The new rooms are genuinely amazing and the location is great (as long as you have a sea view), but the staff at reception were not who I would want greeting guests if it were my business. They seemed incredibly uninterested in helping us and zero sense of urgency. I’m 8 months pregnant, so a little motivation to help us more would have been appreciated. Breakfast was very tasty and servers were quick to greet us and clean up. Only other issues I had with the hotel are that the gym is very outdated therefore in desperate need of an upgrade and the beach. Why has no one cleaned up the beach area? There are just piles of pebbles in the corner as if someone decided they’d done enough and couldn’t be bothered to do anything with them and last week, not an exaggeration, there was a dead cat laying on the beach for hours. I get it, Mother Nature happens, but again, the lack of urgency was a bit frustrating with something like that. And the pebbles? They’ve been there for years as we’ve been coming to Cyprus for decades. Seems like an easy, very cheap fix to have them removed. Overall, not a bad hotel, but we will be staying elsewhere until beach and gym get a bit of a makeover.

We love everything about this Hotel .. have been coming for years .. They’ve just done a refurb and opened before it was finished .. New guests may have been a bit disappointed as work was still going on but considering all that has happened since pandemic , increased freight prices, difficulty getting supplies and Labourers it’s to be expected .. we had a couple of hiccups but they were dealt with promptly..Elena on guest relations was excellent .. Staff on front desk kept a calm outward impression but I know behind the scenes it must have been crazy .. we were there immediately after opening and by end of 2 weeks we knew things were settling down ..I have every faith it will be as efficient and as enjoyable as ever when they finally finish the refurb .. I love the colours and of course the beautiful ‘ULSTER CARPETS ‘carpet ..We were disappointed the Italian restaurant still wasn’t opened ( new kitchen delayed) and casually mentioned this to the new GM Andreous.. A few days later we were invited to have the pleasure of trying out the chefs new Italian menu .. It was superb ! Very Highly recommended ..It will do very well .. A very big Thankyou to Med Beach once again for a most enjoyable holiday .. Hope to be back soon.

Everything at Mediterranean was amazing!! We spent a night there to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and the Manager of the hotel, Dr. Harry, took special care of us for our special occasion. They had a birthday cake and a champagne waiting for us in the room, as well as a bouquet of red roses. Everyone from the reception staff, the maids, and the waiters at breakfast and lunch were very friendly and they made our stay a unique experience. This is truly an amazing hotel with great facilities, beautiful sea view and a great team of staff!

Has potential however lots of improvements need to be made. Upon arrival, the barrier to the parking was closed and there was nobody available to greet or let us in so my husband had to inform the reception to allow us in. There was also a muddle up where they provided us with an extra single bed rather than a cot for our baby. However this was changed for us and the staff member who did this was friendly and helpful. We asked him to also provide a blanket for our baby which he told us that the hotel don't do and gave us an extra bed sheet instead. Had I not packed an extra baby blanket my baby would have stayed cold all night. Before he left, I asked him if he could replace the complimentary bottle of wine for a soft drink as we don't drink alcohol and he told me he would check with the management. A few minutes later we got a phone call to say that this was not possible which I found absolutely ridiculous as a soft drink costs less than a bottle of wine and I couldn't see why it was a problem. Surely a small gesture like that to keep customers happy would go a long way. Also the sink was blocked and we called reception to send someone to have a look at it however it took half an hour and 2 extra phone calls for that to happen. The toilet door does not lock and there is a constant trickling of water sound coming from the toilet which at first I thought was coming from a running tap that I might have forgotten to switch off but then realised was coming from the toilet itself. There is an extra charge at breakfast if you want Cyprus coffee. On a more positive note, the hotel itself was beautiful, and the outside views were amazing. The staff were also helpful at checkout and helped us print off our boarding passes.

We stayed at the Mediterranean Beach Hotel in Limassol for a few days in mid-June 2022. Hotel is nice, tidy and clean and the range of breakfast options are good. The staff were friendly, the view excellent (we had a sea view) and the pool layout was good. We didn't use the pool much as the sea and the beach next to the hotel were more to our liking. The only issues we had were a non-functioning aircon unit in the room and a water leak... both of which were dealt with promptly by the hotel's technical and housekeeping staff. This is a nice hotel that is well positioned for the beach, it's clean and the staff are courteous and friendly. We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance.

