We have just returned from a glorious week in this hotel. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, we didnt want to leave. The food is delicious, rooms very clean and have very comfy beds. Having an adults only pool is a bonus but there are plenty of areas with shade if too hot. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and all the lovely staff within. Thank you for a very memorable stay.

Love love love it here! Staff are so accommodating and this hotel is super autism friendly! Lovely beach down the road as well absolutely gorgeous! Karaoke night in the bar is the best, most comfy hotel beds ever and the adults only pool area is a good laugh!

The hotel was clean and looked to be well maintained. The food was good with a varied selection to suit most tastes although it was best not to leave it too late to go to the Dining Room as options could run out towards the end. The Family Room was spacious enough with plenty of wardrobe space for the three of us on an 11 night stay. We had been warned that there may be some noise from nearby construction but we never heard any of it throughout the whole stay. There were 4 pools: a kids pool, adult only, family and an indoor pool suitable for swimming laps. All were moderately clean and despite being busy, none of them were over crowded. There was various entertainment each night in the outdoor bar area which looked to be well attended. Luckily, there is also an adults only bar area if the entertainment isn't to your liking. Unfortunately, Limassol is not the city it used to be and the area along the sea front is run down. If you are using this hotel as a base to visit the island, then it is great, but there is not much in the way of a tourist attraction within walking distance of the hotel. Overall, a positive experience in a good clean hotel.

Lovely hotel and great food. We were warned beforehand about building works around the hotel but this did not affect our stay at all. Buffet style restaurant and the salads were the best bit for us. Ideal hotel for sun worshippers but not in a great area if you like walking out at night. We hired a car for 3 days which is a Simple process Highly recommended

I've spent 7 days here and my review is extremely mixed. The room, pool, entertainment, sitting areas, and food are easily 5 stars and I had no problems with most staff. However I noticed a few people were complaining about higher up staff that treat guests and other staff horribly. That's why this review is two stars. Me and my relatives were approached by one higher up member of staff shouting at us to go into the cafeteria through a certain door like we were a bunch of school children. If you don't want people going through it then put up a sign or lock that door, don't speak to other people as if your some sort of superior god. I've seen the higher up staff act like the narcissists they are and treat other kind and respectful staff like slaves or minions as well, I cannot emphasise how badly this hotel needs to fire the higher up staff and hire new people that can communicate issues with guests in a formal way. Aside from those select staff members, there is no good beach to be found anywhere in the area. Speaking of the area itself, just go into street view and you'll see how awful the area it is. Derelict buildings everywhere, cracked under-maintained sidewalk everywhere, almost every building tagged by graffiti or abandoned, and absolutely no other attractions or night life here. If your just staying in the hotel however then it's fine. Also there is a lot of loud people from England here, might not appeal to everyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Overall I would not recommend coming here if you are looking for a good getaway. The hotel itself is good but the general area didn't feel safe and some staff were awful. The higher ups need to be fired and replaced though I doubt that will happen at all or anytime soon.

We had a lovely 2 week honeymoon here. The rooms were nice and the housecleaning was very thorough compared to what I've experienced before. If was always lovely to come back to a clean room. The food was OK for buffet style, the salad bar being the best bit for me, think I ate my body weight in feta. We also loved the a la carte dining night that we enjoyed and the food there was lovely. The drink selection was fantastic and all the staff were friendly. The hotels location is fine and I'd definatly recommend going to hire car from the place just down the road. The entertainment was a little repetitive and not always the best but there's only so much they can do. There was still always something to do and enjoy, we were even lucky enough to win the bingo one night! I enjoyed the spa when I went for a massage and wax where the staff were lovely and we really just had a lovely stress free two weeks holiday. I'd recommend coming here.

The most unhelpful , unfriendly , rude staff I have ever come across in 33 years of coming to Cyprus. All the cleaners and foreign waiters are lovely but all the higher up staff are absolutely awful. The pictures are incorrect, the hotel is run down and dated ! It’s honestly no higher than a 3 star. Incorrect info online and to be honest if I wasn’t Cypriot it would have put me off Cyprus all together!

