After a long day in the airport we arrived for the hotel at 1 am. The receptionist was very rood, and he started screaming at us because we simply asked him questions about the hotel and the rooms. The rooms are awful and very small plus they have disgusting smell from the air conditioner, and you can not turn them off in this hot and hummed weather. The next day we asked the reception why the safes does not work, and the receptionist said we have to pay 3 € per day for the safe. We were amazed, but we paid, in the afternoon we met the manager of the hotel accidentally and while talking to him, we asked about the payment for the safe, and he was amazed that we paid for it. He immediately gave us a refund and apologized and he was very nice and kind. About the location of the hotel except that it is on the shore it is not close to any of the historical places and the famous shores. To conclude it is our worst experience ever in our 27 years in the Greek islands

Atlantica Miramare is a great hotel to spend 2-3 days in Limassol. The Hotel offers direct beach access and superb outdoor pools, offering 1 for adults and 1 for families with multiple pool bars and restaurants. The lobby and restaurants are all well designed and modern and the food offered is delicious and moderately priced. However, the rooms seem outdated and can definitely benefit from a refurbishment and better attention to details. All in all we had a great experience and would definitely visit again!

I would recommend this hotel. It really deserves 4 stars. Advantages: 1. Location by the sea, private beach with convenient access directly to the water through hotel's own pier (no need to worry about stepping on stones). 2. Possibility to rent water equipment and there are numerous sports activities right next to the hotel (e.g. scooters, banana, I also recommend the crazy sofa). 3. Delicious food, especially dinners. The menu was different every day, a large selection of dishes, the fish were just amazing. 4. You can have drinking water in any amount in the hotel, 24 hours a day - great idea. 5. Location: it's a good starting point for trips - close to the bus and the city bike rack (Next bike). 6. Daily cleaning of the room with the change of bed linen and towels (sometimes every other day). 7. A nicely organized swimming pool area with sunbeds in front of the hotel provides shade and intimacy. Disadvantages: 1. The rooms definitely need some renovation. 2. Too much air conditioning in the restaurant. Particularly problematic considering temperature differences (in and out) and women coming here with wet hair. Far too cold. 3. Air conditioning in the rooms should be regulated - both temperature and direction of blowing. 4. The tables in the restaurant were wobbling even when the legs were adjusted. The staff obviously didn't mind. We did. Also, way too dark. With such delicious food this really should be changed. 5. The lobby of the hotel is like the North Pole really. You experience thermal shock at the entrance, especially if you're going from the pool/sea to the room with a wet swimsuit and hair.

Poor but expensive all inclusive option. AVOID. No room drinking water. Only small bottles from the bar "we can't give large bottles to all inclusive " barman says. Repetitive buffet for lunch and evening meals. All inclusive doesn't even grant you Prosecco. Basically, unless you eat buffet food for fun three times a day and drink cheap alcohol for 6-7 hours per day, save your money and don't pay for the costly all inclusive. The beach is almost none existent. The "beach" has little sand and heavy pebble access to the water. Rooms are reasonable as long as you don't want a shower. Ours had a bath shower but you couldn't use it without getting wrapped up in the shower curtain. The next door neighbours sound like there in your room.. The air conditioning system is ancient and doesn't do much. Patio door to balcony doesn't lock, so next door rooms get easy access to your your room. Room safe is to small to fit a small laptop. All in all I would say poor for a 4 star plus hotel. It won't be for us next year.

Following my last years review my visit this year was disappointing. Many changes have been made and none to the good. On our arrival there was none of the usual welcome drink and warm towel also no porters. Although reception gave us a packed snack there was no usual bottle of wine or fruit in the room. Although we were all inclusive we were informed that the tea/coffee facility in our room would cost €3 per person per day. Thankfully this was provided free for this visit but would cost in the future. This is ludicrous as all inclusive guests can have unlimited tea, coffee etc all day. Speaking of all inclusive the hotel will not be offering this after this year. On a positive note the majority of the staff were friendly and attentive especially the Asteria bar staff. The Koi bar bar tender was rude to both my wife and myself and was arrogant and aggressive. I watched a gentleman ask the night reception for toilet rolls as his wife needed one urgently but all he got was a shrug of the shoulders and no help whatsoever. I am sorry to say the Miramare does not deserve a 4 star award it barely makes 3.