We've stayed here a few times and the experience has improved each time we've been there. The rooms are very spacious and the service is very efficient and professional. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are 2 (main) pools to choose from and a kids splash pool. If you prefer, the hotel is on the beach front with easy access to sun-beds and the sea. I would highly recommend the sushi and the entertainment is very good too.

The thoughtfully designed rooms, coupled with the captivating beachfront location, create an unforgettable retreat. Impeccable service, a variety of dining options, and a rejuvenating spa elevate the experience. Undoubtedly, the hotel's most outstanding feature is its stunning beach. The well-maintained shoreline offers a peaceful escape and breathtaking views. Whether lounging by the sea or dipping into the waves, the beach experience is truly exceptional. While the overall experience is remarkable, there's potential for slight improvements in the dining offerings to match the hotel's standard. Nevertheless, the hotel's serene ambiance, attentive staff, and the allure of its beachfront make it an enticing choice.

A great hotel!! Everything it’s done to a high standard, from food, service, staff, cleanliness. It should be classified as a 5 star hotel as everything it’s above your expectations! We had a great time and we can’t wait to be back! We highly recommend Mediterranean Beach Hotel to everyone!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the amazing beach hotel and I was impressed with the high level of service and professionalism displayed by the staff. The hotel boasts a prime location and has direct access to a nice beach. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's restaurants. which serve exceptional cuisine that is not to be missed. The staff were knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations to make my dining experience even more

Great hotel and excellent value for money I would definitely stay here again. It was our first time and staff made us feel very welcome. Rooms are clean but I found the shower/bathroom very tight to shower in and slippery could do with an upgrade but was kept clean. Nice buffet breakfast with omelette made as you like. Juice is not fresh juice unless you pay extra. The Greek restaurant was lovely. The Italian was disappointing and I wouldn’t go there again. Was surprised when room service told me that they don’t offer ice cream on the menu. They limit you to one towel per guest and wanted £20 more for an additional towel which was not a nice touch. We had a massage (3 of us who stayed there) and all of us were disappointed with that, the ‘spa’ area is small and not worth the money for a massage. The gym only opened at 8pm. So lots of small things could be better but I did definitely enjoy it and would stay again. I did have and would again go for the sea view room.

Very nice hotel in the Limassol tourist zone, 10 minutes drive to the old city. Great breakfast, very kind staff, clean water in all pools. Spacious sandy beach with sun-beds and parasols only for hotel guests. Choose sea view rooms, because the balcony doors in the opposites facing to the street must be closed during the night, thanks to the deafening domestic music from the Trippers club across the street that lasts on until at least 1 am.

This is my third visit to this hotel, the first two being over 20 years ago. It's a very relaxed hotel, and it was very quiet around the pool area, probably because its out of term time,28th June to the 8th of July, the weather was perfect, hot in the day and cool at night, we were on B+B , the quality of the breakfast was very good, loads of choices from yogurts/ cereals to a decent fry up . The staff are lovely, always friendly and helpful, that said, I have to say the manager at the pool bar is not friendly at all, The sunbeds are very comfortable and you don't have to get up at silly o clock to reserve them, we got down to the beds about 9 am and stayed on the upper level to the left, but because the parasols are fixed to the floor, the shade disappears about 2 pm , so then we moved down to the grass where it is a lot cooler with a lovely breeze . The beech is decent and has great water sports 2 minutes away, The pool bar is cool, but beers a bit pricy The Spa and Gym are very good, with great facilities. There is only one pool table and one table tennis table but they never seemed busy, The hotel is spotlessly clean, but could do with the air con being turned up in the main areas as it is quite hot walking around inside. The rooms are clean, bright and decent size with a TV, fridge and tea/ coffee making facilities, bathrooms, although functional need upgrading, in my opinion The location is great, especially if you like exploring the island, we hired a car for thee days and drove to Pathos, Troodos, and Larnaca, all about an hour This is a lovely hotel in a great location and we enjoyed our stay here

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are clean, bright, and spacious. I had a sea & pool view balcony which was stunning. The staff are extremely friendly & helpful and the food in all the restaurants was of a high standard. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool, landscaped gardens, and on the beach. I recommend staying at this lovely hotel if visiting Cyprus!