I see a lot of reviews with very negative views and opinions. Everyone's stay is different I guess. We checked in and check in staff were good yet the welcome sandwiches/snack were pretty bad I'm not gonna lie but grateful all the same. Bread was hard and not very enjoyable. As a first impression I would improve this for late check in guests. The rooms are basic but amazing! aircon and nice little balcony. Simple but fairly clean bathroom and bed. I see a lot of people complain about the food in general. Breakfast is great although the sausages you serve are not good. Change these please haha. Lunch is the best. So many options and all pretty good. Always something to have different each day as there is so much choice! Dinner is similar so also pretty good! They change the food a little each day. If people want to get drinks before eating just wait literally 2 minutes before getting up for food maybe? (Silly people, expect everything) Also your staff drop and smash things more times than I have eaten this week haha. Not sure why this happens SO much. Must be expensive! Main big problem is the deck chairs. You will have people leaving towels out literally the NIGHT BEFORE so when you come to the pool at around 8 or 9 you will NEVER get a space until around 4 in the afternoon. The pool opens at 9. Remove towels before this time. It's not fair. Saw a family of 4 have 7 sun beds on one day. People are incredibly selfish! Glad we arrived at the end of half term otherwise this would have potentially ruined the holiday. (The pool is absolutely lovely on a plus side) The drinks by the main pool can be rushed and not great but you never have to wait long on a positive. I only had one drink made by a lady (bloody mary) and literally couldn't drink it because she put half a bottle of lea & perrins in it. Disgusting haha. All other drinks were pretty good though. Drinks in the adult bar are made with a lot more love and a lot more enjoyable. This could be introduced to the pool maybe. I do understand people saying the pool bar staff are rude. This does come across in all honesty but it's not that bad. Just smile a little more. They are definitely not enjoying themselves. On the first night in the main adult bar one of the mangers saw one of the bar staff make 2 of the same drink when he was only meant to make one. He said 'didn't they teach you how to read in school' in such a way I was just standing with my mouth open. That's no way to speak to your staff. The manager was lovely the rest of the time but that's no way to speak to your staff at all. I would have walked out if I was that member of bar staff. I hope it was a one off. Also like to mention the same manger himself messed up one of my drinks on a different night... I almost said something.. We all make mistakes. Treat your staff better please. Bit of a bully. The entertainment staff were lovely and fun. And have to shout out to Ashlie East. Who I believe is your team leader. She is an absolute GEM and you are lucky to have her. Her aqua aerobics in the pool is so good. I have worked in leisure all my life and would give her a job in a heart beat. She's also surprised us being an amazing singer in the adult bar. Unfortunately didn't get to speak to her but she's an asset to your team and hope she gets paid and treated better than that bar staff I mentioned!! Also love how you help cats out. Seeing the kittens around the pool and how you support and feed them is lovely. Keep this up please. Little side note we missed the Al lar carte night due to the reception lady giving us the wrong days so missed out big time for that. Annoying. Overall a lovely stay for the most part. Very affordable through TUI. Good food. Good drinks. Good local shopping a bus ride away. Lovely weather obviously. Would definitely go back. I only complain above to help you improve on what I didnt necessary like but thank you for doing what you do! All the best.

Just got back today after 5 nights at this superb hotel. I've stayed in many hotels around the world and this has to be the best. Love the fact there are adult only spaces and family spaces. Food is great 👍 the service from all the staff is impeccable 👌. The 4 pools meet all the different requirements that every member of family can enjoy. The only thing I would have preferred was adults only in the spa pool ( which is lovely when no noisy teenagers are in there). All the staff work so hard to make your stay the best. Loved the extra special touch of the a la cart meal outside and the cocktail party ❤

Wasn’t expecting it to be much in terms of a hotel, but it has number of pool, kids pool, adults only pool and a main pool. The rooms are pretty tight if you are going to have 3 people sleeping in a twin room but overall pleasant sleep. The staff are very friendly especially dining staff. The food was great a lot of selection. The drinks at the bar were questionable as I felt alcoholic drinks seem to have copious amounts of sugar and less alcohol. I liked the fact that the pool bar had unlimited supply of ice cream as it helped in the heat. The nice thing about the location is that there is a local beach and also there is a beach a bus ride away (the number 30) going towards Park Lane hotel. Take the bus in the other direction and you get to go onto the old town which has ample amount of places to eat and a lovely marina and small castle you can visit. Overall stay was great.

