Well the service isn't the Hilton or the Marriott but the staff are cordial. The rooms are decent, although i could not land a choice of room as per my liking, its adequate. Its got a mini bar and the food menu is not extensive but if you are staying fir a longer time, the options will get boring day by day. But the plus point is its near to beaches and important places. Overall i am satisfied with the stay.

Location is great , hotel is nice and clean . Rooms are regular nothing extraordinary. TVs need to be change for new ones wifi works good , staff is very friendly . Pool area is fantastic and is always space for relaxation.

We stayed at this hotel during winter season, so we couldn't use the pool, but it looks very inviting. The rooms are clean and tidy and breakfast had various of cheeses, jams, bread and desserts. The hotel has 24-hour reception and private parking lot (free of charge).

Once a glorious hotel, but it is way past that now. The hotel is well kept and clean but you are under the impression that time stopped sometime in the 1990s. It is located too far from the beach (about 700-800 metres' walk), in an area that looks more like a common neighbourhood. Excellent breakfast and lunch, however, courteous and helpful staff.

The crew does above and beyond to us! Our transfer to the airport was late. The hotel Helped us to solve it and by that we arrived to our flight on time All thank for them! Great hotel with pool and tennis court. The stuff is welcoming and polite, The food is casual Greek with ham & Halumi cheese,good quality buffet. The hotel location is 10 min walking from the beach ⛱️ Big supermarket is 5 min walking (on the way to the beach) There is a rental car agency in front of the supermarket and they are great as well! Overall, I would recommend staying here if you're looking to spend money wisely.

Amazing stuff that is friendly and going the extra mile for the guests. Sparkling clean and very quiet. The gym is better than many 5 star places i stayed with. One small critics i have: coffeeprices. 6 euro for a double espresso made with a pad machine is nuts.

Hotel in itself is nice. The rooms are big and clean, the bathroom is nice, bed was okay. The mini fridge is quiet yet cools things perfectly, which was much appreciated during these hot days. Having a balcony where we can sit and chill in the evenings and dry off our bathing suits is also a huge plus. Breakfast was nice as well. For me, the biggest thing was the swimming pool. During hot days where you just want to chill, it's perfect and also very clean. I didn't use the gym much but it was okay. The negatives were the staff. Everyone seemed to be always grumpy, absolutely no one smiles at you, no one is kind. For days, every time I bring a towel to the pool staff and smile to them and thank them, they would just take the towel without saying a word. Same with the gym staff and pretty much everyone. We as guests are super quiet, non demanding and laid back, but when everyone around you makes you feel unwelcome, it has an effect on your stay. The other negative is the prices of everything in the hotel, for example, 6 euros for a coffee is just ridiculous. In 33 degree weather , you as a guest of the hotel are not allowed to bring water by the pool. You have to buy it from them, which is kind of an erm..thing to do and says a lot about how the hotel feels about their guests. We are just walking money bags, and our comfort and health means nothing to them. They also charge extra for sauna and jacuzzi, TO THEIR OWN GUESTS, which is unheard of. The doors are not soundproof, so I was awoken by noise every early morning. The pillow had disgusting white stains from someones bodily fluids and was not replaced at all during our entire stay, even though we put it on the bed facing up so it is obvious. It's a blue decorational pillow, the stains are so obvious but the cleaning staff chose to ignore it due to laziness. All in all, okay hotel, but there are a lot nice hotels out there with much much better service, which is why I would never come back here again.

A real decent hotel with nice facilities available. Breakfast was good but I never had any other meals. Staff were helpful and polite. There's not too much to see in the vicinity of the hotel but take a walk down to the sea front.

Good comfortable room. The beds were comfortable and big. Nice staff. The breakfast is fine, but the dinner is horrible. We stayed for 5 days and it did not get any better. You must rent a car If you want to stay in the hotel. There aren't many things around it.

Beautiful renovated hotel, nice location, few minutes easy walking to the beach, delicious breakfast. Rooms are clean and equipped with everything, reception is available all the time. Highly recommended!

Best hotel in whole trip Reception manager was so professional. Location is good. Rooms were refurbished in modern style. Breakfast had many options, we liked it.

