Where do I begin describing the disaster? I took a single room, which was claustrophobicly small (the size of a single bed), and noises of the fridge and of AC engines from outside. The sense of style is questionable, with a window view of tiles and a statue of a head looking straight at you when you're getting dressed. The mattress was impossible, even after I flipped it, not to mention the flipping raised a cloud of dust. The shower could be cleaner, and the temperature hard to control. The toilet paper was wet. They have no luggage room, and you're supposed to leave the key at the front desk, but often there is no one there. The staff was really nice and tried to be helpful, but in no way it justifies 50€ per night.

Very helpful staff. Single rooms on the tiny side. Very convenient location at the old city center. Hot water tough to regulate

The hotel is right in the centre of the old town. Near the beach and other amenities. I stayed in room 1 which overlooks the street right next to a club. However it was not too noisy. The room was basic and had all I needed. The staff and in particular Stelios were gfantastic. He honestly couldn’t have done more to be helpful. Always going out of his way with a quick cheerful chat. He easily scores 10/10. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family. I didn’t eat at the place so can’t comment on the food. Very impressed and enjoyed my stay. Thank you. Oh and also thank you to poor George who was on the night shift, also very friendly and helpful😊

We checked in on Tuesday, the room was small and there was a crack on the floor and the door didn't lock. But the worst thing was a used condom that we found in the trash the second day, even after the mate had "cleaned "the room twice. Once before check in and again at our second day while we were away. The receptionist who wasn't the owner didn't seemed to care too much. He didn't even apologiesed. The location is great and the owner was helpful with my debit card that wasn't accepted, allowing me to pay at check in but still I am disappointed.

This hotel is showing its age. It's adequate accomodation, and is comfortable, however everything feels like it's from the 70s. Everything works - just - but a lot of the fittings and fixtures are in need of a total overhaul. There is parking but you need to book in first, and as there is no where to pull up, this is a tricky task. Breakfast is actually served in a cafe next door to the hotel... Not so bad really but the choices are very very limited, and there is virtually no indoor seating so you'll eat outside on the pavement tables. You'd be better off skipping breakfast and walking to a better nearby eatery. The manager was ace, a real gentleman who showed us to our room, and made sure we were happy with it. Thank you! This is one of the few places to stay right in the heart of Lemosos, so what there is to see and do is right out of the door. That's why we liked our stay here. After a nice evening meal by the marina, we picked up a bottle of red, and chilled out on the balcony watching passers by. I think we got our money's worth here, despite the antique feel to the hotel. After all, it's just a place to sleep.

We booked 5 minutes prior before arriving. Unfortunately we booked the wrong room (1 person instead of 2). When we arrived we had a look at the room and it wasn’t as nice as we expected. This is why we decided to cancel, and the guy behind the counter said that it wouldn’t be a problem to cancel and we wouldn’t get charged. However, one hour later our request for refund exception was ignored.. Then I went to the hotel as we were still in the neighbourhood and I talked to a very hostile sounding manager on the phone. Don’t book at this place. We accept that we made the mistake of booking in advance, but a business that can’t sympathise with a scenario like this and communicates this poorly should be evaded.

Staff were very friendly and excellent. Hotel very nice and clean with a great location only 5 minutes walk from the marina. The breakfast and staff next door were an English couple, very friendly and made the best English breakfast in Cyprus. Mr stelios the hotel manager is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be back to stay there again

My room was small. There were ants and no hot water. However, I know for a fact that most rooms are roomier and have hot water. In addition, the location is great. It's a short walking distance to the beach and to the marina. In addition, the service was very courteous.

Stayed for five nights. Room extremely small, wasn't even room for a chair but sufficed for my needs. The hotel is situated above and beside a bar and a nightclub. On the Friday and Saturday nights the nightclub started playing music at 2300 hours and and finally stopped playing at 0530 hours, I kid you not! Even with ear plugs it proved very difficult to get any sleep. On my final day I got a call from the hotel at 1039 hours to say that I had to pack up my stuff and check out. I mistakenly thought I had booked for that night. When I returned to collect my stuff I explained that when I left my room key at the reception there was no one there at around 0600 hours. There was someone present every other morning when I dropped my keys previously. The elderly man present stated that he had asked me if I was checking out and that I had said no. Again there was no one present when I dropped in the key and I told him this. He then said he told me at the time I had to check-out at 1100 hours?! Again there was no one present in the morning. He was incredibly rude and became increasingly aggressive to me when I stuck to my guns in saying he didn't say anything to me as he wasn't there! He really ruined my stay there which was unfortunate as every other member of was very polite.

Uncomfortable, unfriendly except the night guy, they cut our breakfast saying it wasn't included with the room 🙃. But... they have a parking lot for free. 😁

Rooms are very small. The odor of cigarettes was coming in the room.