I am not the person who likes giving bad reviews but this hotel needs improvement. First let's mention the positives. The location of the hotel is very good. The staff was very polite and friendly. My room had a very comfortable mattress. The hotel had very good breakfast and nice large public areas. Also the gym equipment was very satisfactory. The pool areas are perfect! There are 3 sections. The outside pool, the indoor one and the one for kids. I really liked the kids pool as there is a ship and the kids seemed to enjoyed it very much. BUT there are some negatives which need to be considered seriously if you want this hotel to continue to be a 4 stars hotel. There were cockroaches in rooms and balconies. We booked 3 rooms and 2 of them had cockroaches. We had the baby in one of them!! In addition we needed a baby crib and the one in the room was dirty!! Also, there are no shampoos or conditioners. There is only one liquid for everything! There was one bin with no bag in it. There are no slippers or bathrobes in the room. Also the carpets in corridor were old and stained.

We arrived early morning to a lovely welcome and couldn’t have been more helpful, room was lovely and clean . At breakfast staff was there to welcome us to a table, great selection of food. We walked around the hotel and found it had great facilities, lovely pools and the staff always on hand to help. We stayed in the adult poo mostly, because it being school holidays, there were lots of kids, but they all seem to be enjoying themselves. I was glad our room didn’t face the pool so we didn’t hear lots of the pool noise, the hotel is located in a middle area so we could sightsee on the local buses which took us to the marina , old town , mall , beach front . Lots to see if you want to. The bags head facing the hotel was great , sports and really good atmosphere, we loved it. Food at the hotel was a good mixture and lots of choices, entertainment in the adult bar was fantastic, the hotel entertainment was good , and everyone seemed to enjoy it. Would definitely go again. Thanks for a great holiday. Also would like to add that the Tui rep at hotel was always on hand to make sure everything went well on your holiday, unfortunately I forgot to get her name x

Overall we had a nice time here. The interior of the rooms is somewhat old-fashioned but still functional. The food was very good and very varied. Indoor and outdoor pool were very nice and big. I did not find the reception staff friendly but distant, this also applies to the managers and teamleaders, but the employees of the cleaning and catering service were very friendly and helpful. In the vicinity of the hotel, there was a lot of dirt on the streets near to other buildings and buildings that are abandoned. This is probably due to the municipality / government agencies that do not have it cleaned up. This is a pity for such a beautiful place.

Good hotel for families nothing too much for the staff. There's a lot of small things that need fixing. Several slip areas could easily be fixed by roughening the marble tile. There's a patch of black tile that gets so hot you burn your feet, a rubber backed runner carpet would quickly solve it. The indoor pool gets too warm an extractor fan would easily solve. One socket per room is not enough... But food is good and I'd recommend for that and staff

Just spent 7 nights at this hotel - all inclusive. Overall, the hotel was lovely and modern look (especially in the main guest areas). Our double bed was very comfy and had a great night's sleep every night! The room itself was adequate however, the air con was quite noisy when in use. Plus, we lovely sitting on the balcony in the evenings but it was a little too compact/not much space. If you love the poolside entertainment, this hotel has one of the best we've experienced. Aqua Zumba was brilliant - new songs/routines every day and they even added in a Cypriot dance with the reps getting in the pool with us. Also, they were personable and kept checking in with my partner who was a little under the weather from day 4 of the hol. Thought this was a really nice touch. Food was tasty however got a little 'samey' as the week progressed. Think there was curry options on the menu for lunch and dinner for 4 days. We love a dessert and to our delight, there were always a variety to chose from. BBQ night is a must - protein heaven!! We missed out on the a la carte/Italian option (you get 1 of these for your visit) due to how busy it was - so definitely book as soon as you arrive so you don't miss out too! Overall, staff were very friendly in the restaurant throughout the day and at the reception. It was a really nice touch to be invited to the management cocktail evening on Tuesday where the management team host us - serve a variety of drinks and nibbles and got to know us. You do get the feel that this is very much a family orientated hotel which was lovely to experience. As to location of hotel, there isn't much around in the immediate distance however if you like long walks or don't mind transport there are nicer beaches and restaurants further down the road.