The Ajax Hotel went above and beyond in terms of hospitality. I stayed here as part of a large conference for about 2 and 1/2 weeks. I ate 90% of my meals at the hotel during the conference and there was a variety of delicious food at every meal. The restaurant staff and room cleaners were so efficient and helpful, I was extremely impressed. I recommend this hotel without reservation.

Great Spa, amazing massage, spa services and facilities! 5 ⭐️ the spa! The only reason is overall 3 ⭐️ because the outdoor pool is not cleaned well and my daughter got sick last time we were there…! That’s a serious issue and should be checked!

August 18, 2023 - The food at the hotel was terrible. We bought two sandwhiches and a small pizza which cost €45 total. The fries were cold and hard, the eggs in the sandwhich tasted old, and the toasted bread was soft and wet. The pizza was completely wet and oily. We didnt finish any of our food. Absolutely disgusting. Our room had a broken air conditioner. We asked the hotel to fix it, but they said they couldn't fix it, and we had to stay with it broken. They only helped us after i told them I would contact my credit card company for a refund. They then placed us into a smaller room. They let people smoke marijuanna and ciggarettes in their rooms. Very trashy. Not a 4 star hotel at all. Beware.

Nice comfortable hotel. Was on a business trip for 2 nights and the room was perfect, as was the service. A bit of a walk from the nearest bus stop but if you are using your own car or a taxi, then it should be all fine.

Disliked · We slept in the “newly renovated suite” of which didn’t have hot water, any room service AND no door stopper. DUE to no door stopper and cheap cardboard doors in the toilet when we went to open the door the badly placed pointed shelf dented the door. Even though it was the hotels fault for not placing any door stopper the door had to stop on the edge which caused the dent. the hotel took NO responsibility for the badly designed toilet and then proceeded to charge us 500 euros for a door that was maximum 120 euro. Worst manager and staff dealing with this, and not on the customers side as they took 0 blame. Do not recommend. One of the “security” also “returned” the wallet my friend lost for 2 Minutes, (hotel was empty at 3 am) with 130 euros missing. Staff did not help at all with the problem. We had 4 rooms for 3 nights as a group but the hotel did not appreciate or even feel the need to make us feel that the money was worth it, very condescending. Hotel takes NO blame for anything, always backing their “best staff” of “exceptional quality” and blames everything on the customer. I also have a video of a member of staff agreeing that there is no way the plant is our issue, and that the door was not our fault, probably the only member of staff which told the truth and had integrity. In regards to the deposit of which we had many carpenters which agreed that the damage to the doors was the hotels fault, the hotel not only charged more than the amount needed and took no costs on themselves, but also tried to argue that a leaf on one of the plastic plants in the room was damaged and not only decided to charge us for that aswell but also UPGRADE it (when we saw the charge for how much the plant needed we went to the website and saw that they picked the bigger , more expensive plant.) Before we left the manager stated that the plant cost was a misunderstanding and we wouldn’t be charged for it (only for the door that the hotel is at fault for) and then proceeded to charge us for it on the deposit. No integrity.

This is real 4 star hotel. Have stayed at 5 star hotels that was not as good. Yes, one can always find negative things if one wants it. Hotel is “older” and breakfast could be better but its easy to see that this is still popular hotel and its well maintened. Cudos to owners and management for that. Bit far away from beach but everyone have option to choose another one closer, right. In our case very good stay and recomended.

Very nice hotel! Looks way better inside than outside. Quite spacious rooms are nicely renovated. Room amenities invlude all you need for a stay. Plus they are good quality. Breakfast with good basic selection, not super rich, but not poor either. Staff is friendly and professional. This hotel has a hidden germ- it's SPA is amazing. Beautiful and welcoming includes small indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. They also offer massages and other treatments which are dreamy good.

Second time here for business purposes. Good - clean rooms. Pleasant breakfast and perfect service. The biggest reason why I chose it again is the fully equipped gym. THODORIS is very helpful and kind! Positive energy guy who spends time on your needs and cares about your fitness.

Overall not too bad, but for me not a great value for the cost. The location is pretty good. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is average, 6/10. Kudos to the cleaning crew. The two major downsides are: the gym is only open from 8 am to 8 pm. And there are too few outlets in the room, with none in the bathroom.

