The rooms are old but clean. Their breakfast buffet is good. However, 1) cross check the bill while checking out and 2) DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL'S TAXI SERVICE. At check out, I was initially asked to pay €108 when the detailed bill was actually €18. The receptionist laughed it off as a computational error. Secondly, the taxi service is abhorrent. I booked a taxi through Pefkos Hotel to reach Paphos. I was told a set price and agreed to it but when once we reached Paphos, the taxi driver asked for more. When I asked why it was more than the agreed price, he made excuses like "I had to wait at the hotel" and "construction detour". Again, I got delayed leaving because of the exorbitant checkout bill that the hotel tried to give me. When I tried explaining this, the driver got very aggressive, raised his voice, yelled and asked me to "shut up" multiple times. All of this was happening at 6am on a deserted stretch of road, nowhere near my actual drop off point. By this time, he had already stopped the car, unbuckled his seatbelt, was turned around and threatening me. Fearing for my safety, I exited the car. Thankfully a random person on the street heard the yelling and came to intervene. I was shaken, and paid him the initial agreed upon amount to just end this encounter. He threw my bags out and drove off, swearing the entire time. As a solo female traveller, it was extremely scary and upsetting. The most disappointing part was that when I immediately called the Pefkos Hotel to report him, they refused to take accountability for their taxi partners. The receptionist (same as the one who gave me the exorbitantly high bill) pretended to not know the name of the taxi service or that particular driver. The hotel receptionist then ended the call saying that I was being unreasonable and if I had such a big problem, I should not have used their taxi service to begin with. In conclusion, only stay at this hotel if you have no other option. This was booked for me by my French work place and I will be recommending that Pefkos Hotel is removed from our list of hotels in Cyprus.

Amazing hotel! Visited it many times mainly due to events and for using the pool! The prices at the bar on the pool side are really affordable. The food is always tasty and the portions are big. The personnel at the hotel is always happy to assist guests. Cheers to the Pefkos team!

Did not enjoy the stay at this hotel! Extremely loud from the early hours of the morning due to cleaners, and all the walls being paper thin so you can hear everything in other rooms and in the corridor. Outdated and old, the doors half opened without being unlocked. The rooms/bathrooms were also dirty. More similiar to the likes of a cheap 1 star hostel. The beds were also old and sank massively. We both had back pain after this stay. There was also a smell around the 3rd floor.

Excellent value for money. We asked if we could take our (rather expensive) bikes up to our rooms and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast is basic but of good quality. Very clean rooms. There are two sections in the hotel, an old section and a new one. So I can't say that the above apply for both.

Nice hotel, breakfast was good and everything was clean. Nice pool. Only bad thing was the walls were very thin so one night we had loud people next to us and we heard everything they said.

It's OK. And only OK. The bathrooms are from the 1980's. The air conditioning cannot be set lower than 22c. But the worst part - is the noise! Its the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in! Struggled to get to sleep every night as the walls are like paper and the door has more gaps than the grand canyon! Oh and the phone in the room likes to ring by itself at 11pm!

I visit Pefkos hotel from time to time, but not for staying there. Usually I go for meeting or just for working. I like the place because of the nice and relaxing interior, and also for the very friendly staff that they have. Further to that, the food is nice too, at reasonable prices. I cannot tell much for staying here, but I would like to try it sometime in the future.

Rooms are small. In first floor it was so smelly. No smell trap installed in the drainage system. Food was ok. Service is not the best one. A

Lovely hotel with friendly and extremely helpful staff. I was surprised about breakfasts - fresh veggies, a lot of variety. Quiet area during staying in swimming pool. Prices at the bar reasonable.

We were here as part of an educational trip. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from one of Limassol's beaches. To be mobile, you should rent a car. There are no trains here and the buses run very irregularly. The hotel including the pool were super clean. Everywhere was constantly being cleaned. The breakfast buffet was very attractive and lovingly designed. Likewise the evening buffet, which is usually available. Here too, the service and quality were great. Although all the service staff were very friendly and considerate, we would like to particularly mention Savvas. He is the perfect waiter. It couldn't be better. The reception staff were also very friendly. We would particularly like to mention Georg, who gave us lots of helpful tips and also speaks German. We will definitely come back. Unfortunately we had a room that had not yet been completely renovated. Nevertheless it was very clean. Next time we hope for a room that has already been completely renovated.