Just spent 7 nights here had excellent time , room clean with pool views. Food very good in relaxed atmosphere. Staff very helpful & animation team very hard working and friendly. Evening entertainment could be better & maybe TV sport accessible to under 18s. Would definitely recommend BBQ night.

Very relaxed complex. Friendly efficient staff. The food was well above the standard of what is usual for all inclusive hotels. There were a few very minor issues that were noticeable but not worth bothering about. The only real let down is the location.

Me and my family stayed at this all inclusive hotel for 10 days and we all had a great time, we hired a car to get us to different places in Cyprus and would highly recommend doing the same. Very clean hotel and all the staff are very helpful/ friendly. The food was lovely and different every evening and then you could book different places to eat also within the hotel, The a la carte evening was stunning and they set the area up so beautifully! They have a managers cocktail evening and we tried some different drinks which was great fun. The pool areas are great too, the kids were in the pool from morning to evening on our pool days, closes at 6pm but like with any resort you have to wake up early to get a bed as by 7am most beds have towels on. There is an adults pool also for something more quieter and a younger child's pool. The entertainment was great, got the public involved some evenings too, evening got us up dancing and my daughter loved the kids disco.

Beautiful hotel staff are absolutely amazing available to help and assist you while always being welcoming and polite. Food is lovely and there are many great options available to eat as well as the cafe. The pools are great as they have adult only pool and a main pool with a kids area. The spa is fantastic great options and treatments available. Just a great hotel in general staff go above and beyond I spent my birthday there and staff members around the hotel remember to wish me a happy birthday and there was cake and wine in my hotel room along with a note. People say that there's not much in the area but there are many lovely souvenir shops and food places to go and eat. Also there is a KFC, McDonald's and Starbucks nearby as well as a beach. And short bus trips can take you to other lovely beaches and a visit to the Marina where there is a the Paradox museum. Depending on what time of year you go to everything might not be available if its out of season. Would highly recommend and would definitely go again!

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. We stayed in a five-star hotel in Paphos for a couple of days which was not nearly the same quality. It was my birthday and they even went to the trouble of upgrading our room to a Seaview room and when we popped out for a few hours, came back to the room and noticed a happy birthday cake and a bottle of wine. The rooms are stunning and the entertainment the hotel provides is like no other, with bingo nights, quiz nights, music nights and even fire breathers/contortionists and circus tricks. As a couple in our late 20s we found that there was something for everyone. My only slight bugbear would be that naturally a hotel that offers so much did attract lots of noisy children, but hey you can’t have it all. I just want to say a massive thank you to the whole team for making my birthday holiday so lovely. Overall, very impressed.

All I can say brilliant hotel surroundings no if you have family don't go out of season as no entertainment for anyone but hotel was beautiful if you want very quiet

  • 4/5 Christos P. 1 year ago on Google
Generally the hotel was great and the service was very professional. We are very satisfied with the variety of the breakfast. Due to the fact that we went on the day of the carnival the breakfast area was extremely crowded and we were waiting in long lines. Better get to the breakfast area as soon as it starts. The only downsides that i would point although they did not affect us as much are the hotel is very big and getting from the reception to the roon was quite the walk. Get rooms close to the reception. There is parking but in crowded days there is a struggle for finding where to park. There is a "secret" parking area behind the hotel that is more likely to have space. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

A bit out of the way from the airport. But still only around 50 minutes away. But we'll worth the travelling time. This hotel has everything you will need and the staff are very, very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Would go again at the drop if a hat.

