Where do I start? I could easily have given this Hotel 5 Stars BUT, there are little things that let it down. Positives; Lovely, Clean, Modern Hotel. Perfect Location as right on the Beach. Our Room overlooked the beach & sea. Staff we’re friendly. Negatives; No Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. No Water/Tea/Coffee at Evening Meal Time, you had to go to bar not in Dining Room for the drink. The Mattresses were shocking, like sleeping on beds of large pebbles. Food wasn’t the best, Breakfast ( No Bacon on any morning, Hot Dog Sausage, Cheap Beans ). Best food by far was the Soup & the array of puddings on offer. The Positives outweigh the Negatives though and if you want a Nice, Clean, Modern Hotel and the Negatives don’t bother you, then this hotel is perfect.

(All inclousive booking, July 2023) Let me just start of by saying AVOID this hotel unless you can book it for free. Lets start off with Food, its horrible, if you have any standards when it comes to food then you wont be happy. Frozen meals are better then what they serve at their buffet. For example their pasta sauces tase like water mixed with Ketchup, absolutely vile. Jelly is served for desert 90% of time and the only fruit they have is a watermellon, I cant even look at water mellons anymore after eating them for 7 days because nothing else was edible. After 2 nights, me and my partnet spent rest of the holiday eating out or ordering food to the hotel... not what you want when you buy all inclousive. All inclousive drinks at the bar are simple but OK, nothing special at all. My personal experiance with staff was mixed, I would say about half of the staff are really nice and friendly people and the other half are grumpy and treat you like you killed their cat or something. I want to stress that the best thing about this hotel is a staff member called Takis, he is a really nice gentleman working behind the bar that makes the hotel feel more like "home", Takis is very friendly and insightful. Dobri is another staff memer thats always happy, nice and gives off good vibes, the rest of the staff with one or two exceptions are rude and grumpy. The rooms are okay if you pay extra for sea view, if you get the room without sea view by the street you will hear street races at 2am and cars just going past 24/7. Rooms have good AC, they dont have double beds so if youre staying with your partner they will just glide apart as they have 2 single beds next to eachother. Few cracks in the wall in the hotel room, damaged floor and door + stains on the bedding dont really help. Pool is really dirty, mould floating about, not been cleaned for hovewer long (see the pictures for refferance), hanging cables with lights off the pool walls, dont really seem safe. 70% of the sunbeds are old, with paint coming off them, could easily just sand them down and paint it again but Im guessing the hotel wants to save every penny they can, very cheap. I can say the hotel should be 2 stars, nothing more. We were on a holiday package from Jet2 and they should really consider ending their partnership with this hotel. Food 1/5 Staff 2/5 Rooms 2/5 Facilities 1/5 Location 4/5 Overall this hotel has really good potential as the location is Amazing, right by the beach and 10 minute ride into Limassol town center. Just seems that the owner is really cheap and does not want to maintain the hotel up to its potential standards. Would not stay again, would pop in to see Takis if Im near by. 1.5/5

Lovely week spent at this hotel .The staff and owner were so friendly and helpful and really made the week special. The food was good with plenty of choice. The bedroom was spacious and bed comfortable. This hotel has a lovely clean pool area which is a few steps away from the beach. Lovely position and lots of public transport to the marina or city of Pathos. We hired a car for 2 days which was easy and just down the road. Thanks again to everyone at the hotel for a great week. .

Not what we expected when we got off the transfer bus. Hotel is up the side of a mini market. When we got to our room, it was lovely & clean & the bathroom was fantastic. Best of all, the view from the balcony was over the kids play area bur the beach is 30. second walk from the hotel. The staff are so helpful & friendly. Definitely worth a stay.

We're do I start well I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Park Beach this week for a family holiday and found that the staff were amazing including Andrea, Chris, Takis and a load more food was good and the entertainment we had was also amazing also at the rear of the hotel is a Beach side restaurant wich was AMAZING also, the beach is right on the doorstep of the hotel with a lovely beach side walkway also the NO 30 bus which runs every 15mins is only 1.50 euro per adult and 75cents for a child and this will take you anywhere up and down the strip and down to the old marina town which has some.lovely shops. I would definitely stay here again 5* in my mind

Just come back after a weeks stay at this hotel, where do I start ? From arriving till departing it was the best hotel, right from the cleaners to the bar staff receptionist , waiters and waitresses and the owner who was the most polite person I've ever met ,breakfast was out of this world and the views are something to be desired. Just returned from this hotel on 15/09/22. I would not return here again . Here is my honest review: My room next to main road. Car & motorcycle races in early hours of the morning screeching and blasting horns. Would not let me change rooms.Dry Blood all over my glass balcony screen. Umbrella broken unable to use. First shower flooded bathroom and bedroom area. In fairness, these were rectified immediately except the brolly. pool steps with rails broken and I nearly dislocated my hip getting in for the first time, received a large bruise to my hip. Grouting in and around pool black and water overflow dirty. Food is very repetitive and aired not hot. Meats over cooked and most potatoes under cooked. I literally could not swallow some chicken it was that dry. Again , in fairness, I didn’t go hungry. Only entertainment was one Greek night, which was great, in the whole of 2 weeks. One lady singer on 2 nights whist eating your dinner, a saxophone player one night whist eating and the rest of the 2 weeks stay was music played, again whilst eating. No reps in the hotel to speak to face to face. No welcome meeting. Having explained all of this, I couldn’t fault all the staff at all . They were all friendly and polite at all times. Service was excellent if you needed anything. (Except changing my room) Location is good for shops and restaurants and a cheap reliable bus service if you fancy the Marina and old town. Beach pebbley but if you walk to the left, beach is better. Sea is lovely to swim in. Despite all Iv said, I still enjoyed my holiday but just would not return.