We travelled as a couple and stayed for a week in October 2022 before a cruise. Beautiful hotel, fully refurbished, friendly staff. We had a superior sea view room with a balcony which was very nice with everything you would need. Stayed on a HB basis, breakfast was excellent, huge variety of hot and cold selection available. Evening buffet was very good, different theme every evening and not a chip in sight. The salads were amazing. Also had lunch bits from the pool bar, reasonably priced and good food. Swimming pool was beautiful once you were in (which took a few minutes as nippy to start) Lovely beach available and lovely walk along the front if you want to stretch your legs. All in all we had a lovely stay.

The Mediterranean Beach Hotel stands out in the aspect of location, hospitality, and most importantly its team performance. I greatly admire the commitment and hard work of each staff member in keeping all the guests happy and content. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner vary in various themes and options that will never let anyone down. I will forever count on The Mediterranean Beach Hotel as a summer getaway.

Having just returned from a weeks holiday at the Med. I must say that the hotel was really first class. Pros. Staff were excellent. Friendly and very efficient. Breakfast was unbeatable for variety and quality. Hotel facilities (Pools etc.) were top class and seem to cater for every need Cons. The rooms were good with the bathrooms needing an upgrade. No bathroom facilities for the disabled in our Superior Room. Could not use the Balcony during the day because of the heat, some shading should be supplied plus light for the evening. Having said all this I am shortly planning another holiday and will return to the Med. Hotel in the near future.

The hotel is great. But god forbid you slip and injur yourself. There are three bandages for the whole place and you better bring your own antiseptic. Refresh your First Aid skills before you get there. You might need to train the stuff on how to deal with a cut. The bartender will watch your vitals though, cause the bill must be settled before you pass out.

I booked a room with a extra beds for myself and two friends. Upon arrival they wanted to charge us 60% extra for “extra person” charge. I checked online and the cost for an extra person was clearly 10% so I refused to pay the charge and they refused to waive it. Now I’m expecting to have to dispute the charge via credit card. Overall this is an example of poor customer service. They didn’t try to negotiate the price down. They didn’t listen to the points and the data. They weren’t helpful at all. The stay was ruined by the looming cost and ongoing disputes. I would not recommend this hotel for other reasons as well: stale baked goods at breakfast, Cypriot staff arguing in front of guests because they think we don’t understand, and overall not what I expect from a 4 star venue. Not a place for a chill time.

We had such a lovely stay here, the rooms were so clean along with the other facilities. A big shoutout to the bar tending and waiter/waitress staff who were very welcoming and friendly. Thank you for such a lovely luxury stay. We hope to be back in the future.

Attended a medical conference, and the food on both days was the same, with no variety, when coffee was out (or water) they didn't bother to refill. Other than that, cleaning, space, and facilities were impeccable .

My Girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience with this hotel. The hotel grounds are very spacious, filled with wonderful options like, the multilayered pool, several bars and restaurants and tanning opportunities right down to the beach. The staff is very kind, and happy to assist with anything and everything. They are also very good at English, so the conversations are easy to follow. The cleaning staff are on point, very thorough and quick. There was some difficulties with conversation, due to the lack of English, but it didn't ruin the experience. The guest relations staff, Elena especially, is awesome. Her energy is amazing, and she knows everything about every place. She is very talkative and very, very sweet. She really cares for people.

Great hotel that is right by the beach! Very helpful and attentive team of staff from the lady that cleaned our room to the pool bar staff, they were always happy to help! It was my birthday during our trip and thanks to the team that arranged a surprise cake and bottle in the room from my grandmother! Great facilities, you could easily come for 1/2 weeks and not need to leave the hotel. We had a massage during our which was fantastic! Thanks again for a great stay!

Good · Beautiful pool and garden! Nice breakfast. Bad · The renovation of the hotel is not finished. At 7 the contractor starts to make noise waking up all guests on the left wing of the hotel. Construction continued on Sunday. Front desk staff downplayed the noise. Views are overlooking the storage site of a contractor.