Amazing week at the hotel, every single part of our stay was top standard, location was great as we had friends staying at other hotels which were easy to reach, local shop and pub to watch sport. Restaurant staff were great at catering for our daughter with allergies. Our friends got married at the hotel during our stay which was a beautiful day :) The only slight thing I can critique is that the pool was freezing so had to brace yourself to get in and couldn't stay in for too long. Would look forward to staying here again!

Most of the staff are brilliant and really helpful. There is a lot of choice at meal times, although I could have done with more options as a vegetarian. I’m not hugely fussy but other guests are quite inconsiderate with cross contamination of tongs etc used for meat. It would have also been great to have some more food available after 9:30pm. Not much to be done, but quite a lot of people smoke around the pool which isn’t very relaxing. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The hotel isn’t in the best area, but it’s a quick ride on the bus to reach the marina and old town.

Food each meal time is excellent. The whole family has had a great time especially around the pool. Is also convenient if you want to get and about and see some of the beautiful Cypriot countryside

The hotel is clean, spacious and has great facilities. The food was excellent all week and the staff are very helpful and polite. The pool area was lovely, no problem getting a bed and plenty of places to sit and enjoy a drink. The rooms are spacious, clean and well stocked. The air con kept the room a very lovely temperature and the hotel even had an reasonably priced on site shop. The gym and indoor pool area were lovely and very happy at being able to hire pool towels, which we were allowed to keep u til we checked out! We cannot fault this hotel at all, we really enjoyed our stay and found ll the facilities to be above expectation. The TUI rep Kathryn was excellent and made sure her guests all get her time and attention.

This Hotel is highly recommended by me and my wife, we stayed there for a week in June 2022. The choice of food was excellent, the freshness of the food and fruits etc was outstanding. The Swimming pools were very clean and well maintained infact the whole Hotel is very clean and well maintained too, do not hesitate on booking there, it will be well worth it. All the staff were helpful and friendly, the only one minor problem with the Hotel is the lifts are very small( bit bigger than a phone box) . We would definitely return there again.

Beautiful hotel, rooms are amazing staying for 2 weeks. The only down side is the pool bar staff, very moody and rude, all other staff fantastic. Cleaners are so polite and helpful same as the restaurant and front of house staff. We feel the pools staff need to maybe learn some manners and stop being rude and laughing at people. Other wise fabulous.

Lovely an clean hotel staff very polite an warm welcoming. Only down fall there was only 1 lift working in our main block and it was a nightmare around dinner times cos everyone wanted the lift. Entertainment staff are lovely they do a kids disco an bingo.. but the actual evening entertainment was repeated weekly.. was disappointed to see the same acts on again after a few days of been on. Food from dining room was tasty but extremely repeated.. would of loved to seen more Greek infused dishes.. Went to the Italian restaurant was OK but risotto was stodgy and overcooked and needed more seasoning Bbq night I recommend going but they only do it on Friday was tasty Mocha cafe did snacks like toasties an sandwiches cake the staff really lovely. Adults only area the pool u had no chance of getting a bed as towels was on from 7am the adults only bar was nice showed football/ sport on TV. Main pool lovely big size but gotta be out before 8am to get a bed as everyone starts putting towels on again 7am. There's also a small kids pool with a pirate ship play area looked cool for kids The area its self is still developing there's alot of buildings been built around you. Unfortunately not near a beach but you can catch no 30 bus into Limassol to the zoo/ promenade/ marina/beach cost 1.50 euro definitely recommend đź‘Ť đź‘Ś

We spend 7 days in this hotel . I would not rate this as a 4**** hotel more like a 3***. Room not very clean. Food for a 4 **** hotel I would expect more choices of food . lunch time and dinner time, they take you to your table then you have to wait for someone to come back to you to order your drinks, I think they should improve this service , sometimes you are halfway with your meal then they bring you the drinks. I don’t regret the time that we spend at the limassol atlantica oasis but I would not go back . Some of the staff are very nice but some of them could have a bit more training and manners.

A well ran hotel with excellent staff. Food was adequate but the lack of butter was a let down. Stand out staff Dimitri, Anastasia, Maria and Asta in the bar and Carmen in the restaurant. Olga is the Atlantica stroppy hide and seek champion. Overall a pleasant stay.