It is an excellent place to stay. Compared to other hotels in the same price bracket, it is hard to beat. The rooms are spacious and all have a balcony. I actually prefer the view from the rooms that face the mountains. The staff are friendly and welcoming. It’s easy to park nearby. The hotels on the beachfront, especially those on the main road suffer from traffic noise to quite a large degree, so if you’re looking for a great place then The Ajax is ideal.

Refurbished rooms are a lot nicer than before so that’s a major plus. Can be a bit noisy if there are events on so ask for a room facing away from the pool if that’s an issue. A 20 min walk down to Columbia Beach Bar and row of restaurants.

I usually travel for business and always choose Ajax for my accommodation in Limassol because of its stable quality, large spaces, clean rooms, great breakfast and good service. Its location is very convenient and one of the best business hotels in the city. I totally recommend it.

The hotel says its 4 star. Unfortunately I had the experience of staying in a room with small ants that were everywhere, bed, shower, living area. Room was in the 2 star section of the hotel. After complaining, we were given a room on the 5th floor, a 4 star room. Everything was renovated and modern and had a view of the ocean. The entire hotel should be nicer, not just certain rooms. The breakfast, lobby and pool area are nice, for all guests. We had the hotel call us a taxi for an early check out the next day, but apparently they messed it up and we ended up having to get another taxi. Service could be improved.

The hotel leaves to be desired.. especially the first floor where my room was located. Very old and shabby, always smelling of cigarette smoke in the room and on the floor. During the 2 weeks I stayed here , there were 3 weddings , 2 of which with very loud music until 3 am. Additionally, I asked the reception if they could deliver for me some postcards, none of which arrived at their destination. Very disappointing. All in all, if you come here to stay the pool is quite nice, but reserve a room from 3rd floor and upwards where at least the area seems renovated.

One of the best hotels we've been to. Luxurious, very nice, clean and spacious rooms, rich breakfast choices, and amazing facilities. You should definitely try the spa and jacuzzi here. The staff was very friendly, polite and eager to accommodate us. This is where we'll be staying whenever we come back to Limassol.

Nice room when are up grate, but really the wall are so tines and night time when us quite ,you can hear the voices from next or up room. Apart of that how l say for 1 or 2 days in up grate rooms with extra pay for a access of spa -is a good place for weekend

It surpassed our expectations. Rooms are cozy, luxurious and feel modern, and they have a big balcony. I think it went under severe renovations during covid as the rooms & bathrooms were pretty new and clean, totally pristine. Every single employee is super attentive, nice and helpful. The pool is huge, the water is clean, and all the common areas are big enough to give you enough space, even when the hotel is almost fully booked (it was our case). Air condition is relatively silent and the area in general is really quiet and calm (there is not much around, besides a couple of restaurants), but only 12 mins walking to the beach and 45 mins walking to the old town. Breakfast was the only thing that one could say that it was only "ok-ish", but it's well compensated by the vast food offering they have. All-in-all: definitively well deserved 4-star rating, worth the stay.

As a 4-star hotel, it delivers in what you expect it to. Except... if you're on a tour package. When 100 people across 3 buses descend on the hotel after a long day of sightseeing, the tiny lifts struggle to ferry guests to their rooms. The two tiny lifts comfortably take 6 each per trip. Many resorted to walking up the stairs, but some of our guests are in their 70s and it's not very practical. Foodwise, it's decent but I do propose varying the spread a lot more from one day to another. We had 5 breakfasts and dinners in the hotel and after the third day, almost everyone opted to pay for restaurants at the marina area as we were tired of very similar food served daily. Service and cleanliness of the hotel is good. The WiFi stability good be improved a notch, especially with such a big group.

The room is spacious and clean, no hair dryer. Unfortunately the room is also very noisy, it's like having the other rooms in yours and you sleep very badly. The staff is very polite and kind, the restaurant is quite normal

The hotel has the best service. I was unwell during my solo trip to Limassol and had to order food from room service all the time I stayed there. One day, I went to the dining room to grab some breakfast, and Ms. Stephanie helped me carry it to the room. She offered to help without me asking for it, so it was very nice of her. All other room service staff were also very friendly and provided great service.

The hotel has good rooms , professional reception support, tasty good quality food, indoor and outdoor pools, etc. They have non European electricity rosette/plug. Just ask reception for adapter to charge the phone 🤳 I would love to stay there again, if I get a chance.

