Cramped rooms. Near a very noisy road; very noisy boy racers in cars and on motorbikes racing up and down at all hours. The nearby car park is a meeting place for dope smoking, local, boy racers after dark. The breakfast is plentiful and adequate, the staff are pleasant and helpful. Not many restaurants or nightspots nearby. Busier areas, including the old town and marina, easily accessed by the no 30 bus or 30 minute walk.

The location is great! The hotel have two pools but in summer just one to work!Very unfriendly, no professional the servers take orders of other guest the arrived after youth towels are old with stain on them. After I left the card on the 3rd day that I like to have my room clean no vacuum just change of towels and bed! The bathroom full of stains I removed with wet wipes.The cutlery the set o salt tables dirty ! I order the same salads two day in row the second time different I ask if it is the same cook yes it was so one day you make one way the next different ! The juice on breakfast was just with yellow orange juice yeah sure ! The mattress was like water bed one big hole in the middle !I will not recommend or visit again! They like to make money but don't invest in renovating and training the people who are working there !

Unpleasant man at reception. Didn't see our paid order. Didn't even try to somehow solve the problem. The gentleman did nothing until we contacted booking.com and they called the hotel! But the hotel itself is great!

Expensive for what you get. Rooms are ok but towels are washed out. They only give one bottle water when booking in. Breakfast is good. Refuse to bring ice to the room. Excellent location 300m from the beach

The first ever hotel with no kettle in the room. So every time you need hot water you need to go down to the restaurant. And you can't do it any time you want, they will tell you off like a kid if you do it in the "wrong" time during dinner. Because others will also want to have the or a glass of water. I still don't get this. Why other can't have water during dinner time. But anyway the way they told me this was very rude. And it turned out that they have kettle in the superior rooms. Welcome to 21st century. And the hotel is quite old.

Fantastic hotel and staff where excellent, helpful and friendly. Great location. I was unfortunately kept awake on occasion by boy racers on main road a block away so best to have ear plugs or be at other side of hotel if you have good hearing like me

Everything was fine until the last day where the lady at the reception replied to my question whether I could extend 2 more days with just "No rooms available call Ajax Hotel instead" while gossiping with a 2nd employee about another employee in front of me. Like she was in a coffee shop on her off day.

Make sure you get a refurbished room and you will have a nice reasonable place to stay. Impeccably clean with a weak air conditioning, that does not really cool the room and a Wi-Fi network that needs to be re-registered all the time. Also the shower pressure could be way better. Definitely improvable. Nice pool and friendly staff otherwise. If they shape up on these issues they deserve their 5-stars

Excellent stay there last week. Staff are so friendly and helpful, and the location is great. We had B&B - and the rooms were clean and airy, breakfast truly excellent. We didn't have evening meal, but that looked good as well, with some entertainment thrown in many evenings. We had a great time - thank you so much.

What a fantastic Hotel, we returned home last Sunday after a wonderful weeks stay in this Hotel, we were in a superior sea view room on the 5th floor overlooking the pool. The room was very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Tea/Coffee facilities, nice bathroom/shower and it was cleaned everyday to a very high standard. We had gone to the Hotel to celebrate our 58th Wedding Anniversary and Hotel made a real fuss of us on the day by presenting us with a card and a bottle of champagne. Every member of staff could not have been friendlier, led by Nikki, and because my wife has a little mobility problem after a bad fall 12 months ago, they all rushed to help when it was needed. The Hotel is in a quiet area and within 3 minutes walking from the beach. We had booked (for better or worse) through Jet2 Holidays and a taxi was provided from the airport which was really nice. When it was time to leave, as our room was very popular, we agreed to give it up after breakfast so the hotel then lent us a small room to rest and shower before we left at 7pm. Absolutely excellent service from the Hotel and all its staff - thank you very much for making our stay a really enjoyable experience.

I returned to the hotel after 6 years. No doubt, good atmosphere and nice staff. However, they didn't have a firm mattress. Which would have helped me sleep better. Please take with the issue

“Shittiest” hotel i’ve ever been in! The receptionist called shouting at me when i told her that we extended our stay. old rooms with very old mattresses that have to be changed. I asked to change the 1st room they gave me because of the awful smell!! 1 star is a lot for this hotel!