was here in the end of Aug of 2023: the staff was moderately polite - not more (maybe so that the guests do not become arrogant and do not feel themselves in a good hotel in any case ))) - of course there are several very friendly and gentle workers from whom you feel that he/she really wants to help, but unfortunately this is not true for all workers there... initially we payed for two rooms next to each others as we have 3 small kids, but in place they told me that your intermediate company mixed something and you have two different rooms with most of possible far distance from each others ))) I'm not complaining for this to the hotel staff - finally we discovered that it was really my tour agent's fault - but no one in the hotel tried to understand our situation and tried to solve it in favor of the client... - they even had a available room next to my kids room, but they asked additional money for it - I didn’t pay for what I already paid (again I have to mention that it was our tur agent fault) out of principle, but the attitude of the hotel was already clear for me a few other moments you need to take into account: 1) they don't have their own beach - umbrellas, sun-beds... in front of hotel there is only a public beach without anything (all in gobies from cigarettes and I didn't notice that besides me someone was collecting rubbish there - almost everyone throws gobies and no one cares), and entrance to the water with stones (very inconvenient to get in and out from the see). The nearest some kind of paid beaches (you have to pay separately each day for umbrellas, sun-beds) far from hotel about 500m - so don't believe their advertisement pictures with blue umbrellas )) 2) designer and/or architecture of some of the rooms maybe have been in a hurry as to go inside to the shower area you have to be an acrobat ))) - he/she left only 20-30 cm between the washbasin and shower glass 3) in a hotel there is nothing interesting to do - I've noticed there a table football, billiard, small gym... - but they are in ground area where you feel such a terrible smell (I don't know why, maybe they have laundry or something else near - I'm not sure). Because of that smell that it's impossible to stand there even a minute and just try something... 4) cockroaches - they are everywhere - if you your kids... afraid, hate, don't like this insects (I can't imagine how people can love them, but who knows))) you definitely will not feel good in this place... every time I had to insist that they at least spray something which may protect my kids 1-2 days - and this spraying was done only after my insistent, like a favor to me, as according to them it's a Cyprus where weather is moist and hot and cockroaches are everywhere, but I'm not sure - I have been at least in a several moist and hot places )) and I never met cockroaches there - maybe because they were spraying the area every day - I don't know 5) prices in the bar also was some kind of random - the same 2 cups of americano - in one day it was 5.6 euro, in another day 6, the next day 7 euros ))) As a conclusion - I don't want to be much negative - in general the vacation for my family was OK - thanks to all in this hotel also who was very helpful and professional... But above I've tried to put some moments you need to take in account... - hope this will be helpful for someone...

Don't be fooled by the door when you arrive and get off the coach you may think wow what have I come to ... the staff are absolutely fantastic the hotel is very clean and the food is very nice with a good selection beafast lunch and evenings can't fault it. Deffo five stars all round

Hotel is not bad, but huge amount of Russian tourist who do not know how to behave is definitelly reason why I would never step into this hotel again.

Since I didn't book the hotel myself I didn't have any control over the area which I'll start with. This hotel is in some kind of dead zone (to my noticing), to the west of the hotel there's more life, and to the east as well. The area is ok, yet I wouldn't have chosen myself. The room looks fine, a bit old but doesn't bother me. It surely needs some TLC. Stains on the floor, mold in the shower, dirty balcony glass & glonky!! (They rock back and forth, which could result in an accident) TV could include more channels. Breakfast is ok, if I could I wouldn't have eaten from the hotel. Below average quality food, that sometimes doesn't even taste fresh. Pastries were stale. Coffee was actually good, at least I liked it. Cleanliness could be improved by a bunch here, yes, you see cleaners every morning cleaning the pool area and that's appreciated but it's still not clean enough. Cutlery is dirty, coffee cups too. The cloth hanger on my balcony is filled with dirt, I found a weird bug in my bathroom, spiders near the balcony door, the curtains were filthy. Another thing that bothered me a lot was the barmen. They're nice, but use their hands instead of thongs. If I ordered a gin & tonic with lime, please for God's sake don't touch my lime with your hands after watching you wipe your sweat off your head!! That's a bit careless. (The g&t wasn't for me, i was drinking beer) Basic food & handling was ignored. Obviously this is my experience and my opinion.

Average rooms, small and a bit outdated. Nice service but breakfast is exactly the same every day. Nice location. Sometimes there are parties till after midnight (not everyone wants to party) - so bare that in mind. Pool, bar and restaurant on-site.