My partner and I went here only for the spa. It was so not worth it. The electricity was out, so the steam room and sauna (which was the only reason we went) were cold. By the time they heated the two spaces - it was time for us to leave. We did inform the receptionist, and she said it would take 2 minutes. It took a good hour. The other reason I am giving this place a one star review is because there were 10 people in the spa area only two people could be in a chamber at a time. As you might imagine you are left lingering if you don't like chlorinated pools or jet baths. I Quality of facilities: 1 star Service: 1 star Value for money: 1 star

I had booked 11 nights at Ajax Hotel but missed my flight and could not reach on time. I had called 6 times the hotel to change the admission date but was not donr properly. I had sent 2 emails and eventually 1 late did change the dates. When I arrived at the hotel the reception told me there is no room available and I was really annoyed. They kept me waiting for 40 minutes at lobby and asked me to take a shower in the changing room till they can see if there is a room free. I had made a reservation and to me reservation means the room must be served for me and not be given to another guest. I had paid and had reserved the room just could not reach on the date had booked but apparently they did not keep it. I do not recommend this hotel for someone who want to feel secure and feel confident.

We had our wedding party at the Ajax. I cannot say enough to describe the kindness and attentiveness of all the staff there. People who evidently enjoy and care about their work. The food was absolutely delicious and the night was exactly as we hoped. The rooms have also been recently renovated in a modern style and are super comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel both for stays as well as events.

Stayed here Jan 2023. Very good hotel, very clean, modern and bright. Breakfast was very good. Location was great but it was a little far out from my places of interests.

I was originally quite apprehensive when I booked this hotel, because it was inland and didn't look as good as the other hotels we had booked (i.e Mediterranean Beach Hotel, and the Atlantica), however we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While the hotel is quite expensive, and the pool is not as great as some of the other hotels, the staff are pleasant, the rooms are clean, and the food is nice, so there is very little to complain about! Also - Since the hotel is a little out of the way, you find there are less of us Englesi and you actually feel like you're on holiday. I will come back to this hotel in the future. Some very minor feedback: - The pool is really, really cold - I love that, but I know that not everyone does. - The outdoor area seems a little bare, and there is a lot of free space available, would be great to put that space to use. - Again, hotel was quite pricey considering we visited towards the end of September

Although the hotel is 4 star there wasn't any such feel in the room. It was standard and if compared to budget hotel premier-Inn in uk it was same. Yes it does have swimming pool and breakfast is free but that doesn't make it 4 star

We were promised and confirmed to have a double bed but we're given a twins. They suggested to ask again the next day but the bed was not changed. The place is constantly booked for other events. Expect to have children birthday parties during the weekend, so relaxing might be challenging. It is hard to contact additional services (e.g. spa, room service, etc) as they rarely pick up the phone on the first try. Some other improvements could be: - The TVs are very small and outdated with no option to watch streaming services nor to connect a Chromecast (as the WiFi does not allow it to). - The breakfast quality overall could improve a bit. Specifically the coffee which is rather terrible

35 degrees outside and not possible to go to the outside swimming pool before 9:00 and after 18:00. What a shame !! and it’s not indicated anywhere and nobody at the reception tells you this !! unacceptable. shampoos and bath showers are changed every 3 days. If you need more before you have to go to the store around the corner. unacceptable. avoid this hotel.

Reception Staff were really helpful, being there on my own for 6 days I found the food very underrated. Several nights the dining room was closed and only bar food was available, and only passable.

The hotel seems good. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was diverse and quite a lot of choices. The facility seems a bit old though and gone through a refurbishment. However a better work could be made. The doors are not soundproof. Being a decent establishment though it is an adequate selection.

The hotel upgraded me to a higher floor superior room. The staff is very friendly and, contrary to some reviews, the room seems to have been recently renovated. The breakfast options are good with friendly staff again. The only suggestion for the hotel is that they should have at least one vegan option for the room service (even the veggie burger showed it contains eggs and dairy). The location generally is great, although it does come with city noises. Overall a great hotel for a more than good price!

Nice hotel at a decent price. The food is authentic and the breakfast was excellent. It is a little out of the way of bars, if your young and want to party however, therefore it offers a quiet nights sleep.