The food options were phenomenal! A complimentary gateau and bottle of champagne for my friends birthday was honestly really nice. The view was breathtaking and peaceful from the sea view balcony. Staff were lovely and helpful. Alexis at the door greeted us with a lovely smile and pleasantries and the spa facilities were great too. I love the fact the pool was the same depth all the way through. It meant those who weren’t the most confident swimmers were still able to attempt a whole length. Nightlife in the area however wasn’t the best for a group of black boys but that isn’t anything to do with the Hotel.

PROS: The hotel was clean and the exterior is well maintained and pleasant. The outer common areas have bars, wet-bar, pools, sunchairs, sunshades and access to the small (very small) beach. Free car parking is another very good point in this hotel. The seaview from the room (that anyway had an extra cost) and the overall cleanliness was something we really appreciated. Check in and check out were smooth and very quick. Availability of luggage room is an extra point (even if very common in this range of hotels). CONS: The room's atmosphere was below our expectations. Old fashioned, 80's style rooms, Small, no slippers, no bathrobe, AC wasn't very efficient. Body lotions and hair conditioner small bottles weren't seald. The Internet was so slow that we had to disconnect it and use our roaming data. Breakfast looks rich and abundant but the quality of the food available is very very low. Juices were super-sweetened and with a chemical taste. The egg station had pre-cooked omelette or fried eggs only. Even cereals or muesli have a kind of "stale taste". Service in the breakfast restaurant wasn't friendly. Not even a "good morning" is upsetting. I reported a chipped milk glass jug, they removed it temporarily and for all the next 3 days it was still there. We evaluate the overall stay as 3 1/2 stars.

I feel like this hotel wasn’t great and wasn’t terrible but I wouldn’t stay here again. I would probably say it deserves 3 stars more than 4. I felt like the property overall felt like it’s in need of some renovations as it looks like it was built a long time ago and hasn’t really been improved since. The rooms felt quite dated and not super clean - there was black mold on the ceiling in the shower on our room. Also our safe did not work. The pool was nice but the beach is super small and barely a beach. You could swim in the ocean but the beach wasn’t even big enough to lie on. The location of the hotel also wasn’t great and it’s pretty difficult to get around to anywhere else. There is not much within walking distance and the town is a 20min bus ride away. Nearby there is not really much except some restaurants and clothing stores here and there. So if you wanted to go out and do things it was a pretty big hassle. Some of the staff were very nice and helpful but others not as much. I liked the breakfast which had decent variety but I found the dinner overpriced for what it was (28 euro per person for a buffet). At night the hotel puts on an activity/show which was also just so so and felt super touristy/inauthentic. This place overall was just mediocre and I feel like there are a lot of improvements that could be made especially for the price being charged for not even really being in Limassol.

My visit was in November, so off season. The hotel was quite empty, but the staff were working hard to keep it looking nice. The rooms are a bit dated, and the shower is in the bath, with a shower curtain. The rooms have UK three pin plug sockets, so it was very easy. The rooms have a safe (although mine wasn't activated) and a fridge. It was sometimes noisy at night, with traffic noise - motorbikes racing around, but you can pay extra to be on the sea side of the hotel. There are three pools and dozens of deck chairs. The hotel backs onto the sea, and I thought the view was stunning. There is a small beach (a couple of metres) and various water sports places adjacent. There are also a number of shops, bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. We particularly liked the Garden restaurant. It was certainly a good base to go from or if you want to just sit by the pool. We had no trouble parking, but it was November, although still 22 degrees in the day.