I would like to suggest Kapetanios Limassol Hotel as a great place to stay. The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere and delicious food. Their staff, including Mrs Andrei at the front desk and all the restaurant personnel, are highly skilled in customer service and provide friendly assistance. Additionally, their taxi service is exceptional, with courteous drivers who exceed expectations. Overall, Kapetanios Limassol Hotel is an excellent option for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Basic hotel, good value for the money. Nothing fancy. Descent room size, and clean. Mattress is not comfortable, very soft. Breakfast is good. Great location near seafront.

I returned here after 17 years and found again the same nice place with the same kind landlord and I am very happy!!!! It is a hotel with great value over the years!! Convenient and next to the seafront! Congratulations!!

Very helpful, friendly staff. Some issues with our original room but moved us. Noise from bikes and cars racing along sea road but not the fault of the hotel.

Serviss is amazing! Super helpful, friendly and very calm atmosphere! Loved the pool side. Hotel itself is VERY good located. Downside - interior is very old, broken, bed feels like some army bed, and no hair dryer in room. Otherwise - AMAZING! Will visit again, keeping the above in mind. Service , Pool and location definitely outweighs the rest.

My girlfriend and I couldn't be happier we chose this hotel. We stayed from 26th of August until 2nd of September. We initially thought we wouldn't spend too much time in the hotel because we wanted to explore the island but the outdoor pool was great, never crowded, excellent food, staff was very polite and we enjoyed learning some greek words with them, so we spent more time resting in this hotel than we predicted and we don't regret it. We wanted a nice hotel but we didn't wanna go overboard on some high luxury resort so this was the perfect choice. Next time we're in Cyprus, we're definitely coming back. Ευχαριστώ Kapetanios!

My husband and I spent there one week. The location is very comfortable. It takes two minutes to get to the sea. Breakfast is tasty with pleasant view to the swimming pool. Near the hotel you can find delicious Greece restaurant. The furniture in the room a little bit old. Near the hotel you can find free parking. It takes to get to centre of Limassol about 20 minutes by walking.

Really nice! Exceeded my expectations. Staff are lovely and go out of their way to help. So many choices for breakfast. Very happy with the Hotel and highly recommend!

+: Tasty buffet breakfast. -: The safe didn't work multiple times and had to ask for a technician 3 times. -: The room for the luggage downstairs doesn't have a lock. Located near the exit. It's really small and has room for about 5 small luggage..

My room was lovely. Initially put in 108 (I think) a single room. Ghastly! Like a cell. On request, moved to a lovely bright spacious room. Rooms with interconnecting doors are noisy. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Literally 100m from the beach up a QUIET side road, which is not to be under estimated as there are masses of motorcycles & cars roaring round Limassol about 12-2am and some colleagues in different hotels had problems sleeping.

Staff were extremely helpful. Location is perfect for local transport. Rooms are clean and standard.

Stayed for 4 days with breakfast included. Breakfast was nothing special but included everything you need and would expect for this type of hotel. WiFi in the room was very good! The room itself again contained everything you need without being much more. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest. For me the mini fridge didn't work but I did not make use of it. Also the shower head wasn't functioning properly. Didn't make use of other facilities that the hotel provides such as sauna, fitness, swimming pool,... All in all, nothing major to dislike about the hotel and had a good experience.

Would not recommend. Instead of full or queen bed, it was just two twins pushed together that moved apart overnight. Incredible small bathrooms. When sitting on toilet my elbow was on the sink. Restaurant is not good, and staff constantly misleads you through ignorance on what is the menu. I asked what they were serving for dinner at lunch, they said it's posted, looked decent. Showed up at dinner, same menu, sat down at the table just to find out they hadn't updated. Only plus was the Beer is cheap. The Kapetanios two blocks over is much better.

Excellent location. Staff is excellent, especially waiters which know how to deal with guests. Food and drinks are satsfying. But smell in my room was awful from entering to leaving the room. I opened the balcony door but no use. Room was clean and modern but odor was disgusting.

Room was decent. Cleanliness was good. Location waa quite near to down town and very near to beachside. Staffs were very friendly amd helpful. Breakfast was a good one, lunch was with limited menu-but fish was good. Dinner could have been better. Overall can say a decent and economical option to stay.

Good hotel well located. Very close to the beach and a nice walk along the seafront to the town centre. Breakfasts are good and a very nice pool.
