. Alexander

spaul hotel Larnaca Cyprus. 19/9/2022. A boutique hotel in a central location near a promenade with an amazing view. Restaurants and eateries around of all kinds. The hotel staff is skilled at a high level of service. A personal breakfast tailored to everyone. The rooms have everything you need, including a coffee machine and an elevator. The reception team led by mr. theochris vtha do what is required perfectly. At the same time, the owner of the hotel, who actually also manages it perfectly. **** Grade 2 rooms for 3 nights Regards Yair Tel Aviv Israel

Oh my god. WHERE SHOULD I START.. first of all i booked this hotel just because it had excellent reviews which i dont even know why, the receptionist/front office was kind, BUT the room was not clean at all, first of all the toilet seat wasnt clean, the chairs on the balcony were so dirty we couldnā€™t even sit outside, the Nespresso had water in from the previous guest and it had one cup, the room was dusty and not even a complimentary water was given which come on the room is not even cheap enough, ALSO how come you have a bar and a restaurant but its NOT even working, the night receptionist said that it was closed like seriously why do you have this facility then??? AND THE BREAKFAST let me not go there it has a menu which most of the stuff i couldnt eat and just had breadā€¦ WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL FOR THE PRICE i dont even understand why they have a good review..

only regarding the restaurant. great for brunch, beautiful place. always go with reservation otherwise you might not get in. 4 stars only because in summer time many tables are under the sun and it's not a good experience to sit there, hpped to me once meanwhile un umbrella would do the job

Charming boutique hotel in the heart of Limassol. Fantastic location within walking distance to both the Marina Promenade and old town. I got the chance to visit when they were setting up for Christmas season and it was quite a lovely and cosy environment. The breakfast was a bit disappointing though, both in terms of variety and presentation, missing this little special touch that reflect throughout the hotel.

Loved our stay at S Paul Hotel. The location was perfect. Steps away from the waterfront, marina and castle. Easy walking to everything. The breakfast was excellent and included as a guest. Full menu. The staff were welcoming warm and inviting. The room was modern with all the desires including Nespresso, mini fridge stocked with water, wine, beer and spirits. USB ports buy the beds and TV.