A solid 4-star hotel with excellent service personnel as well as its buffets - both breakfast and dinner were experienced. Kids friendly and with a broad cultural variation of guests makes for a great international vacation! Our room had some issues with its air condition system and a mini-fridge that had to be exchanged; from our perspective the rooms might be due for some renovation even if we were perfectly satisfied with getting a new mini-fridge and having our air condition repaired to a point where it was possible to sleep - which at 35+C can be quite the challenge without proper climate control 🤣😎🤪. During high season and when there are many guests there is not enough sun lounges nor optional space for hotel guests to spend time by the hotel pools. We also encountered lines to access the breakfast buffet and especially for seating inside. Checkout at 11:00 with options for late checkout is available, but make sure to book this early as there are limited slots available and it might not be available. But even with the early checkout they have storage options for your luggage and let you have full access to the hotel amenities which include showers in the hotel spa area.

First time in Cyprus. Super friendly people. Meals were top notch. Best WiFi speed and coverage I have ever experienced in such a largd estate. A few things to note. ENGLISH IS NOT THEIR FIRST LANGUAGE. Being Scottish can be VERY frustrating, when trying to order a simple Vodka and cola. However, as a guest in their country, I will never Mark this as a negative. The entire hotel is very laid back and yet "fancy". It is literally right on the beach, and they do not charge for using facilities like towels, sun loungers etc.

It's the kind of hotel that had better days, but that was a long time ago is now slowly fading away; the rooms are big, but the furniture looks and smells old. The air conditioning is noisy, too. Once you're out of the room, though, it gets much, much better. They have loads of space and beach chairs, you don't feel cramped anywhere. The terrace is nice; there are several pools that are very well maintained (and the big one is actually big and deep at up to 2.8m in the deep end); the beach is well maintained even though it's rather small; there's even a pontoon if you're not a fan of wading a bit through rocks; they also have a lot of showers everywhere, which is convenient and keeps things clean sand-free. They also have a spa area (it's where you get beach towels), which seems quite big. I noticed a massage area and a pool table, but had other rooms, where I imagine they might have some thermal well-being goodness stuff. The location is a bit far form the old town, but there are still many restaurants nearby, and there's a big park right next to it if you fancy a bit of cool and shade. Breakfast was quite nice, too, with many tasty things. I haven't tried the restaurant/ terrace food, but it looked nice. It's shame the rooms are dated. Otherwise it's good, with nice things to do and friendly staff.

Just don’t book a late flight back as you won’t be able to pay for a late check out or even an extra night at an overly inflated price. This could have been possible for us if we had been able to arrange this beforehand however the hotel only allowed us to enquire the day before we were due to leave. At this time they obviously had nothing. In regard to the hotel itself, the grounds are nice but the rooms are very outdated. The bar staff are wonderful, especially Yanis in the Koi bar. Apart from this there is nothing else good to say. The rooms aren’t cleaned on a daily basis only the bed is made and towels replaced. The water and cola is charged at €3 per bottle whereas only a short walk down the road both are €1 each. A sandwich will cost upwards of €12 but DO NOT go all inclusive as the food in the evenings is absolutely awful.

The hotel is in a great area directly at the beach. Room is clean but needs a refurbishment. Staff is absolutely friendly. Breakfast is good. Dinner is a shame for such a hotel. Next time we will book only with breakfast.

Rooms is really spacious, with a balcony but seems to having been renovated like at Beetles times. Service is outrageous, like f..k yourself till 15 pm, even if you ask for PAID early check in beforehand. Beach is a narrow stripe of sand. Breakfast is more or less fine, juices are faked. Coffee is ok. Mattress and pillows are OK. You will break your head to charge your phone/laptop in the room, outlets are digged in weird places. The placement is good

The hotel looks old, but clean and comfortable. They have nice pools, for adults and separately for kids. There is not so much of the beach in front of it, no sand but many rocks. The food is acceptable, fruits and eggs, cheese, the usual stuff, English breakfast as well, you know, that thing with beans and ketchup and water and whatever; coffee is the regular brown thing that 90% of the world considers good, and 9% don't care. There is a spa, uncomfortable because you have to get out of the hotel - never been, just took beach towels from there. So far away from the city center, shopping area and the good restaurants. A bit expensive for the location, 10m by taxi (12€) or 1€/1h by 🦶 (it's to hot for this). For food, you have usually fast food like fish, shrimps halumi, not too great, but cheaper (dinner is 25€/person) - see my other reviews, for some acceptable places. I'm not going back there, next time I'll take something in 10-20 minutes walk from city center.