Excellent all around for its price point. The food is good, the staff is friendly (and speaks decent English), and the accommodations are very pretty and high quality. The sea view is very enjoyable. I recommend getting around to visiting the archeological site of Amathous, at a walking distance from the hotel (take the littoral route for a nicer experience).

Wow such an amazing hotel! The rooms aren’t super fancy but they’re clean and still very nice. The nights they have at the hotel on previous stays were so good like Greek night but I think because of covid they may not have ran to the same level (with performers etc) last time I stayed. I stay here most years due to my family living over in Limassol and the staff are lovely, for my mothers birthday they gave a free bottle of champagne, a free cake, free fruit platter and cocktail at the beach bar and a glass of Prosecco each with breakfast! Staff are always so lovely and friendly, the areas outside of the room such as pool and lounging areas are so nice. Compared to other countries this hotel is quite expensive for a 4* but when you compare it to other hotels in this area in Limassol it is good value. I will continue staying here after staying at least 5 times, love it!

I had the best time for my birthday ever! Excellent food, great hospitality, friendly staff. The room was facing the sea and it was really nice, comfortable, with excellent bed and sofa. Dr Harry surprised us with a present and a champagne. Highly recommend for couples and families!

Had a really good time in this hotel. Great view and access to the beach, had all the facilities I needed and the breakfast was really good. Staff was super nice. Would definitely recommend to stay. Only downside a bit is that it's pretty far away from the center of things. Bit it's on the bus route and taxis aren't that expensive

I was very impressed by this hotel, especially in terms the quality of facilities on offer. The pool area was amazing, the fact that the hotel had its own private beach was also a huge plus, and the food was really good. The breakfast was probably the best I've had from a hotel. The rooms were pretty average to be quite honest, nothing about them really stood out, but with everything else on offer, you'll find you're only ever in your room to sleep - it's no big deal! Staying here really made our trip feel quite special.

Beautiful hotel, great service. Pool is beautiful. Beach is easily accessible from the hotel. Overall, we had an amazing time. The only slight issue was when requesting a late checkout. Found one of the Reception staff extremely rude. Also the hotel policy of requesting a late checkout on the day you are due to checkout is not helpful as most hotels we have previously stayed in usually arrange this 24-48 hours before checkout date. Other than this, we had a fantastic time and stay!

Nice hotel with a great pool area and situated right on the beach . Plenty of room inside and outside for sitting and relaxing. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and everything worked, a loverly comfortable bed. The down side was the old fashioned design shower in the bath with a curtain that attacks and sticks to you constantly. The breakfast was good but for people that don't eat pork for medical reasons the options were limited, occasionally salmon was a choice and that was great otherwise it was only thin sliced turkey. Parking was good and having visitors join you is no problem. Certainly a great holiday hotel where you will have an enjoyable stay.

A magnificent and superb experience, with the staff being the most courteous, helpful and amongst the nicest ever. The beach was super clear and clean, room had a great view, breakfast abundant in keeping with Cypriot generous hospitality. Everyone from the Senior managers to the hard working service staff tirelessly went out of their way to make my stay so memorable. In particular I want to mention Alexandra from the Shumi Asian restaurant who showed world class professionalism during my visit to the restaurant. Thank you Alex for being the greatest ever!

Spent a really lovely night here, the staff were so welcoming throughout the hotel. Rooms were comfortable but with hindsight would definitely have paid the extra for a sea view. Breakfast was nice, but the evening dining options were quite expensive and the food in the main restaurant was actually a bit of a let down. (The service was lovely though!)

My room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities I could possibly want. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby every night. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a powerful shower and plenty of fluffy towels. The hotel's restaurant was a particular highlight of my stay, with a menu full of delicious dishes that were expertly prepared and presented. The breakfast buffet was a real treat, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. If you're looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in the city, this is the perfect choice.

Nice hotel and well positioned on the beach. Hotel is stylish and the gardens and beach are excellent. Rooms are neat and tidy but small and do not have a shaver socket in the bathroom. Staff are great, especially Eleni at breakfast, Kataryzna makes a great cocktail at the cloud bar and Kata gave me a great massage in the spa.