Useful for overnight stays in Limassol. Wheelchair accessible restaurant, pool bar and rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lobby is bright & welcoming. Food both a la carte and buffet excellent and value for money. The bar & cocktails are also enjoyable. I would highly recommend this city hotel. Thank you

The staff is really lovely and careful. They will try to help at their best and it’s really appreciated! The food is also very good and not that expansive. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant/pool bar! Thanks to the whole staff of Pefkos Hotel for this amazing little journey 😊 .

Stayed a week here, very comfortable rooms, cleaned daily and the breakfast is fantastic with so much choice. The restaurant is also very good with a varied menu to suit all. Good prices with good portions. Family run hotel. Brilliant 5 stars from us.

Fully renovated. Modern design. Friendly staff. The hotel should be 4+ stars. Negatives: 1. Water is probably desalinated as the soap never goes out of you (I don't know if all the city has the same issue). 2. No coffee machine/hot water boiler in the room. 3. Mini bar was empty; however, a 1 lt bottled water was offered for free.

I have really enjoyed my stay in this hotel and learn that hotel is renovated. My room was small but really cute and functional. I really loved the view. Breakfast is served from 7 o'clock and there is a pool bar where you can enjoy in good burgers and really delicious wine. The food is really good and I loved to have an oportunity to try some local specialities. Stuff is really helpful and friendly and the lady in the restaurant has the biggest and nicest smile every morning. I was really pleased to hear that one beautiful receptionist understand my mother tongue which may be helpful for someone to know. If you want to explore the town, you may ask for map at the reception. Also, I had adaptor in my room, but if you need an extra one, it is a free of charge. The cleaning ladies are really helpful, and one I talk to were really shy, but friendly. It was a really good experience and I think I will come back.

EXCELLENT - BEST HOTEL IN LIMASSOL. This is now the 3rd time I have enjoyed Pefko City Hotel's hospitality. Very reasonable prices for very high quality. There is a fantastic happy staff which creates atmosphere at Pefko City Hotel - which spreads to us guests. The food, facilities are brilliant and you get a lot for your money. My wife and I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Limassol.

Cozy, clean. But in upper floors you can hear noise from ventilation pype maybe. It was during winter. We asked to change the room to the 2nd floor (it was quiet there)

I have visited this hotel on 3 occasions. Located inner city, but a short walk from the Harbour. For me it is ideal for working visits as it is a modern, clean, well run hotel where the host's are hospitable and friendly. It has strong Internet and a car park for convenience. This also makes Taxi pick up drop offs easy, as you can wait in an air conditioned hotel lobby for their arrival. Great location if you have business in the port or Customs House.

Very modern downstairs, it feels like a luxury hotel when the price is one if the cheapest in town. Excellent food, very clean pool, very friendly staff. Cocktails by the pool at night another luxury feel. Quality and varied breakfast. The room was clean, a little old fashion, but really appreciated the complimentary bottle of water and wipes in the the heat. Very efficient AC. Will definitely come again. I recommend 100%!

What a great hotel, the friendliest staff we've ever come across. Downstairs had been fully refurbished to a very high standard. Our bedroom was on the fifth floor and a little old fashioned but spotless and clean. Buffet breakfast was superb with a large choice and it was nice to eat by the pool if you wanted. Was a 15 minute walk down to old town Limassol. Got the hotel for a very good price and we will be going back when we visit in October.

Nice hotel, perfect breakfast, kind staff. However rooms are ventilated very badly, there are no doors at bathroom, no ventilation at bathroom ceiling. Air-conditioning is very weak and poor, you cannot control your room temperature (even you set your temperature, its ignored) - reception controls temperature in all rooms and its set quite high ~25C.

The real truth about the renovated hotel. half has been renovated and the rest remained as it was in the 80s

Very old and worn down rooms, no hot water in the bathroom zink, not possible to stand upright in the shower, doors did not close out any sounds from people walking by in the corridor and some wired dirt on the wall in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable and breakfast quite nice on the upside.

A bit of an all round hotel, catering for people on holiday business workers, and families. Not close to the coast, but 5 minute drive and you're at the marina. The outdoor pool is nice to sit by with a cool beer 🍺

A very pleasant stay. I personally visited this hotel twice in a year. I will definitely visit it again Very clean very friendly staff and delicious food

A well renovated hotel with nice, cosy clean rooms. The staff was polite and willing to help in any way. You need a car to go to the old castle and the port for nice coffee and food. Generally, it was a nice getaway!

This is very good hotel. It's very clean and modern and the staff is very polite and friendly. But best of all was breakfast, it is very varied and sumptuous. There is something for everyone, if you prefer bacon and eggs, or fruits and pastries, the sheer variety of food is really luxurious. And the food is so tasty.