IThe hotel staff is incompetent. If you have problems, they will hide from management and then accuse you of lying. If you have problems. Write me. I will give you the contact of the general managers who will help you. And I hope that they will remove this staff and take new ones and train them to make the rest wonderful.

Staff very helpful, great breakfast selection, good location, with some great restaurants nearby. Located on the beach with watersports available. I travelled for business, room was disappointing, small with twin beds, recommend paying the extra for a sea view room.

You get what you pay for at this 4 star plus hotel. Positives: really clean throughout, great receptionist, central location and a fantastic price for our 10 days bed and breakfast. Lovely big connecting family room with lovely big comfortable sofa bed easily fitting my 6ft2 teenage son. Paid food in the bar was excellent, especially liked the spaghetti bolognese with delicious meat sauce. Negatives: quality of breakfast food for me was sub standard. You could really tell the chefs were on a budget, with cheaper cuts of salami, cheese, drippy wet porridge. We're in Cyprus, Where's the Halloumi? Where's the proper koulouri bread? I bought my own jams, instant coffee and bread. Secondly, the outside pool was FREEZING. It was 25 degrees in early April when we went. Impossible to get in the outdoor pool. But there was a lovely heated indoor pool. Overall. You get what you pay for. I likes the hotel and would stay again just for the excellent value for money.

First time staying here and honestly I would go back tomorrow. The staff are fantastic! you are made to feel at home from the moment you step into the hotel. The hotel is kept super clean and the rooms are spacious. Food was amazing with lots to choose from. Huge complex with lots to do. All 3 pools are clean with loads of space. Entertainment was realy nice and relaxing. I must give a special thank you to Maria (Maruska) at reception. Maria is special !! we stood there for a couple of minutes wanting some advice. Maria was super busy with a coach load of people to deal with. We watched here answer phones use the computer and still managed to acknowledge us with a smile on her face. She even managed to have some banter with us. She really does care about the customers. (Management)look after her, she is brilliant 👏 hope to see you all again next year at some point. Thanks again.

Bear in mind that there are very loud live music shows in the evenings in a bar next to a pool. If you take a room with a sea view then you will need to enjoy the music till midnight. Only 2pools for kids and no playgrounds, so in general I wouldn’t rate it high in kid friendliness

Okay rooms, slightly outdated and could use better cleaning. Breakfast was okay considering Cypriot standards. View was great, gym was decent as well as both indoor and outdoor pools.

We really loved our stay at the hotel, I don’t understand the complaints about the food - everything was truly tasty and there was a lot to choose from. The room was large, cleaned every day. Loved the hotel’s private beach. Great localization - close to the shops, bus stop. The hotel was quiet and made us feel really relaxed, definately recommend

This hotel is in a very good location, i love that they have adults pool but it was june and the water was freezing couldn’t use it , rooms are nice a big but were back to back felt like living with the people next door as we were separated by a door from inside the room , cleanliness is not bad but could have been better , but what was surprising is that they told me they don’t clean the rooms on Sunday, that’s ridiculous. And lastly if u ever get hungry at night make sure u have your own food because they dont do room service after 23:00 . They need to improve a bit

We were part of a business group with a lunch afterwards. The room for the business meeting was adequate but the sound equipment was not adequate for the echoes within the room. Also large pillars blocked vision for some people. Access for wheel chair users is good. Parking is rather strange as some vehicles use the car park while overflows park in the dry river bed. There is a notice that charges will be levied. (We did NOT use bedroom accommodation so can't describe it) The lunch arrangements were fine with proper table settings. The food was self service with a good selection of salads, roast meats and vegetables and very delightfully presented dessert choices. Drinks were purchased separately, but a good range available. The staff were welcoming and attentive. The toilets were clean and well presented but inadequate cubicles for the amount of people.