Das Hotel liegt am Strand, der Zugang zum Meer ist durch den Garten möglich. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Terrasse und Liegen. Perfekt für die Verlängerung des Sommers mit mediterranem Flair.

Wurde als 3 Sterne Hotel angeboten und es entsprach auch diesem Standard. Das Preis - Leistungverhältnis geht vol und ganz in Ordnung. Der Empfang freundlich und die Gästeunterlagen gut vorbereitet. Das Zimmer groß und technisch auf dem neuesten Stand wie z.B. genügend Ladeanschlüsse für USB / C. Nutzung der eigenen Ladegeräte war nicht notwendig. Kostenloser Zimmersafe und TV vorhanden. Wobei die deutschsprachige Senderauswahl doch sehr zu wünschen übrig ließ. Nur RTL 2 oder gleichwertig. Wird relevant bei Schlechtwetter. Bad war OK mit großer Dusche. Die Bar war wirklich gut bestückt, das Bier kalt und der Service flott und freundlich. Hotel hat einen hauseigenen Pool mit aus unserer Sicht genügend Liegen. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum Sandstrand, ca 50m. In jedem Fall sollte man zusehen das man ein Zimmer zum Meer hin bekommt wenn man über das Wochenende dort bleibt. Dort ist es ruhiger. Am Wochenende ist ab 19:00 mit teilweise lautem Autoverkehr (Sprintrennen zwischen den Ampeln / Sportschalldämpfer??) zu rechnen. Das Buffet entsprach dem Niveau eines 3*und Hotels ohne große Höhen und Tiefen. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und flott. Bushaltestelle für Fahrt ins Zentrum von Limassol wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt. Fahrt dauert ca. 10-15 min. Wir hatten das Hotel im Rahmen einer Standortrundreise gebucht.

last minute booking, they had no rooms available. but i got lucky and they had a cancellation they called back. i checked in late with no problem staff was friendly and accommodating. am gonna add some nice pictures soon. and today i hear the sea is amazing so hopefully a dip and some gopro footage. thank you so much for the hospitality.

Very poor cleaning, the shower was extremely dirty, they change towels every 3 days, one of the days we were there there was no water or electricity because of works. Would definitely not stay there again because of the lack of cleaning

The attention to detail in the room decor was impressive, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The rooms were not only aesthetically pleasing but also provided a peaceful and quiet environment, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Another major plus point for this hotel is its perfect location near the sea. Being just a stone's throw away from the coastline. As a traveler who relies heavily on a stable internet connection, I was delighted to find that the hotel's Wi-Fi was excellent. Whether I needed to catch up on work or simply browse the web, the internet speed was consistently fast and reliable. This ensured that I stayed connected throughout my stay without any hiccups. When it came to breakfast, the hotel did not disappoint. The morning spread offered a delightful variety of options. Overall, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The nice rooms, stunning seaside location, and the friendly and efficient receptionist all contributed to an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend :) I believe there is room for improvement in terms of room cleanliness and the scent of the bed linen. While the bed linen appeared to be clean, there was an unpleasant scent that lingered. It had a strange essence reminiscent of a laundry mishap.

Nice place near sea room on seaside great, on the street bit difficult, only kettle was missing. Restaurant normal but products could be bit better, hoter and more spicy. Hotel team looked tired. Wifi should be encrypted!

The location and service is so good. The front office guy Valleri was so helpful and great person he helped us a lot The rooms are not that great but according to price it's so good. We had beach facing garden rooms. It has direct access to beach and beach path road for walking.. Parking space is good and available. If you are super lucky u can park near to your room..

There were cats everywhere in the hotel, the food was by far the worst food of the year. The stuff, not professional at all. At some point they even started shooting to each other in front of us. Wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone

Amazing hotel on the seafront, among the best in Limassol. The rooms are spotless and super-equipped, the breakfast included is of various taste and the service is excellent with qualified, polite and hospitable staff. Every evening you can enjoy good music in the outdoor space with a beautiful swimming pool and area relax.

worst hotel ever - we've been out for two days and housekeepers threw out our stuff from our room, because they thought, that we were checked out. Lol, we got 6 days to do so, and they just threw it away!

The staff at this hotel are excellent, go that extra mile to be helpful. The rooms are clean and modern, most with a view overlooking the beach and the hotel has a lovely clean pool area with plenty of sunbeds. The hotel is right next to the beach and in a good location with a mini Market and cafe just below. The food is typically mediterranean and the deserts could maybe be a bit more varied but overall would definitely stay again. The only downside is the sound of idiots riding loud motorcycles at all times of night but that's not the hotels fault.

I stayed here with my wife and kids for a week. During this week we were only eating in the hotel and enjoyed the possibility not to cook at all and enjoy different dishes. The personal is very friendly, was even helping us with the kids during meal times. I also liked that there are two swimming pools, one for adults and second for kids, where a kid of approximately 3 years old can play. The good thing is that hotel is on the first sea line, so you are just 20 meters away from the sea