Not new building , but deserves its 4 stars. Good view with trees and flowers and Mediterranean sea . Service very good , very very good breakfast , omelett was very tasty, different sweets, alot of fruits, big choice of coffee, dry fruits , yogurt, different cheese, and other... Room clean and fresh, has tea pot with tea and coffee, bottle of wine and glasses. Bathroom has soap ,conditioner, shower gel , hair shampoo, body lotion, and some extra ... Also hair dryer in the room. Bed sheets and towels very clean. We had also sunbeds , spa and jacuzzi free . Recommend for couples, families, for everyone who wants quality holidays.

What a beautiful place this is, it has pools for adults pools for children. You can find 7 bars and restaurants on the premises, water sports, a great tidal pool, pedalò and a well organised breakfast with tons of scrumptious options. There are ample sunbeds around the pool area and dark sand sea front. I give this Hotel a definite 4.9- I would have given it a 5 if i had the room facing the sea overlooking the pool area- book one it is worth it! 😉

I am using this hotel just for day visits and do not stay overnight. Nice indoor and outdoor facilities: several outdoor pools, indoor pool, gym, sauna, hamam, ping pong, tennis etc. However, there is a big problem with the gym: almost no air conditioning. When exercising, you feel as hot as in sauna.

Had the time of my life in this hotel! Definitely recommend to anyone going to Limassol. Staff went above and beyond to ensure I have a great experience - especially the Wet Bar (poolside bar) and Asteria Bar workers. Seriously someone give them a raise.. Room was comfortable and cleaned thoroughly when requested. Hair dryer was broken though. Only one power outlet that worked. Pool and sea access was very pleasant and convenient. Spa was also very relaxing! Mostly only had breakfast at the hotel, but taste was decent and an ample selection of food and drink. Not very impressed with non-breakfast food.. CATS NEAR ONE OF THE ENTRANCES SO MANY CATS, THERES A LOT OF CATS. Yassified lifeguard at the pool

Overall it was nice. Just be aware that in my nights staying there a very loud music show was playing every night until about 12am. Which makes it hard to sleep. So if you are on a business trip and need to be fresh the next morning I recommend you inform the reception about it and see what they can do, maybe they have quiet rooms. (In short, don't repeat my mistake) But if you came just to relax and don't care about the music late at night, it's a place worth visiting.

It was an amazing experience the rooms were beautiful and the views were even better the only thing is there is not much to do other than swim and the games room is very small with only 2 games in it and the elevators/lifts keep going where you don't want them to. The pools are also crowded but that is fine and the staff are very kind and helpful. I would recommend

No bathrobes in a Room with Jacuzzi. They wanted to charge 3 EUR per day for the Safe. All Inclusive was "well, a little bit more but not everything". Now, I know it was off season but nobody told us in advance. Breakfast was ridiculous. Although the staff was very committed (except the cleaning lady who spread - hopefully - her hairs in the bathroom), we were very disappointed from Atlantica. We had high expectations because we spent our summer holidays in an Atlantica hotel in Greece and everything was perfect.

Hotel is Lovely, the pools are great and plenty of room. And close to the beach. I normal use Villa's because. I don't like the hotel experiences I've had in Spain over the years. But this was good and they didn't ask for more money for beach towels, Gym or Sauna. I'd use this chain of hotels again in Cyprus.

We ran out of toiletpaper, needed it quickly, reply from reception - waite for housekeeping, no service. Otherwise Nice hotel on the beach, bus to city center 3 min from the hotel. Nice outdoor and indoor swimmingpool. There is also a pool bar. Many sun chairs. Beach in front of the hotel is nice. LARGE breakfast. Service is 2 hotel is 4, wherefore 3 stars.
